Piccolo's Fish & Chips & Pizza in North Somerset

Fabulous Cod fish and chips, served wrapped separately, I asked for the fish to be well done, and it was perfect

The pizza is quite good. The chips were hideous. I don't know about the other dishes. If you are in desperation you can order it. Delivery over orders of £15

So the menu says our order should be £21.95, plus the £3 for delivery. When I called back and questioned the £33.40 bill with the young lady (which, may i add, is very polite), I was passed to the manager, and was told bluntly that the menu had changed. I appreciate that everything has gone up, but by 50%? (the ingredients haven't changed) Their old menu is still on their website and is the first one you come to when you click MENU. I've been using them for about 10 years, but it looks like this is the end for us.

Rang to order food got told to order online no problem to order my food to then be rang back and told there system hasn’t charge me for delivery (not my problem ) to then be rang back spoken to rudely to and then told I didn’t order my food correctly So I asked for a refund checked my account no refund so I rang them to be spoken to rudely again and told it’s been refund and would take 3 days and basically to deal with it customer service was shocking to say the least

This was our first experience ordering from Piccolo's and we weren't disappointed. We called first and were kindly directed to the website to pay by card for delivery. The food came before it was due, piping hot. They even added a large bottle of soda to our order for free. The portions were huge, even though we ordered the small chips! Lovely staff and good food. Prices were also very reasonable. Would definitely order from Piccolo's again. Thanks guys!

We're staying in the area so wanted something quick and easy to eat, I only chose this place cos it said "homemade relish and toasted bun" for the chicken burger but the bread had barely been grilled and it came with mayo.........wouldn't go back or recommend

Spent over 30 minutes waiting in the shop. My order got wrote down wrong and the woman making my food wasn’t wearing gloves and her hands look dirty. I will not be going here any more and will not be willing to spent any money In a place like this. I live in long Ashton and frequently buy pizzas from here, but I will not be going here ever again and I will not spend any more money in a place like this

Good food, quick service, always accommodating and friendly despite me often turning up last minute. Quick local delivery to LA and nearby FB. Can’t fault, great village chippie.

Unfortunately after reading great reviews, i didn't have a good experience. The sausage they sell is awful, the consistency is like nothing I've had before. 🤢 the chips were ok. But the sausage made me heave

Food was lush and staff friendly. Tiny area for waiting and parking and gets busy but not a big deal.

Had both pizzas and fish and chips from here a few times since I moved to Long Ashton. Pizza is lovely - not too crispy, not too doughy but with good toppings (good choice too). Fish was a good size, decent batter and chips were done nicely (not too greasy either). Recommended!

I like a pizza hut base type pizza and the pizzas here run them close. Also enjoy the fish from here. Would recommend

Good selection on the menu. Excellent quality and friendly atmosphere.

Pizza is always great, both adults and kids love it. Really good quality ingredients. We usually get it delivered and 90% of the time it arrives on time or sooner. They often give us a free 1.5L bottle of Coca Cola which is a nice gesture but we don’t drink sugary drinks, and so it would be nice to have the option of a Diet Coke instead.

Food today wasn’t up to its usual standard😢chips were obviously old and precooked and fish was dry! Oh dear hope this was a one off🤞

Lovely Fish and Chips, Great sausages and chips for the boys. The boys wanted salt and vinegar which they got, I prefer mine without sadly it was put on my chips. These things happen.. Good value for money, hot and tasty.

Nice to support an independent business. Chips are excellent. Fish is average. Pizza is made fresh and has loads of toppings, but did find it a little doughy and greasy.

The pizza is dreadful. Under cooked and just overall not very nice. I can't say much about the fish and chips so there is a chance that's where their talents lie.

We just moved to the Area lovley food, think they need more staff, they seem very stressed.

We have had fish and chips from here a few times, the chips are really nice and I don't know how you deep fry fish without it being greasy but they wrap it separately to the chips with plenty of paper and it is done fresh. Pizzas are good too.

Best fish and chip shop in the area. Always welcomed with a friendly smile. Very clean. Parking outside tho a bit of a nightmare to get back onto the road. Tho no fault to to owners. More the council for putting a crossing in a daft place

Always have our usual fishcakes, sausages and chips and never ever had an issue. Chips are always spot on and fresh, same goes for the rest. Even made my Mrs some scraps when I asked for them. Tip top!

Food was a bag of grease and did not come with salt and vinegar . Delivered to local accommodation so they knew it wasn't a private home. Disappointed by the attitude when I rang to request if they'd be kind enough to leave some seasoning in on way past to another delivery. Spoke with a man who was very rude and dismissive. In fact lady taking order did not even ask if I required salt and vinegar in the first place. I thought they'd include sachets like normal places making food. A stinking attitude from what I presume was the owner who said I'd "know for again" . Well I say never again! Had the food not been as greasy I may have managed to eat it but as it is this terrible supper is headed for the bin. Avoid this terrible place Photos can be supplied of the food quality as proof.

Really good pizzas made with fresh ingredients. I prefer the "thin base" to the standard thicker base. Really quick delivery within Long Ashton, often quicker than their estimated time. Always delivered with a friendly smile. So convenient to have this takeaway in the village.

It's great to be able to get chips and onion rings with a pizza. The pizzas are good, and the chips are nice!

Fantastic fish and chip shop with great pizzas. Regularly get our tea here and they also supplied the food for my son's birthday party - the kids loved it.

well is hard to find a family run Fish & chips and Pizza delivery these days, a service with smile and touch for quality and customer care. prices are affordable and unlike big guys is not expensive at all, Large pizzas and fish is cooked to order so is hot all the time. weldone

I have had their pizzas before, old fashioned, thick crust pizzas with low grade toppings at a very high price. On Saturday, I had a cheeseburger and chips..... £2.30 for the cheeseburger. It was rank! I am sure the burger was deep fried as they prepared it at the fish fryer section, dry seeded burger roll and a pathetic garnish. I would say that the cost of the ingredients to them was no more than 40 pence. The polystyrene box they packed it in was more appealing! Don't bother with Piccolo's Pizza, cheap quality food at a premium price. It is about time these sort of places were hounded out of business, why are we still prepared to accept this sort of offerings?
