Hard to use parking app in carpark and carpark has nothing to do with premier inn. Not great if you have bad signal or new bank notes will only take king ones. Premier inn itself was clean but a very heavy smell of ganja someone definitely smoking it in their rooms. Socks over fire alarm in our room very dangerous. Overall worse premier inn ive stayed in with the hassle of parking and the ganja smell. Definitely not worth the money i paid more like a 3 star hotel.

I was waiting to see what would happen with the promised followup before writing my review and I think 3 weeks is actually enough time for them to react. I stayed in a premier room with breakfast at PI Weston Beachfront mid-May as I wanted to have a seaview room in a nice hotel during my holiday. Weston is lacking in nice hotels and paying more for a nicer room seemed to be a good solution for me. On arrival, I abided by the checkin after 3pm rule and spent my time out exploring Weston before getting my room. The first time I used the bathroom was just before going to bed. When I opened the bin to throw something away, I discovered that it was full! On showering, the floor of the shower seemed sticky. I wasn’t going to complain as these were not such a big deal to me. That was until I lifted the toilet seat cover and saw pee stains on the seat. How disgusting! Furthermore, it is most strange that the second towel was chucked on the floor (not neatly folded) of the open cupboard at the entrance. I was told later that this is Premier Inn policy. If there are two occupants, the second person has to go out of the bathroom to get the bath towel and there is no second hand towel for him/her. Premier Inn, please explain the logic of this. I’d rather trade in the iron and ironing board for towels in the bathroom. Who needs an iron and ironing board at a beach town? The next morning, I went down to inform reception and there was a manager at the counter. She apologised and said that she would talk to housekeeping (cos the supervisor happened to be in the hotel then. Aren’t supervisors supposed to be in the hotel always?) and refund me my breakfast (back to my credit card) as a further apology from PI. That sounded ok to me and off I went for the day. When I returned that night, the room wasn’t even made up. In fact, I had also informed the reception the day before that I would like to have my room made up. PI has a policy where guests are to inform reception before noon if they wanted their room made up. Otherwise, there would be no service. So take note! Even that request was not followed through although I saw the receptionist the night before writing down my room number. Upon complaining, the receptionist gave me another room two doors away. The first thought that crossed my mind was - surely that same room attendant would have been in charge of cleaning the new room - so I could not really expect a properly cleaned room. Anyway, it looked ok and I only had one more night left. Well, it’s now three weeks after my departure and no refund has been credited to my credit card. Or perhaps, accounting is overwhelmed. To sum it up - if all goes well, the hotel is ok cos it’s modern, nice and well located. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any recourse. As for breakfast, it is convenient to have it at the restaurant downstairs but my personal opinion is, once is enough. Ok for convenience. The restaurant had an unclean feel and the carpet felt yucky under my feet. I was hoping to give the hotel a good review but under the circumstances, I have decided otherwise.

Shame that you’re attached to brewers Fayre. Other than the experience at the restaurant we had a good time. First of all I didn’t realise you had to book a table when booking a room -then when I tried to book I couldn’t despite pre paying for breakfast . When I called they were just extremely rude and unhelpful. Ew. Disgusting I’d never return for that reason. When you enter they aggressively approach you and tell you “WERE CLOSED NO STAFF THAT DOORS LOCKED USE THE OTHER ONE” that’s all you get. Rude ! Weston doesn’t even have anything to offer we literally scoured the place till I had blisters on my feet to find somewhere else to eat. Could I just say the staff AT THE PREMIER INN are 10/10. FANTASTIC members of staff extremely friendly and helpful. The man who greeted us was so warm and welcoming. They really go above and beyond nothing was too much trouble refunded breakfast immediately and was apologetic despite it not being there fault.

We were warmly greeted when we arrived. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff in the resturant were brilliant especially Nathan, they were short of staff and some customers were quite aggressive towards to the staff. Nathan remained very professional and served every person with a smile.

Lovely room. Freezing cold bar. Asked for the ac in the var to be turned down only to be told its not on. However I've been coming to this hotel from Birmingham for years and the bar is leys freezing. That's why I don't have breakfast there. I walked into the areas that were tidied and you could not go into and suddenly the cold swish of air wasn't there. Its uncomfortable sitting in a bar having a drink in the freezing cold. The man behind the bar said he's going to do something to make itwrm. Don't know what. We went and sat in reception with our drinks. My nose thawed out there. Much more comfortable. However I had to leave my sons who were sat in the bar so not ideal. If you haven't got the ac on and it's not cold in the areas where you can't go then what is it. Is there some sort of malfunction somewhere in the functioning areas. This has been the case for the last x no. Of years. Why is it that you walk into reception you are hit with heat and its not even a manned area

The accommodation was close to the sea front and places to eat primer in staff were friendly. We did have few problems we asked for our room to be cleaned on 2 days of our stay the first day only towels and tea cups were replaced I made reception a ware when I asked for it to be cleaned for the 2nd day and explained it was not done the first day they said it would definitely be done today but noughthing was done Also the pub join to the hotel was really under staff on one day it closed early and for breakfast they were really under pressure got bit shirty with people, I hope there able to sort this it use to be good and families like to eat there as kids eat free for breakfast ,but I will say even low they were stressed the food was good. I gave 3 stars but it's 3 and half to be fair.

Booked here for one night. Location very good and rooms were very comfortable. Couple of negative points though. Our dinner was not great. After 30 mins of ordering we were informed that one of the meals was sold out. Surely we should have been told at the time not when we were expecting our meal. We had prepaid for breakfast the following morning and when we went down for breakfast we were told that there was no cooked breakfast which was very disappointing

Not the most exciting of British Seaside towns, but it's nice to just get away for the night. This Premier Inn is right on the Seafront and if you book a Premier Room, you'll get a sea view. The hotel itself and the staff on this visit were very good. The pub adjoining was ok for drinks, we did not try their food. Dropped one star because their heating in the room did not work, even though the digital panel on the wall shows everything is working. It would have been two stars if it was not for the male staff member who sourced us a heater. Premier Inn has a real issue with their room air con and heating, as I come across this issue VERY frequently. It's especially bad when the room has sealed windows and there's no air circulation because the air con unit is not working properly. The hotel location was ideal for us and the nearby car park is 5 mins walk, but be warned, at our visit on Friday 1st March, the car park only had the ground floor open and all other upper floors were closed and the school pick up parents had taken all the spaces whilst sitting in their cars waiting for their children.

Clean room , but booked a family room for 2 adults and a child, online said there were 3 beds but 3 rd bed was a pull out and not made up. They presumed 2 adults would share a bed. But it was for myself my niece and great niece . I havnt given service any stars as there wasn't any. Booked in with staff but that was last we saw of staff. We made do with beds as didn't know how to contact anyone. Room was really hot too but didn't see instructions for heating til morning. It did the job as we needed to stay in Weston for a funeral. But for 3 people was bit on smallish size.

When I was there, it was the weekend of the beach race, and the hotel were full of syncretism welcome riders and their families and the holiday makers enjoying Weston Super Mare for what it is. Cracking location on the front and right in the edge of town with the shops and bars. Staff were very nice and friendly and couldn't fault the place.

Took us over a year to try this place but now our favourite in Weston. Absolutely gorgeous, well cooked food and all the staff are very friendly. Big shout out to Rubel who waited on us, very friendly and even got me to try Indian desert I'd never had before. Went above and beyond to make us all feel welcome.
