We visited several times over the weekend. We had a breakfast, lunch and an evening meal there over the 2 days. Plus went there for drinks. Every single time we visited we found the staff the best we have ever seen. The service, the friendliness the skills and the attention to detail were second to none. Well done to every one of you, and there are a lot of you.

Always 100% love the staff because the service is always so good. The meal portions are getting slightly smaller and I get why… but as Lounge Bars have been my favourite from day 1 ( it’s true!)…. I am still a total fan

Came here with family for drinks. I didn't have any food whilst we were there but our group did have quite a few drinks between us which were quite nice

nice pub on the sea front. didn't eat but saw food and it looked nice. popular with families. indoor and outside space. toilets on same floor

Food menu was basic but good. The decor is quite eclectic so not to everyone taste, but it had great view of the seafront. No table service.

I've been here many times for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Friendly staff, lot's of food & drink options including a good variety for my vegetarian & vegan friends. It never disappoints.

My wife and I had the lounge big breakfast which was very disappointing, bacon was burnt, toast was barely cooked and soft , mushrooms tasted like they were from a tin and tasted bland and black pudding was tasteless. Having said that it is the first time we were unhappy. We would normally have tapas, main meals or burgers , that always been fine. This will not stop us from visiting again.

Great food and evening drinks would say try to anybody would of been nice for abit of entertainment later on but all good apart from that

Great location to sit and watch the world go by. Good drinks menu, but if you order a cocktail they insist on bringing it to your table, then continue to serve other customers. We waited for nearly 30mins for our drinks. To their credit when we pointed this out they gave us a refund.

Absolutely love this place. Good selection of drinks and food. Portion size is amazing as well. They have inside and outside seating. My favourite place for breakfast or brunch

Plenty of room inside and outside if the weather's nice. Dog friendly. Pleasant staff and did not have to wait too long for food, even though they were busy.

I am a support worker for adults with learning disabilities and regularly come here. Most places are kind and friendly towards the people I support but the lounge goes way 'above and beyond' with a genuinely friendly attitude Foods good too 😁

Every bit as good as the other great Lounge bars. Very child and dog friendly. You can expect to call in with two young families and a dog, with no booking and get a hassle free decent meal in a lovely place. 👌

Delicious lounge breakfast this morning,this is my second time visiting Brunello lounge.I had the gluten free bacon and saussage butty.It was so delicious.Also the hash browns were super tasty as well,crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.Also chorizo was great too.Also great portion size and presentation.Staff were friendly and food came out really efficiently.Lovely decor and location too(especially as it looks onto the coast).It’s very spacious and clean too.Great for all purposes no matter whether it’s a relaxing great way to start the day breakfast,a birthday meal,coffee or a dessert.Would highly recommend this lounge and return when I’m next in the area!

Girls behind the bar need to realise they are in a service industry and not there just to try and look cool. when someone comes up to an empty bar to order a drink around 6pm, it’s probably best to serve them, rather than standing in front of them, ignoring them completely and thinking to yourself, oh I know I’ll start topping up containers on the bar with straws. 3 minutes later another 50 straws are nicely added to the already 300 straws in the container, so well that literally one more straw could not have made it in there. I’m thinking great, I’m gunna get served now, oh no, she goes under the counter grabs another box and tops up the other container with the larger straws. Then proceeds to go down the bar and top the other (all ready full with straws) containers up with more straws. Finally after what seems a lifetime, I’m acknowledged and served, however after 3cm’s of beer is dispensed into the glass, the barrel runs out. After waiting 5 minutes, barrel is changed, and I’m thinking she’s going to get me a fresh glass and start me a fresh pint, oh no the 3cms is topped up, giving me the most flat and disappointing pint that I ever ever had. Advice to staff, if a customer is waiting at an empty bar, acknowledge them and serve them, menial topping up tasks can wait Needless to say, we don’t bother hanging around for another beer or food, and went elsewhere.

Me and my partner are originally from Birmingham and we came down to Weston for a holiday. Brunello Lounge was a great hotspot!😍 We first went for an evening meal, we both ordered the Lounge Bacon Cheeseburger which was absolutely incredible! Fresh bun and patty with a good amount of salad and it also came with slaw and fries. The salted caramel iced latté was also amazing, possibly the best iced latté I had while I was down there! We also had breakfast here twice, we ordered the Lounge Eggs with Smoked Bacon and the Lounge Breakfast. Eggs were amazingly cooked, sausage and bacon were very delicious and the hash browns were sooo crispy!!😍 And we came back a fourth time to try the tapas which we didn’t manage to take a picture of!😂 But believe me, it was incredible !🤤🤤 Definitely give Brunello Lounge a try guys, you will not regret it!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great food with nice gluten free options and excellent staff I would recommend here to anyone

Sat in enclosed outside area, seagull poo spatterd tables, napkins,fag ends,chips strewn on floor. Service good but food very expensive. Bang bang chicken just a soggy mess. My heart sank, could be so good, won't be back unless food improves and you tidy up, we're local.

We come to Brunello fairly often for good reason - the food is always good, the servers are attentive, polite, friendly. There's choice for everyone on the menu, the portion sizes are perfect, and the dishes varied and interesting. The decor is as per other lounges, but that's to say its interesting and quirky and fun, and dare I say cool(but then I am a 41yr old father of two whose 15yr old daughter who thinks of him as some kind of irrelevant relic of a bygone era; "nobody gifs anymore dad, it's embarassing") So I'd definitely come here again, because it's consistently good.

Popped in for lunch midweek. We sat inside and due to time of day and week it was a problem to pick a table. We ordered via the app. The drinks arrived almost instantly and the food not long after. My wife had the buttermilk chicken and fries I went for the fish finger sandwich. Food was piping hot and very nice. Cooked and presented very well. All very reasonably priced. Staff were excellent, very attentive, polite and professional. No complaints whatsoever, lovely visit, great food, great staff will come again. 😁

Lovely food and brilliant service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really good choice of food and drinks, reasonably priced. Excellent gluten free menu which was required by 2 of my fellow diners. Dog friendly, with 2 well behaved dogs present whilst we were there. Would definitely go again.

Was a beautiful early evening so we sat outside until it got too cold. Luvly warm atmosphere inside with all the candles, love that. Unfortunately several items on the menu not available and it was only about 4.30, however what we did have was nice if not a bit expensive. Staff really friendly and efficient.

Not great at all, our food was badly cooked and the staff were not attentive at all. We did complain and they did sort it out, but I wasn't convinced that it was a one-off incident as all the customers in there had to complain about their food too.

I didn't have food as I only came for a drink which was warm and flat which was a shame as the place seemed quite busy for a Wednesday I didn't think much of the deco myself though .

Nice place! The food is good and the workers very friendly. I really recommend this bar/restaurant. We arrived on Tuesday and there is a special offer that includes a cup of wine and 3 tapas for 12 pounds and something... Not bad! Furthermore when we were looking for a place to dinner it was one of the few ones available at Weston. I put four stars at the service because you have to order at the bar counter in English, but all the workers are lovely

Went for breakfast- it was excellent. Not cheap, but worth it. Great service from a young staff too - unusual and a real pleasure. Dog friendly too. All around excellence.

Called in for a drink on the way back to our hotel. Really enjoyed, good choice of beers and nice decor. Close to the sea front too.

I used to clean in this dump,I wouldn't recommend eating there as on 2 occasions I witnessed 2 rats inside the property. There was 1 in the kitchen area and 1 in the main restaurant. I hate to imagine the bacteria that was on the food in there. Like I said STAY WELL CLEAR,Absolutely Disgusting place!!

Great Tapas but could have been a little warmer

Went for a family brunch. Good choice for all and all enjoyed it. Will be going again in future.

Stopped by for coffee and cakes with our dogs after a windy beach walk. Fantastic place and lovely we could sit inside with our dogs.

Had a good time. Unfortunately looked like staff shortages as a few un-cleared tables. The lady that served us and welcomed us (and our dog)was brilliant.

Fantastic place near the seafront! We were a party of 9 without a reservation and we were made to feel welcomed straight away. The service was fantastic, it was busy during lunch time but we were all served within a reasonable amount of time. The food was scrumptious and we all enjoyed our drinks. I had the smashed avocado on toast and halloumi fries. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area!

Love this place, consistently good, trendy, and fun. Food and staff are good, and they do great cocktails ! Can get very busy and loud 😁 Had to have a 2nd or 3rd choice on Saturday as it was super busy and had run out of a lot.

Really nice place. The food was great and good coffee. I had tapas- whipped honey feta, sweet corn cakes and crispy cauliflower. All delicious. The staff were lovely too and food arrived very quickly. Great veggie options on the menu.

The lounge was super busy but we managed to get a table and really enjoyed our food, they have an amazing selection of Gluten free food. Would have been handy to know when we were seated we needed to order at the bar as we waited for ages for someone to come and take our order.

Food was lovely and service was excellent.

We are frequent visitors to a Lounge so know what to expect. This visit we came with parents for a pre Christmas get together. My reason for the review is the excellent feedback provided by my parents who are usually pretty fussy with their choice of venue. My father declared the steak the best that he had ever had and my stepmom loved the Mexican Super Bowl. The service was really good. My only downside of the lounge which happens at a lot of their big venues is the noise level. It is always pretty busy and there’s not a lot to buffer the noise so often hard to hear in big groups. But overall, a fantastic meal out.

Staff were good but some of our food took over an hour to arrive with little explanation. Some of our table had long finished their meal before the rest had arrived. Food was average.

A comfortable pub/cafe with good food and a nice atmosphere, within eyesight of the waterfront and pier.

Asked for a table at the front where the music was easier to listen to. Shown to one near the kitchen where the noise drowned out the music. Had to read the menu by torchlight as very dark. 10 minutes later realised there was no table service (would have been less embarrassing if this was made clear). Big board outside advertising tapas was what drew us in, only to be told the best dishes, ie. Beef chilli brisket and 2 others we chose not available. Gave up went elsewhere. Appears to be run on a shoestring.

The lady served us was very efficient.. she made it a all round lovely experience the food was delicious and the matcha latte was made perfectly x

Really noisy as the room.does have any acoustic baffles. We waited over half an hour for our food and hardly anyone was in.I had salad.for just under 15.and the quantity was just a layer of salad on the base of the dish. won't be going again. Extortionate prices

Very busy on a Sunday but service was good mainly Tapas or Burger they had allergy menus we had gluten free the food was good and dogs are also allowed. It was a good experience

Fantastic meal at great prices with a varied menu. Superb selection of dishes including for those with dietary requirements. Cocktails were great too and were 2 for £11.95 which was a bonus!!

Perfectly situated on Beach Road in Weston super Mare. Brunello's offers a lot but we just fancied a Couple of pints using their outdoor continental cafe style seating. The staff are very friendly and helpful with great local knowledge. It's a laid back environment, even in the open plan garden which has music playing in earshot. There are plenty of neighbouring bars and restaurants to venture onto afterwards. The next time we visit, we'll be sure to take advantage of the diverse menu that caters to many as well as take time to appreciate the indoors.

Myself and my son ordered the pancakes. Very disappointed! I was expecting some lovely homemade ones at almost £10. But they weren’t, just ready made ones. The maple syrup wasn’t good either. In fact we didn’t eat them!
