Honestly the best place to grab quality food with friendly service all day! Go for the Miami brunch- without doubt the best food in the world! Staff- outstanding. Friendly, helpful, happy and all really seem to enjoy their work- this makes a huge difference to the atmosphere. Love it- will come back regularly with my young daughter!

The Brunello Lounge has a really nice, calm, relaxing atmosphere. There are mirrors and paintings of a variety on the walls and there is a good choice of seating options (in my experience). I visited last year (2024) during the summer time (July/August) and the menu at the time didn't fill me with the most confidence. I have been labelled as a 'picky eater' so take the food portion of this review with a pinch of salt. There was not a clear safe option of food for me to choose other than the children's menu portion. I was on a date, however, and did not want to have a child's meal as an adult customer. Their buttered chicken was delicious! I did have to ask for no sauce and no sides but still ended up with a side item (can't remember what it was, probably tomato slices?) that my date was happy to take from my plate. Just something to keep in mind if you or a guest have ARFID or other food/eating issues.

Ate here when visiting WSM on holiday. Lovely food, great selection of drinks. Only downfall was a lot of the menu was actually not available.

If you've ever been to a Lounge you'll know what I'm trying to say. Just the best place to eat no matter what you want, there will always be something you will like, doesn't matter what time it is, doesn't matter if you're by yourself, your family or part of a party it's just THE best place and everyone is made to feel really welcome. The atmosphere is always buzzing, children and dogs are always welcome and even the odd parrot over in a while! At Brunello the staff are what make it just brilliant, so friendly and happy and nothing is to much trouble which is why everyone seems to keep coming back.

Fast becoming my second front room. The staff are lovely and welcoming. Even when it is busy there is space to relax and catch up with friends. The menu is great for snacks and the tea menu is a dream. Haven't had a full meal here yet but I would assume it to be 10/10 like everything else.

I visited brunello today around 1230 with my family The lady at the bar with blonde hair was very kind complimented my lipstick and then helped me with the door when I was changing my nieces clothes in the toilet What a kind helpful person she was thank you 😊

We've had meals here before and they've been excellent and the service has been good even when they have been busy & short-staffed. Unfortunately today, having ordered online and given the kitchen an obvious head-start, we were instructed to collect the food in about half an hour. We arrived there on time. The girl at the bar was excellent and on a number of occasions, chased up the kitchen, but it took an EXTRA 35 minutes until it was given to us to take home - by which time it was pretty cold - some of it was overcooked, and the coleslaws were missing! Sorry - a real disappointment. Whilst apologetic - no attempt was made to SHOW they were sorry. Any poor customer service needs to be followed up with a demonstration of apology - such as a discount, voucher a or a simple freebie - not just empty words. That's what gets loyalty.

The only real annoying part (aside from the online menu not working for just me in particular(probably a me issue)) is that it's so popular, I always seem to run into people I know there, which I'm sure everyone who's as socially anxious as me would agree is a complete travesty!

Went in with my mother for a nice spritz, highly recommend the cherry cola!! However, we enjoyed our garlic fries, the perfect amount of garlic and cheese to die for, the service was amazing as well, such lovely individuals!

Always a great meal. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Took the Jug with us this time. Sat nicely under the table and had a few treats from the jar. Steak was fantastic. Definitely recommend 👌

As a coeliac, Brunello is my go to place to for food. Only downside is that it is so popular (believe the hype) that it can get a little overstimulating inside. Daisy is fantastic and truly makes you feel cared for.

Went today for lunch and they have an infestation of fruit flies. Absolutely disgusting. Sat outside to finish our drinks and didn't order food as it was unhygienic to pick flies from our drinks and have them swarm around us. I complained to the duty manager who refused to give me her name. She agreed it was disgusting but said there was nothing she could do. Said someone was coming tomorrow. I suggested she could close as it was unhygienic. She laughed.

Have visited many lounges before. Arrived today and ordered two adult meals and a childs meal. We waited around 40 minutes for the food and had to ask two times where our food was. It finally arrived and the breakfast was dry where it had been left under the hot plate too long and the poached eggs on muffins were stone cold and not cooked at all. Seriously never had such awful service or food. Asked for my money back as not willing to eat cold/uncooked eggs. Will not be returning and shocked at how bad this chain is. If they cant cook poached eggs they shouldn't be serving food at all. Diabolical! 🤮

Lovely ambience created by the walls and the lighting. A variety of food. My partner and I shared the meals we ordered. Both were fantastic. Great service and reasonably priced.

Three stars because we usually love the place, but unfortunately had a bad time on this occasion. We had an hour before an event and thought that would be sufficient for a single course. After 45 mins, there was still no sign of our food. Ultimately we had to leave without eating anything and request a refund.

Been here more than just the once so can't give a one star review as 70% of the other times were good. But seems to be with brunello it matters what day you go in as staff can definitely effect your experience here. This occasion the food was rushed and out with in five minutes and both me and my partner really didn't like our dishes. It wasn't my worst part of coming in the female staff kept flirting with my partner and this hasn't been the first time they've done so. This is by two female staff, they'll do it right in front of you despite my partner making it very obvious we were together. It just made my experience here uncomfortable and I found it incredibly unprofessional, you're at work.

Loved this place! Very unique decor and the vibes are cozy. It is a good place to work and have a coffee. I also loved the pancakes. Must visit!

Really fantastic for Gluten free folks! A whole menu to choose from! And sooo many tasty options. (Sadly out of stock of the cheesecake on the day we visited though). It was lovely outside in the sunshine, but moderately loud music inside. The food arrived after a medium wait and was all delicious. Good staff who were quick with service and happy to help. Will definitely go back.

i will refuse to eat anywhere else , this is the best place to go out and eat . The food is hot fully cooked the staff are so lovely and friendly will ask how the food is.they allow dogs along with dog treats .the place in general is so comforting it makes me feel right at home , when i couldn’t eat the rest of my meal you can ask for a box to put your left overs in so none goes to waste this will forever be my favourite diner , the toilets are clean the service is excellent there’s so many vegan options :)

First time here ,I enjoyed the experience, I liked my desert,sticky toffee pudding with ice cream which I recommend, staff are great.

Had great service from the staff and the food was tasty. Unfortunately my original order was no longer available and I had to change; however they covered the extra cost. My Dad's coffee wasn't great at first but the staff were on it and swapped his coffee for him.

Love this place, staff are extremely helpful and the food is always great. Personally I love it here, because I have allergies. You can look at the menu online and see what dishes you can have. They prepare your meal away from everyone else’s and it comes out last. The staff are very quick to say if the meal may contain a certain ingredient that you’re allergic too. I feel very safe to eat here and will definitely go back again, you can also take your dog here too. The only downside is as far as I know it’s not wheelchair accessible. But it wouldn’t surprise me if they had a ramp for you to use, so always worth asking

Love going to these cafe bar/restaurants as doesn't matter which one you go to the food etc is always the same quality.

We visited several times over the weekend. We had a breakfast, lunch and an evening meal there over the 2 days. Plus went there for drinks. Every single time we visited we found the staff the best we have ever seen. The service, the friendliness the skills and the attention to detail were second to none. Well done to every one of you, and there are a lot of you.

Always 100% love the staff because the service is always so good. The meal portions are getting slightly smaller and I get why… but as Lounge Bars have been my favourite from day 1 ( it’s true!)…. I am still a total fan

Food menu was basic but good. The decor is quite eclectic so not to everyone taste, but it had great view of the seafront. No table service.

Very friendly staff. Popped in for some dinner after a long day on the beach. Food took a little while to arrive (~40 minutes) but it was very busy and we were in no rush so was not a problem. We've been to a few "Lounges" before, and found the food quality was pretty consistent with the others we've been to. Love that these places are dog-friendly indoors too.

We have family over from Dubai. We have been in Brunellos every day since Tuesday 23rd...we've tried most of the menu. All food good. We normally end the evening with a warm Brownie, and drinks. I have to be honest...every member of staff front of house is amazing, you are all so busy but your always pleasant. I have told a few members of staff this...hospitality can be hard at times..been there...but you guys are 100% per cent all the time.

This place was prefect, we has our dogs with us as we were visiting friends, and they took us here for lunch and it didn't disappoint, the food was amazing and well priced, and staff were welcoming and good with the dogs which to us is the most important, so big thumbs up.

Always love the lounges and this one was no exception. Great options for vegans and friendly staff and good atmosphere. Really enjoyed my Buddha bowl. Toilets very clean too.

Good restaurant bar. Comparable to a slug and lettuce. The brunch dishes were good. Nice pancakes, eggs Benedict and English breakfast. Fun brunch with the family. The passion fruit martini is slightly too sweet and obviously not made with fresh passion fruit puree. Not what I was expecting but not terrible.

Great place to eat as a couple or as a group. They have an app so you can order from your table, the staff are friendly and seem to enjoy being there. Outside seating is great for a bit of people watching. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and they’re dog friendly too.

Fantastic meal at great prices with a varied menu. Superb selection of dishes including for those with dietary requirements. Cocktails were great too and were 2 for £11.95 which was a bonus!!

Tho ur yeovil restaurant holds a close place to my heart as its in my old shop building. 3rd visit 2 this company (1st @western) Very impressed again.. Staff held it together as busy and kitchen doing great to keep up.. A credit to company!! Just a quick lunch stop and left happy Well done

Me and my partner came in today (13/07/24) with our 10 week old baby who was not having a good time. A lovely lady who was working (I feel so bad I didn't capture her name) saw me in an absolute state, and out of the kindness of her heart came over to us, she had ordered us a sundae and explained how she had been in our shoes. I cannot thank her enough for this wonderful gesture, and the kind words she said to me. Thank you so so much.

I've been here many times for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Friendly staff, lot's of food & drink options including a good variety for my vegetarian & vegan friends. It never disappoints.

Dogs sitting on the furniture?! Should be left outside or at worst made to sit quietly under the table! Begs the question is it sanitary to eat the over priced food?

Best place to come if you want to be shat on by seagulls. 4 times and counting now.

My wife and I had the lounge big breakfast which was very disappointing, bacon was burnt, toast was barely cooked and soft , mushrooms tasted like they were from a tin and tasted bland and black pudding was tasteless. Having said that it is the first time we were unhappy. We would normally have tapas, main meals or burgers , that always been fine. This will not stop us from visiting again.

Just went to Brunello lounge for my birthday meal, I was a lone diner with 2 wellbehaved dogs who had plenty of room to lay down. I went to order 2 choices of vegetarian food but fortunately for me they didn't have either. I asked Beth behind the bar to recommend something and she suggested Beetroot and Feta flatbread. Excellent choice, it was delicious, I thanked her as I was leaving and she said she would tell the chef as she hadn't prepared it - no but she recommended it. Thank you Beth for making my birthday special and thank you Brunello Lounge.

Needing menu specialties its often hard to find menus with a large choice, the Brunello Lounge has many choices and nice food. The staff were pleasant and efficient with the food coming in a reasonable time.

Great food and evening drinks would say try to anybody would of been nice for abit of entertainment later on but all good apart from that

Great location to sit and watch the world go by. Good drinks menu, but if you order a cocktail they insist on bringing it to your table, then continue to serve other customers. We waited for nearly 30mins for our drinks. To their credit when we pointed this out they gave us a refund.

I am a support worker for adults with learning disabilities and regularly come here. Most places are kind and friendly towards the people I support but the lounge goes way 'above and beyond' with a genuinely friendly attitude Foods good too 😁

Every bit as good as the other great Lounge bars. Very child and dog friendly. You can expect to call in with two young families and a dog, with no booking and get a hassle free decent meal in a lovely place. 👌
