Piccolo Bar in Kensington and Chelsea

I have been to this café for lunch many times as I work around the corner. On three occasions now, they have overcharged me by a significant amount. I use Apple Pay often, and its very easy to just not look at the screen and just tap your phone. They don't show you the screen when you tap your card and when they over charge you, I called them out on this and they gave me the refund in cash. I don't mind if they did this once as a mistake, but its happened too many times where I assume they do it to a lot of tourists. I really hope everyone either goes elsewhere for their lunch and stays clear of this place.

Asked for a strong cappuccino. I got an undrinkable coffee-flavoured mug of water and froth which had to leave behind.

Very tasty sandwiches which were jampacked with contents. Nothing too much trouble and a great variety to choose from. highly recommended

Necesitaba un bocadillo para un evento al que mi grupo asistía en W 1. Elegimos Piccolo al azar, ya que estaba bastante cerca de nuestro lugar y tenía críticas decentes. Excelente, amable y eficiente servicio, de primera a última, sándwiches fabulosos (frescos, sabrosos, muy bien rellenos y variados), y entregados exactamente a tiempo. Definitivamente lo usaría nuevamente para una ocasión similar, ¡o lo visitaría si estuviera en el área a la hora de comer! Gracias angelo.

Me encanta este lugar en las primeras horas. Servicio superior, personas Top. Uno de mis favoritos cuando estoy en Londres.

Great food, decent portions. Cabbie's favourite for good reasons - they all pop in for a "Scotch Egg with a bit of mustard". Not many of these places left. Tiny shop yet all four of them squeeze around each other and are lovely and chatty with the customers.

We should have just walked out or thrown or items away after we saw the eggs for our sandwich scrambled with the steamer on the coffee machine. Sadly we did not, we trusted that the locals here knew better than we did and went about our day, sadly to pay for that decision the rest of the day. The coffee was average, the sandwiches not at all worth the stomach upset we developed.

A truly British cafe, I stay in Sloan Square area when in London and found this place wondering around with Jet Lag at 6am. I saw all the taxis and went to investigate. These guys open 4am and serve great teas and coffee and Breakfast Sandwiches. The service is fast and friendly and I love to sit outside and watch London wake up. 3 mugs of tea, a bacon egg sandwich and a latte =7 pounds. breakfast at the hotel, also good but from 7am only, 27 pounds...you decide! Thank you Angelo, see you next time I pass through on my way home to the Caribbean!

While staying at SQ Hotel, my spouse came here to get me coffee an a croissant every morning. They are clueless about coffee. Every time he ordered a cappuccino, he was served a watered down caffe latte. Very watered down. And the croissants? Doughy, not flaky. Ugh.

Great espresso, great sandwiches and consistently good service over many years. Low prices for the area too.

Per un pranzo fugace come è solito fare la gente a Londra, il Piccolo Bar è perfetto. Panini buoni, prezzi onesti, veloci nella preparazione e ingredienti discreti. Un pò nascosto. Consigliato per panini-take away.

It is easy to miss this tiny place on Sloane Street close to the Square.It is essentially a take out joint with an Italian twist offering coffee,soup,sandwiches etc.There are a couple of tables outside to sit at and watch the world go by.Popular with locals,construction crews and staff from the multitude of shops nearby.

lovely sandwich, they have lots of sandwich fillers to choose from with some interesting combinations on a choice of buns, baps, breads. great portion size and lovely staff, reasonably priced for location

A tiny treasure that is used by locals and by London taxi drivers. Standing room only with a couple of outdoor mini tables. Good coffee, the usual range of sandwiches, bagels, soft drinks. Cheap and cheerful.
