Hier geweest naar aanleiding vd goede beoordelingen , kon niet harder tegenvallen. Aperol was vooral veel water en ijs , eten matig , en het was duidelijk dat de tafel nog een paar keer moest roteren .

First time visiting for my wife’s 50th. First impressions were good, lovely place and staff seemed attentive. The starter was really nice, only ruined by the mains coming before we had finished the starter. We ordered a second round of drinks which took 25 mins to arrive. I asked 3 times and was told they were on there way. When they finally arrived my wife’s drink was not what she ordered, was a rum based drink rather than gin. There were then 3 members of staff arguing right next to our table about the drinks orders being messed up. To top everything off I had called in advance and asked for a birthday cake to make it a special occasion, unfortunately this was forgotten about too. Overall just really disappointed. I really expected a better experience.

The decor is costal and fresh and on a sunny evening has a vibrant atmosphere , 2 of the party had pasta carbonara which had bits of burnt pork scratchings in it , no diced pancetta no parmigiana no fresh parsley no taste . Sorry to say I was Disappointed

Lovely afternoon spent with friends at the now renamed Luciano. Food was great all the staff very pleasant, and a special thankyou to the manager Tom (I think) who was most professional and attentive despite being run of his feet.

Well that was disappointing Given the state of play and uncertainty of hospitality, and the fact I know and use this brand U.K. wide this was a s*** show Your staff clearly do not want to be there and that was clear from the manager as his body language and attitude was awful. Value for money no ! £135 ok mainly a bottle of wine and the service charge but given the poor or lack of quality service feel this should of been credited as should the fact they served a cold and somewhat ‘been hanging around to dry up’ meal, accepted taken back and replenished but just poor. How many restaurants at this level do not serve your wine ? Although this took till the beginning of our main course to turn up

We are a local customers and visited with family recently as wanted to support them with business after their recent kitchen fire. The general atmosphere was lovely but the service was not of an expected standard, the staff seemed too busy with their conversations to welcome/greet us, and table service felt the same. There was a member of staff who looked like she was napping at the bar. Disappointing.

We went to Piccolino Alderley edge for my mums birthday. We often go to this chain and have a nice experience but I have to say this was exceptional. The vegan menu is so fresh and there are so many sides to choose from we shared a mix. The surprise came at the end when we were offered a vegan zucchini cupcake and they added the koko Kanu ice cream on the side - absolutely in heaven. Give this place a try if you are vegan or otherwise. Staff are excellent and attentive. Food is fresh and tasty. 10 out of 10!

This was our second visit to this Piccolinos , frequented several others in various locations . Last time we came here we where disappointed as so many things where off the menu but as it was early jan and staff appeared tired , we thought we would give it another try this month and hope for a little more effort , and we where not disappointed . We had the asparagus with poached egg each which was lovely then tried the roast beef Sunday lunch to share , again , lovely with their own twist on a typical roast dinner . I presume manager / head chef , I’m not sure , came to ask us if we liked the food and seemed genuinely interested in our comments .He also took an interest in whether we had ordered dessert and chased our crepe Suzettes , which where delicious after flambe’ at our table . Thank you again for lovely food , service and that delightful man ( presume head chef / manager? ) for making our Sunday special .

Had another meal in here, stunning place, really enjoy it, first class wine, food, atmosphere and location, really worth a visit, yes I would go again

Really enjoyed lunch here, we sat outside with the sun blaring and it was a great atmosphere and felt like we were abroad! Food was quick and tasted good and went down well with a mojito! Only slight downside was slightly flat pink bubbles but apart from that I would def recommend and go again

This was a wonderful surprise. A great meal, wonderful staff and service. Friendly, welcoming and professional. We sat next to a table where a celebrity was talking of a forthcoming ITV programme. We watched as the freshest and most wonderfully presented dishes were put before us and they tasted as good as they looked. The restaurant is favoured by famous footballers, stars and the appreciative foodies out there. The surroundings were sumptuous and furnished to a very high standard as well as with a lot of rooms available for special occasions, outside dining or in the fine dining restaurant or the buffet style eatery next door. Very slick, very entertaining and the food was the standard that we have come to expect of fine dining in the UK in recent years. Absolutely top class. Well done. Paul Davies

...to Alderley. We had a fabulous lunch with some of the tastiest restaurant food I've eaten since we were in Naples last year. The atmosphere was fantastic, great service - attentive but not intrusive, and nice to sit and be able to watch the food being prepared. Can't really fault it and look forward to returning soon.We have talked with friends who have not shared our positive experience but we can only base this review on our own thoughts.
