Welcomed, good food & service by Cesar. Who kept smiling despite the showers! Weather not so good , but they did their very best with seating & even blankets to keep us all cosy ! Lovely afternoon 😊

Fuimos a almorzar el domingo, la comida y el servicio fueron excelentes. La presentación y la atención al detalle hicieron la experiencia agradable. Berenjena al horno y lasaña delicioso! Cenará aquí de nuevo.

Este TAKE-AWAY ha desaparecido, KEBAB Y CHIPS FUERON ORDENADOS. La carne estaba tan sobrecargada de microondas Era PLÁSTICA y rígida, trataron de ocultarla cubriendo todo el kebab, incluida la ensalada. Con una cantidad copiosa de salsa de chile muy muy caliente, las patatas estaban cubiertas de alguna sal ROJA. ¿POR QUÉ? ? ? AMBOS KEBAB Y CHIPS FUERON PIEDRA FRÍO AL LLEGAR. NUNCA VUELVE A UTILIZAR ESTE TOMAR ALEJADO.

Just been to Piccalinoas with my son for Mother's Day, lovely food, brilliant service and great atmosphere. Just one fault they wip your plates away the minute you have finished, I like to take a bit of time between courses and they were far too quick, felt a bit rushed.

I was most unimpressed with Piccalinos on Manchester off Albert square. From when we entered to when we left the male staff member at the front of house was rude and ignorant. We attended with my nana who was never offered a seat yet we had booked a table for 7 and had a table waiting. She was left to stand until shown to our table. The waiting staff were very pleasant but visibly you could see were under immense pressure from there managers who was the make at the front if house. The restaurant had a nice layout and well decorated but the food was bland. My mother and I shared the braised beef pasta and the pasta was hard and undercooked. We had the cod and chorizo which was better but was swimming in butter. I have eaten twice at my local piccalinos in clitheroe which is far better service and food wise. I would not recommend piccalinos Manchester but would recommend the clitheroe restaurant.

Arranged a family breakfast at this well appointed and central location adjacent to the town hall. Staff were superb and we all had a great breakfast. Well worth a visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Good honest italian food. The staff are great and very attentive. Its my first port of call when in Manchester. Thank you.

Went with two friends on a Saturday for lunch. Although the place is large, it was very busy but they found us a table within five minutes. The service was first class though not obtrusive and the noise level was low enough for us to talk without having to raise our voices. The choices of food was extensive as was the wine list and although busy, there were enough staff to ensure prompt service. They were in no hurry for us to vacate the table (unlike some other places I have been to) so the whole experience was very relaxed. Although not cheap, I have paid a lot more for inferior food and service elsewhere in the city.

Amazing food excellent service a must for people who live Italian food. Drinks can be expensive but well worth the visit

We have not been back for awhile and asked ourselves why! The friendliness, atmosphere, service and most importantly, the food were everything you could want in a casual night out. Loved the complimentary lemoncello that was in-house made. Will be back! Had the spots and they were delicious.

Loved the Italian cuisine in this nice push restaurant! Did think the prices were slightly high but felt that the service and food was good enough to justify. Hope to come back again if am in the area, but plenty of competition around

Visited with 9 friends yesterday lunchtime. We had a wide variety of starters & mains, all good, some ( lamb chops ) outstanding. The service was up to its usual standard, very good indeed. This is a busy restaurant with great atmosphere and a happy staff, all round a very pleasant experience !

Very busy restaurant with very good service and great food. Very friendly, smiley staff. I was there for the start of a hen night and the staff joined in our fun.

Visited on 05/04/2015. With family and friends celebrating my birthday & Errols. Greated with a glass of Prosecco on house for my birthday which was a very nice and classy touch. They didn't remember it was also Errol's birthday, although informed he didn't receive a glass. We chose of the set menu as always plenty of choice, excellent service, patience and staff couldn't do enough. Food was hot, full of flavour. No complaints.Both Errol & I renditioned with "Happy Birthday" with plenty of kisses. Oh nearly forgot a gorgeous dessert on the house for us both.Overall experience excellent. Highly recommend.

Social gathering with friends and family. Excellent service.... One particular ' Manwel' Italian waiter superb. Everyone happy with food although my swordfish very dry...... Disappointing for £18 , excluding sides!.... Would of expected top quality for that price.

We came here for a large party and was told by friends it was amazing, we was a little dissatisfied when we arrived, the tables are very close together and I knocked other chairs on the way to sit down, it was a little cramped when we sat down. Other then that we had a lovely evening the wait on staff were very attentive but not too over attentive, the food was lovely and the drinks if a little overpriced were ok, I'd come back to this restaurant again! Very pleasant

Went most recently for a birthday as a 4 and we had a couple of sharing platters which were excellent I had a T-bone steak which was really really tasty, nicely char grilled but still blood rare on the inside, hand cut chips, green beans, pepper sauce all excellent. The rest of the party all enjoyed theirs too.

Went it with work colleagues on a leaving do. We booked on line and both the service, food and atmosphere were all excellent. The service of the restaurant, although it was extremely busy, was not effected and they delivered excellence. Highly recommended!

This is a lovely restaurant, the food is superb and the staff are very friendly, they can’t do enough for you. I came here with my husband and son , we chose a few things from the menu and share, it’s a great way to sample the menu. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, I will be going back
