Presentation was excellent, portions were ample, staff were smiling, happy and polite

Really, really good food on our last visit. Main course pizza and pasta great, and the starters, calamari, buchetta, and malanzane parmigiana were excellent. Friendly staff, great place. Updating 3 November 2024. Just as good as last time. Fabulous Quatro Stagioni pizza ... just so tasty. And as before, fabulous service.

A little bit annoying and sad as I probably won’t go here anymore. Was a nice place but just taking the piss now, had a family meal and they charged 15% service adding £20 to the bill. Foods not amazing and service is less than impressive so felt that their calculations were just greedy! Sadly will give up on this place now! Shame as I’ve been going for years! Greedy!

Special mention to the waitress who handles 5 adults and 12 kids! I wish I had your patience!

The food is delicious, the staff are extremely polite, and there is a great atmosphere. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have an amazing time. It's a restaurant I will return to again and again.

It was a top experience! We had lovely made pizzas, wine was nicely chilled, noce sweet panna cotta, and the complimentary shot of limoncello was the icing on the cake!

We were a party of 34 for lunch. All went like clockwork. Food and drink were exceedingly good and plentiful. Set and his colleague were both speedy and attentive. The venue is light and comfortable with a good buzz. All enjoyed themselves immensely. We will certainly revisit soon. Highly recommended. Well done and thanks again, Set!!

Discovered Piazza Firenze by chance and popped in to order food for takeaway. Delightful surprise! Ordered a pizza. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their attention to detail was very clear to see. Menu had lots of variety, and everything made me want to try it. The pizza was prepared quickly, and I was shown it before I left (which is always a good sign). It was cooked to perfection, quite literally one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Whoever prepares the dough deserves massive props, not overkneaded, crust was fluffy on the inside and not dense, nice and crisp on the outside. Topping were great quality, and it wasn't smothered in cheese. Absolutely awesome! Will go back first chance I get to try more of the menu. Highly recommend here!

Lovely local Italian in Hampton High Street, excellent service and good food, family friendly also. We had swordfish with lentils and calf liver with mashed potatoes and they were delicious

I really like italian food and unfortunately that was not up to the standard. Very bland taste and too much butter.the worst thing though was the rushing.the place wasn't busy but we were rushed from the beginning and in less than 40 minutes we were having dessert!When I go italian,I want to enjoy a relaxed evening,otherwise I would go to a fast food chain. Very disappointing

Picked up 2 freshly cooked pizza's from the Hampton Hill branch last Sat evening. A delicious treat,which myself my wife and daughter really enjoyed.

A delightful meal with nice wine and sensibly priced. Good service but a bit slow with the bill. Only a minor issue and will certainly be back.

I like this place, It's a small chain of three restaurants. I can't speak for the others but this branch feels more like an independent family run business. On my evening dinner visit, the place was bustling but the waiters didn't seem fazed by the demands made on them from hungry patrons. My order was taken promptly and a wine recommended by the waiter was also added. My food, once served was excellent and the feedback from my wife was that hers was too. The wine as suggested by the waiter delicious and was exactly to my taste. My second visit was for lunch and I went for the set menu that give you a starter and a main, or a main with a drink (beer, house wine or soft drink); very good value at £10.95. I can recommend the Spaghetti with mussels, garlic, chilli, white wine & fresh tomato. A glass of the house red complemented it extremely well. I can highly recommend this restaurant and I will be visiting again.

You cannot get a better place for a great family dinner or lunch. The staff are all so friendly (special mention to Tony and Marjena but they are all amazing) The food and drink are very reasonably priced and tasty. Be warned this is a child friendly restaurant and they can have group bookings with children so if you don’t like a bit of atmosphere it’s probably best you avoid. For me, it just adds to the social aspect of eating out!

We've been here a few times but the last time was a disaster. There was a large table of adults and another one with their children and the noise was unbearable. If we had been on our own we would have walked out like others did. We wanted to catch up with friends but conversation was almost impossible. We hoped that they would go soon because of the children but they didn't. The other problem was despite only ordering a main course, it did not arrive for over 45 minutes and my friend's pizza had a burnt base. I was also disappointed with the cheesecake which was soggy with no body. When we came out all our ears were ringing. Won't go back.

Faultless service and excellent food. Portions generous and good value. Dined here 29/4/23 on a busy Saturday but the efficiency of the hard working staff made sure every customer was taken care of.

This is a lovely Italian restaurant with a varied menu of pizza, pasta , steak, chicken, liver, lamb and fish. It is quite large but when we went it was not full. Could this be because Trip Advisor says it's only open for takeaways? It was certainly very busy with takeaways. We waited a little longer than we expected to eat but the meal was worth waiting for. I had liver in butter and sage and because I am not keen on mash I had some sauteed potatoes instead. My partner had lamb with amsh, green beans and a rosemary sauce. For dessert I had passion fruit cheesecake and my partner had sticky toffee pudding - very light as it was a large piece. They had 0% alcohol beer, not always available elsewhere and my pinot grigio blush was good. I would have given it 5 stars but it was a bit cold.

Very nice restaurant, the ambiance is nice and the service is kind and welcoming. My plate of pasta with octopus 🐙 was 5* and so was the panna cotta! Unfortunately the cheese on the pizza wasn’t authentic “mozzarella”, the only reason or the lost ⭐️! We will defend coming back again and hopefully to find a mozzarella on the pizza to upgrade the review to 5 ⭐️ !! Well done 👍

I don’t know how Piazza Firenze has such excellent ratings on Deliveroo. I had 2 pizzas delivered. Waiting time was very good. Arrived in 24mins. And that’s where the positives end. The pizza bases tasted like they were supermarket bought. They certainly did not taste like they were made in a restaurant and I don’t believe they were. The toppings were decidedly average and tasted cheap - and neither pizza had been cut. I have a pizza wheel so I cut them but what if I didn’t have one? Two pizzas and a garlic bread cost £35. So not only was it poor pizza, it was hugely overpriced. Won’t be ordering again. My order was from Hampton not Teddington but the Hampton branch doesn’t come up on this site

Went to Piazza for Staff Xmas celebration and we had a great night. Restaurant staff were so welcoming and helpful and accommodated all our requests . We asked for a specific table when we booked and they held it for us and we had the table for the whole evening . Food was delicious everyone was happy with their meal . Great food as always and tastes fresh. Service is excellent, quality superb. Highly recommended for a great night or day meal out. They will also accommodate tables of over 30 people if you ask in advance. Update (9 Nov 2022): Staff continue to be very polite and friendly. Food is still excellent. Highly recommend.

Good food fair price excellent service

Admitttedly, arrived after theatre some 25 minutes before close and was told to order immediately which was fair enough.albeit blunt. Ordered a glass of House White which had definitely gone off and really undrinkable. I accept that opened wine eventually deteriorates. Politely complained but was told the wine was ok. I believed this was getting nowhere and put the wine aside. Shortly afterwards a new bottle was opened and I was given another which was fine. The food was poor to mediocre but edible. The bill arrived and I was told by the waiteress that the 12 and a half percent service charge was NOT discretionary,

Good food and service as normal. Only two serving staff but they did a good job as super busy. Unfortunately we would have had coffee and pudding but they never got asked. Restaurant was extra busy maybe due to Hampton Hill theatre having a production. We arrive at 6 and left at 7.30. We saw many people in both places.

Love this place .... Whether it's just me & the hubby or all the family (sometimes that's 20 of us) they always deliver great food & service too !!

Lovely meal within the restaurant, felt and tasted very authentic in that pasta dishes tasted ‘home made’ and not the more generic tastes of an Italian ‘chain’ restaurant. Service was excellent and the whole experience had a family restaurant vibe. Really difficult to assess price/value at the moment with increasing prices but felt good value and hopefully supporting a family business in difficult times. Would recommend highly whilst in Hampton.

My first and last visit to this restaurant. We had high hopes for my friend’s birthday lunch. The restaurant was very pleasant when we arrived. We ordered from the lunch specials menu and the starters were good, unfortunately it went down from there my friend’s mussels pasta dish looked ok, she wasn’t raving about it. Mine was chicken and mushroom pasta, again it was ok but chicken was tough and mushrooms gritty, the pasta was cheap shop bought. Went on the have the pancakes for dessert, the shop bought pancakes were cold which made it unpleasant to eat. I mentioned it to the waitress, who couldn’t have cared less. Along with a couple of glasses of wine this was a very expensive lunch that wasn’t worth it. Very disappointing!

Fabulous food and great service. The restaurant itself is very cozy and there is a smallish outside area where we could take the dogs. The vege risotto was really good, and my husband really enjoyed his pizza. They also have a good choice of wines.

Not so tasty, not fresh buns, made yesterday. Pizzeria has got a big professional oven but they served old buns. Not so nice. Salad without taste. Expensive. Very nice staff. Do something with the menu, please.

Service was good - we had a very helpful waitress but did need to ask for things eg salt + pepper, Parmesan cheese etc. Menu covers most Italian traditional food and food was tasty and portions were good. Drink is a bit expensive but overall a good experience.

We went for a dinner last night Tuesday 5 of July and the food was terrible , the main course ( fillet ) was over cooked and strong taste of butter , my wife had spaghetti with meatballs and the pasta was over cooked. Our friends recommended us the fillet as they went on Monday night for a late dinner and they had a delightful eve . Hopefully they improve the dishes to be the same everyday .

Very disappointed food was cold and no staff around to speak to & by time they appeared it was too late to rectify as all kitchen staff had left in spite it being before closing time ,eaten here before without any problems would be reluctant to return or reccomend ,should of refused to pay no excuses for cold food seems to have gone down recently, shame

Went for dinner with a friend, but it wasn’t a great experience. I had to send back my starter, stuffed mushroom, it was undercooked and tasteless, with a strange texture. Pizza main was ok and tiramisu too. Service was a bit haphazard and not particularly attentive, waiting staff spent a lot of time chatting with friends.

Lovely food. Home made. Lovely staff. Family feel. I love this place and have never had a bad meal or experience so far in 3 years. Highly recommended

Great little Italian restaurant, visit on a regular basis. Shame they have changed the menu, the new one is no where near as good. The food now is not good, a real shame🤨

Ate as a family of 4 early afternoon on a Saturday. We haven’t been in a long time but previously this was our go to restaurant before lockdowns etc. Can really notice that it’s gone down hill, it is looking tired and lost its sparkle unfortunately. Food below average. Ordered Calzone pizza which was awful. Parmesan just gets spooned out a stainless catering dish instead previously being freshly grated. Men’s toilets need addressing, not clean and leak from urinal on to the floor. Hope they turn it around 🤞

We've been going to Piazza Firenze for years, always one of our favourite restaurants and last night was no exception. The food was terrific, large portion sizes so pud wasn't a possibility after a starter and main course and I'm still exhaling garlic the morning after, awesome! Service was terrific too, speedy and attentive so why only 4 stars when this is a 5 star review? Well our issue was how cramped it was, fair enough it was Saturday night and I'm pleased to see the place was busy, but in these Covid aware times we found the table for two we had in the middle of the floor somewhat cramped and when the tables either side of us filled up, their coats were brushing our table. It just feels like this table was squeezed in to maximise profit and the owners would serve their clientele better by considering the value in this.

Beautiful cozy restaurant in Hampton with great atmosphere which serves tasty and excellent dishes, a variety of drinks and very friendly service. We really enjoyed our evening.

Lovely staff, so welcoming and helpful. I have lunch here with my toddler and then bought my in laws and husband here the other night. Love their risotto and sea bass dishes. Would recommmend!

Good food and and excellent service

Organised a get-together for six of whom only one didn't have either significant dietary challenges or mobility issues. All sorted out in advance by email. Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Food absolutely delicious and can draw special attention to the lamb rump, liver, chicken and cod - as well as the tiramisu which we fortunately left space for. Great atmosphere and excellent value for money too so we will very definitely be back.
