WOW the food here was just tremendous. I ordered a special fried pho which was amazing, great portion size and the meat was beautiful. Also ordered a chicken katsu curry and the curry sauce was definitely the star there which was just full flavour. The salt and chilli prawn starter was also nice, slightly pricy but the prawns and vegetables included tasted very fresh. The gentleman serving me was also very polite and asked if we needed any cutlery to take out etc. Will 100% sure visit this place again if I am in the area, I cannot recommend it enough.

Went this afternoon for a quick meal with a friend before having to be somewhere. Food was lovely served and made within half an hour, it was quiet but it was a quiet night in town overall, it’s clean and decorated well, the staff were kind and gave enough time for us to chose from menu, I had come in before my friend as was waiting outside in cold and her bus wasn’t too far away, I waited for her inside at a table, they had no problems with that. Was a pleasant experience and lots of choices on menu, I am hoping to come back soon and even for a birthday start of next year. Nothing bad on this visit, Thank you for pleasant dining experience.

Rude and clever towards me. But the meal was pretty good I won't come back here for the principal. You thought that a restaurant which is barely full all the time would treat it's paying customers better

Place is on the cold and awkward side, I don't think I've ever seen the place full. While my friend had an ok meal, I had a stir fry esque dish that was oily, greasy and tasted bitter and burnt, a lot of bhutane taste. Not a pleasant experience.

Very friendly staff and good food. Quiet on the nights I went first because of the weather and second because Hull fair was on.

Again, excellent food (had the BBQ pork and rice) and a fairly quite place to have a great meal. Surprised about the value as well, £12 for a main and only £2.20 for a decent coffee. Spot on!

We called in for lunch today, it was very quiet. It was lovely and clean. Judging by the number of tables it must get busy at times. We shared the Prawn Spring Rolls which had full prawns in them, served with a sweet dipping sauce, they were tasty. We both had Beef with Vermicelli Noodles served in a spicy broth with bean sprouts, spring onions, chilli, coriander and a wedge of lemon. We both added extra sriracha and soy sauce. It was tasty and filling. We will definitely return and try other things from the menu.

Popped in for a late lunch, plenty of seating for whatever size party 2 drinks and 2 mains for under £30 very good and tasted delicious! (Vegan/veggie menu with plenty of options)

Has amazing food, however the atmosphere could be improved. A little bit of music would make it more comfortable for customers. Also don’t be stingy on the extra limes! Haha

Food price is expensive. (Not bothered to pay the price if the food we thought is worth it) the quality of food not worth with the price we paid. Not recommendable.

I love their pho. We ordered one pho and it was good for the three of us. Then we ordered grilled pork belly with rice. The servings were big. My stomach cannot take much. And the food is flavorful. This is one of my go to places after an exhausting day at work, my comfort food. .

One of our go-tos whenever we're craving for quality Asian dishes. Spring and Summer Rolls are wonderful. Phos are tasty as well. We always go for their Rice Meals which are so filling. All servings are massive too!

I thought the food tasted very much like a Chinese cook had attempted to make Vietnamese food and really missed the point. I wouldn't order from here again, there are much better Vietnamese restaurants that deliver in Hull.

Hidden gem! The food here is amazing and hits the spot every time. The staff are very welcoming and polite. Portion sizes are big and prices are low. This is one of my favourite restaurants at the moment. 100% would recommend.

Amazing food, we tried the spring rolls, summer rolls, the beef pho, and the special pho. Before leaving we ordered two iced Vietnamese coffees for takeaway. Everything was super tasty... the service was great as well. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who wants to try Vietnamese food.

This is a cozy vienam restaurant. It's very clean and the workers are very friendly. The pho is really delicious with tasty beaf and chicken bone soup. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic little gem tucked away down Prospect St, towards fitness 24 and British heart foundation. Service was fantastic, I pre booked to grab a table and was pleasantly surprised to have it clearly reserved and was greeted by the staff and seated. The menu is big enough to provide a very good choice of dishes but not so many you feel overwhelmed. I ordered the salt and pepper chilli squid and the springs rolls to start. These were exceptionally tasty and had just the right kick of chilli without being overpowering and the soy complimented the flavour very well. The spring rolls were a mix of pork and prawn with veg, again very tasty and just right, didn't fall apart after one bite and remained crisp throughout the meal. My main was the BBQ pork noodle soup. This was fantastic and the broth wasn't greasy or heavy. Nice clear soup with a good balance of flavours, enough protein to make a substantial meal in addition to the noodles. I had a good pot of jasmine tea to wash the meal down and this stayed hot through the entire meal. All in all 3 courses for less than 25 quid. Absolute bargain considering the quality of the food and the attentive service. Would definitely go again!

My first time in Hull, for a concert, and because I love Vietnamese food I went to the closest restaurant I could find and my god what an experience! Literally the best PHO and spring rolls I've ever ate in my life. Host was very friendly and helpful as well. You guys need to come to London and teach some of the places there a thing or two about Vietnamese food.

Me and my girlfriend love this place. Food is always well made and tasty. I'd recommend the pork bbq with egg fried rice. The staff are very nice too. This was our 4th visit. Had the Pho before with the spring rolls. Food never disappoints. Thank you!

Greeted by a friendly guy, explained it would be a 50 minute wait on food which was fine. Had a nice bottle of Pinot for £11. Food arrived after an hour which is what we expected. Great portion size and really hot. Plenty of meat and for the price it was very tasty. Highly recommended. A second bottle of wine and 2 mains for £40, that's a good price. I will go back and I recommend it. The guy front of house was so friendly and totally honest about wait times.

I’ve never left a review on Just Eat, but the food was THAT bad I had to. The katsu curry was tasteless, basic and nasty. The tofu was rock solid and inedible. I cannot overstate how bad this was - especially when it was quite expensive.

Loved the food , will be going back

The table where we wanted to sit there was a dead cockroach on it, and the other one that was available was dirty. The food at a convenient price but the taste left something to be desired, the oil was persistent in the food and it took a very long time until we were served although the restaurant was not very busy.

1st time tried this restraunt three of us going to Hull Truck theatre staff very friendly and helpful asking if we had any food allergies explained what was in the dishes we ordered one vegan meal although there was a bit of a wait for the food it was well worth the wait food was excellent tasty and plentiful would highly recommend

Our first pho, so we have nothing to compare it to, but the food was very nice and the manager perfectly pleasant. Went in at 1830 on a Friday night, and only 1 other party was eating in a cavernous restaurant, although there were three empty tables that hadn't been cleared. Alarm bells range. My half a lager took a long time to come, and there manager said something or other about switching the compressor on. I don't know much about a lot of things, but unfortunately for the manager I am considered by some to be a world-leading expert on beer head foam, with a couple of published books to my name on the subject. When the lager arrived, it was clear that it had never met any CO2; there was zero heterogenous nucleation on the glass surface. There was, however a very strange head that exhibited significant yield stress such that it sat up in a peak. This lasted at least 5 minutes (when I took it back to the bar) indicating insignificant Ostwald ripening, meaning the gas contained herein was certainly not carbon dioxide, and it wasn't even keg gas (although this wouldn't be used with a standard draft lager). I took it back, and I was given a bottle of Bud without argument. I have my own ideas how that 'head' was produced, but if I wrote them and they were wrong then it would be defamatory. If I'm correct, then the practise could well be criminal. I''ll be making a call to the council on Monday. I note that Ph036 current food standard rating is only 'one' so they are already skating on thin ice. Needless to say, I won't be going back!

Friendly staff, my bf ordered the pho soup dish and the waiter told him how to eat it in terms of putting garnish on and explained not to put soy sauce on as that will ruin the dish. The food tastes healthy, compared to when you eat at other asian restaurants like Chinese where the mess feel heavy and greasy. The tofu was also very good, and was told they make it themselves which is amazing, making it fresher than shop bought stuff so it's not as soft. Highly reccommend this place. Came again for a takeaway, and they are pretty busy, but as always they are just so friendly and accommodating, doing their best to get your food out to you as quickly as possible. Cannot reccommend this place enough

They have a wide range of authentic Vietnamese dishes. Their food brings memories from my home. My comfort food here in Hull. I highly recommend their Vietnamese Spring Roll, you’d want to order more.

Went as 3 adults and 2 kids on Easter Saturday. Waiter was very accommodating and polite on explaining dishes and portion sizes to share with the kids. Fantastic food and good value for the amount of food 😊. Will definitely come back if we come again from Nottingham.
