Pho Reading in Reading

Food was nice but service was lacking. We were seated at the table but when it came to paying the server just handed us the card machine and let us pay and split the bill between us. Since when do I need to learn how to operate a card machine that is not even mine to pay my bill? Could the server not help with this and actually hold and operate their own card machine? Was going well until that point when we had to pay for our meals but the person dealing with us didn't seem to care at all after he gave us the food. Was quiet too so dont understand.

Love the hot and spicy soup here. It is an amazing experience on its own. The perfect amount of spice and taste ❤️

You really cannot go wrong with this place. The chicken is halal. The chicken curry is bussin. Great customer service by Annie, she even tied my bib up for me because the soup noodles can sometimes dirty your top. Thank you Pho. Cya mon!

Fantastic fresh food. Service was fab. 4* due to small chicken portions as only received 3 small pieces in my curry noodle soup so a little disappointing. Will definitely be back to try one of the other dishes we saw passing us!!

Very friendly and welcoming. Delicious spicy noodle soups. I brought a dog and all waiting staff were super accomdating and attentive. Highly recommend.

Really great food - the service was excellent. Our server was really patient and explained the spicy-ness and other various bits about the dishes we were interested in. Would definitely come back again, nice atmosphere too for a midweek evening.

This place represents everything wrong with inauthentic cuisine—producing pho without understanding its cultural roots while aggressively targeting small businesses with lawsuits over the use of the word "pho." Instead of supporting corporations that exploit tradition, choose to support your local, authentic pho restaurants that honor the dish's heritage.

Idk how to feel about a place that’s profiting off another culture but doesn’t know how to respect it. Eat the actual foods from actual Vietnamese because it always gonna be better and you can’t never go wrong with the original.

Inauthentic pho made by people that don’t know anything about pho other than making a trademark and being scummy people.

So dissatisfied I tried eating here and there was weird stuff in my soup and it took 30 minutes for me to even get my order taken. I tried asking for help but some mean waiter told me to stop being impatient NEVER come here

I’m a regular here at Pho. I have celiac and find it hard to find trusted places to eat out but phos menu is very close to being entirely gluten free. Great to come with friends or even alone. Staff are very knowledgeable on allergens and cross contamination and they even have a separate gf fryer. Food is so full of flavour and healthy.. so you feel less guilty about eating it all! Gift was an amazing waitress and was so efficient. Highly recommend

Me and my wife were seated, and we were not served after waiting 15 minutes before leaving. Another couple that came after us was served in less than 5 minutes after being seated.

We’ve just visited Pho restaurant in Reading, and the staff (Dilin and Margerita) were very kind and welcoming. The speed of delivering food in the table was great, exactly perfect for people need a quick lunch. The food was hot, fresh and healthy. We strongly recommend Pho restaurant.
