First time at Pho and infact first time trying Vietnamese food and we were very impressed. The food was incredibly fresh and generous servings. We had the pork spring rolls (and actually ordered a second portion!) We had the chicken wings, which were cooked to perfection and the Pho as the main. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the restaurant was very clean. The only downside for me was alot of lemongrass in my dish but that's obviously a personal taste so I will ask for it not to added next time.

Fantastic food, great service overall fantastic place for a meal. Friendly staff, amazing drinks thanks for a great night.

Ordered a Tofu and greens Pho take out this evening, and these "greens" were delivered 🤢🤢🤢 No quality check before sending out? They smelled foul!

There was plastic in my rice bowl. I contacted the restaurant to no avail. Do not eat here.

Great food, lovely service and staff

Food was fantastic and they went above and beyond for my strict dietary requirements. I would like to say an extra thank you to the front of house staff who made my visit feel extra special.

Absolutely stunning from the moment we stepped in until we left but with one difference - full and happier. The stuff were amazing very friendly jolly not pushy like some other restaurants and nothing is too much trouble. The food was very fresh and extremely tasty I already cannot wait to come back to try curry dishes tonight I tried prawn vermicelli magnificent! As for desert we had banana fritters with coconut ice cream which my sister enjoyed as I’m allergic to milk but the banana fritters - OMG what a delight. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the chance to take a pic of the banana fritters as I couldn’t wait to dive in :)) but thought the leftovers would suffice :))) To finish it off I had the pleasure to try the Vietnamese coffee again it won’t compare to any coffee you get anywhere else. Highly recommended.. you won’t regret it. It was such a lovely birthday treat, thank you Pho and the Pho family for making my day 😉

My first time but definitely won’t be the last I already cannot wait to come back, food so fresh so tasty best coffee and best banana fritter( I forgot to take a picture when the desert arrived so a picture of the plate would suffice to show how delicious it was ) :)) everyone who served us tonight were very friendly happy and extremely helpful best service best food I’m lost for words 👌

Been to Pho a few times now. This visit was with the family. We’re an awkward bunch…. A meat eater, a vegetarian and a vegan with intolerances. It didn’t phase the waitress at all, she knew her stuff, and just took any queries back to the chef. Food came out in a timely fashion, from starters to main. Unfortunately, they got one of our mains wrong, but immediately rectified it and very quickly replaced the dish. The manager Drew came over and apologised and asked if we were all OK. She then ensured nothing else went wrong. She also kindly took one dish of the bill, as a gesture, which was very unexpected, as the inconvenience was minimal. The common theme for all three of us is their tofu… it’s delicious. The restaurant itself is well thought out. Food is well lit on the table, so you can see what you’re eating, but at the same time the space has an atmosphere of calmness, you could be in Hanoi. Happy to recommend Pho to all.

Waited so long to order, then again a long wait for food to arrive. Sadly such a disappointment

The lady who was wearing pink sweater working on the 20/5/2024 was really rude. Worst customer service ever. We were at the door, trying to call her multiple times but she ignored, typing on her computer. I have to go inside the place and she was making rude face when she was about to sit us. And then she proceeded to ignore us again typing on the computer when we raise our hands to order but she didn’t look and we said hello and she didn’t hear it, waited for quite some time and we don’t want to be inhumane to shout at her or anything so ended up having to stand up and go to her ourselves to order. Same thing again happen third time and she still ignored us and everytime we had an encounter, she will make a rude facial expression. I have been advised to delete this section by the manager since they have reassured that it is not the case as they will ensure that all concerns will be addressed appropriately. **My friends were trying to prevent me from telling her off as we are worried that our food will be affected. As you know the saying goes, “dont mess with the people who serves your food”, this is like the only channel for my complaints.** We ate there at around 4.30pm where there are not so many people and not that busy, so no excuse to ignore customers. Worst thing is, she treated all the other customers fine and making friendly faces as all of my group keep observing her throughout our time there. FYI, we were the only asians there at that time. Its just totally hideous. We opted out of paying service charge, and I think everyone else should too if you are treated this unfairly.

There was a waitress who was very busy with customers. As soon as we finished eating our food, she walked over and took away our tableware. Before we finished drinking the water, he lowered the bill and reminded us to pay the bill😡😡😡

Nice food, when it eventually arrived. The staff were nice but the food service was poor. We had starters but then had to wait an hour for our main courses.

The food is nice especially the pho. But this time I had fried rice and I was disappointed. There was very little meat, like nearly zero chicken and shrimp. I also paid the extra 1.25 for a fried egg. It was nice but just overpriced for all you get.

LOVED this lunch. Gluten free is usually a real drag but 99% of the menu is GF, and what I had was really good. First time having pho and the staff were very friendly, and great at explaining the herbs etc that came with it and how to add them as needed. . Also the fruit and veg juice I had was yummy. Will definitely be going again Sophie was lovely to!

First experience of Pho, was amazed how busy it was , which is always a good sign. We had prebooked & so glad we did, admittedly it was mother's day. Staff good, attentive, polite & helpful explaining about dishes. The premises themselves are a mixture of rustic Thai/Vietnamese with bamboo tables, basket woven lamps mixed with industrial finishing. Good atmosphere & buzz to the place. Portion sizes good, food tasty & piping hot. Drinks average price for a city, but a good varied selection. We did have one portion of rice which was undercooked, but soon replaced when requested. Overall a nice positive experience. Would I go back yes.

Very grateful for the word of mouth recommendation. Booking on the weekend is ideal. Everything we tried was delicious, the staff were warm and put us at ease. Bound to be a regular spot, also great non alcoholic drinks. Go with a group and share dishes to get the most of it, and there's lots of vegan options/great for lactose intolerant people. Highly recommend

Great food and reasonable prices. I often bring friends here who have not been before and they all love it. The food is delicious and tastes really fresh and flavoursome.

This place is a gem. The food is amazing and the service is great. Really pleasant staff who are always happy to explain what’s on the menu. They cater for individuals with intolerances to gluten and dairy which is great for my partner. This place is also dog friendly for sitting in the whole restaurant rather than in a small corner like some places. I highly rate this place if you are visiting Nottingham with your dog.

Lovely place . Gluten free restaurant. Amazing fresh food. Fantastic value for the kids menu. Lovely dessert and innovative drinks menu. Super friendly service that was also quick. I have the baby squid and the chicken thigh rice bowl. The Phojito was also lovely and fresh. Cannot recommend it enough !

Had a wonderful time here for valentines day, as we had to do ours early due to other things in our schedules. The food was spectacular, the staff were so lovely, Emilia was just wonderful and helped us with anything we needed, and we can't wait to come back!

Love this place, the food is delicious but think it's quite cheeky how they add a tip onto the end of the bill without asking. Eating out is expensive enough and you feel mean asking to take it off.

Phó has some of the best food but lately I have been getting served by this guy who has his hair in a bun and has tattoos. Bearing in mind there were maybe 4 tables being served? This visit we were left 40 minutes without being asked if we wanted our bill after our food was taken away. Watched someone get seated and leave in the time we waited for the bill that I had to ask for and was served by someone else took them 15 seconds to get the bill to us if we're being charged a service fee i think we need to be served??? Dude also forgot our water and treat us poorly last visit and this guy wants to become a manager. He walked by us multiple times and didn't think to ask us? Just saying when being served by anyone else it's very good even during peak times. Also there was a green garlic in the side pot which is worrying
