Amazing food and lovely staff! It’s more on the expensive side but definitely worth it for a nice treat.

Service was impeccable. They were very good with questioning about what allergies I have and made sure the meal would be safe Food was good although the steak in my pho tai was not rare like it should be. It may be better to send it out on a separate plate so the dinner can add in at their leisure and maintain the meat being rare for longer. Potentially there may have been a slight delay in the kitchen finishing and the meal being delivered which meant the meat was cooked more. Another downside was that there were people standing right outside the front door smoking so the smell of cigarettes was wafting in every time someone opened the door. Not much the restaurant can do about this unfortunately but it did detract from the atmosphere for me.

Disappointing. We rarely eat out as we are a family of 5. But on a trip to see family and do some sights in Bristol, I decided Pho would be perfect as I'm gluten intolerant and there was no need to worry about it there. There were 8 of us in total. However on entering we found the music so loud we couldn't be heard, it was also cold as we were facing the door which was frequently opened, by people wanting a table and then being turned away. It took an age to get our order taken, (drinks, starters and mains all at the same time) and again it was difficult as the waiter couldn't hear us properly. The food arrived after not too long a wait. Sadly we were disappointed by the noodle soup. 3 of us had prawns but there were only 5 in each, yet those of us who had chicken had ample. It wasn't enough for the price. 2 of my children had the hot and spicy, which wasn't, it was mild and sour. Such a shame as we had high hopes of an enjoyable meal, but with the noise and cold and mediocre food we were glad to leave. The nail in the coffin, was the service charge, £25 on an over £200 bill, which is outrageous enough, but then you have to request the waiter to take it off, (some would find that intimidating) then you get the device back and again its put it back on, and you have to select the small unhighighted text at the bottom to remove it again. This is sneaky and underhand and I'm sure many people get caught out and just end up paying it. This needs to be changed and I think worthy of a report to trading standards.

Went here with my son when I was visiting Bristol. Great staff, lovely food. I loved the cauliflower rice option, very handy if you're keeping an eye on the carbohydrates. 😉 Both the starter and the main course were really tasty. I'll probably go back next time I'm in Bristol.

Really good the service was slightly slow but it was incredibly busy so all in all well worth the trip and the food is phenomenal, id recommend the summer rolls.

I had a dinner in Pho tonight. The vibe and the staff were nice. I ordered Beef combo pho, with thinly sliced steak, brisket, and meatballs. The broth was delicious but not hot enough for me. The meatballs and steak were not bad. The brisket is a little tough. Overall it was good and worth to try.

Generally good all round, husband's wok fried rice was over spicy which was a shame as he has a high tolerance. My tofu and veg rice bowl was excellent, lots of lovely crunchy veg and not stingy with the tofu, there were lots of vegan options so I was spoilt for choice.

Amazing service from Jai, and would recommend the classic tofu curry. yum yum !

Food is not authentic and doesn't taste aromatic and fresh like Vietnamese food should! Go to an authentic Vietnamese mom and pop restaurant for real Viet food!

The food is not authentic and the flavors are completely bland. Only suitable for someone unfamiliar with Vietnamese cuisine.

I tried my first pho soup here, it was a completely different dining experience because they alongside the soup they provide you with herbs that you can add to your meal and adjust the soup to your taste. I think that‘s such a fun idea. The pho was delicious and very filling, I enjoyed that you can choose between a chicken and veggie broth, so for example if I don‘t feel like having meat in my soup but I still enjoy the smell of it, I can choose to have a pho with mushrooms and chicken broth (which is exactly what I did and it was amazing). They also have noodles and other Asian dishes, I might try something else the next time I get to visit Bristol

I used to adore coming here but I have decided to boycott on the grounds of the company trademarking the word Pho. As a white owned business, to trademark the word Pho which is a traditional Vietnamese dish, is quite frankly disgusting. This is not the first time a company has tried to take something from Asian people and make it their own. I have seen this done plenty of times in America but not expected this to happen in the UK. I am disappointed with the owner's decision and you have lost a regular customer.

We ordered three dishes… the curry was good but the noodles were not. The chicken tasted very bad and the price-quality is not worth it. The staff was friendly but we also got one dish wrong. Overall it was not an experience I would recommend.

"Why would you ever go to Wagamama when you can go to Pho". Delicious Vietnamese dishes cooked fresh. Good portions and reasonably priced, the food is fantastic. Probably my favourite food in Bristol. I recommend the beef brisket curry. And their chicken wings are to die for (the size of the wings are a little small however). Some excellent vegetarian options are available as well. I also recommend the dragonfruit and lime cocktail, it's so good! I look forward to trying out the one in Cardiff soon.

Great food as always. First visit to this one in Bristol and the staff were very pleasant and the food and service was very good.

Excellent location, authentic Vietnamese cuisine and very friendly staff.

This is the least authentic Vietnamese food experience I had in the UK. It’s nice if you think it is anything but Viet food. I mean, if you read history about this chain of restaurant, you will know why!! I asked my waiter for a sharing plates (so that me and my friend can share our order) he brought me a single DIPPING BOWL - funny but ok? The music was too loud, we cannot hear each other. My Mango Salad (Nộm xoài) is soggy and tasted more Thai than Viet. My Summer roles (Gỏi cuốn) are too chewy, basically mean the food has been made hours before. Our stir-fried noodle (Phở xào) was overly oily, the beef were cut wrong/ cook for too long so it’s chunky, chewy and grey. Seasoning is fine in general but definitely, taste like pan-asian rather that Viet.

Can't say enough about this little spot, busy, good atmosphere and good food ,service was brilliant would go again.

First time trying Vietnamese food in Bristol. I chose fried pho and my two other friends chose fried rice. My dish is surprisingly enjoyable, plus the taste of garlic pickled with chili vinegar on the table is exactly like the authentic Viet taste. However, both of my friends’ fried rice are too spicy for them. We did not pay attention on the note on the menu so we picked the spicy ones. But the thing is the waiter named Sang was very kind and helpful, he offered to change the dishes into others although we did have some spoons (without any extra charge). We also met Anna, she was so nice and caring, we talked and she helped us with some stuff. And their apple juice is 🤌🏻 awesome. Definitely will come back!

Really poor food quality on a Deliveroo order this evening. I've tried various branches and this was incomparable (in a bad way) with any of the others. The beef stock in the brisket pho was so watery and devoid of flavour that I think it must have been watered down due to a shortage. The brisket was also tasteless. I've had this dish before many times and know what it's supposed to be like. It was very disappointing indeed and far below the standard at other branches

It was our first time in Pho and Anna was very helpful in recommending what to try from the menu. Super cosy atmosphere and quick food service. Portions were bigger than expected which is always great, and would definitely be coming back!
