The server today (Jai ) was very pleasant and accommodating. We requested the beef in Pho soup to make it tender and it was. Because the last time we ate the beef brisket we ordered was kinda still raw and in ending we didnt the beef. But today it was tasty and soft! Kudos to Jai! And to the kitchen staff!

If you don't like coriander please avoid this place because their pho broth is loaded with it. I've eaten pho my entire life and have never had this issue. The hostess was quite rude to us about the whole thing. If you want traditional pho, go elsewhere. It didn't matter to us because we wanted pho but if half their menu was unavailable when we were there. Service was slow despite us being one of two parties there.

Loved the food so much we ate here twice during a 3-day stay. 5stars! Service was generally quite good and meals were delivered quickly. What I didn’t like was the service charge being added to the bill. Most people don’t do confrontation so will not question it. However when I asked for it to be removed I didn’t expect the waiter ti want ti argue about it. Just accept that some people do not want to see 12.5% service charge added to their bill and gracefully say, not a problem, I’ll have it removed. Just leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

The Vietnamese Pho restaurant in Bristol serves delicious food! I highly recommend the Hot & Spicy Pho. The broth is fantastic and perfect for cold weather. There are plenty of seats, and the wait time is usually short. #TravellingAsACouple

Really nice food that came quickly, all very tasty. What let it down for us was the service. We waited around 15 mins for our table which was totally fine, however once we had sat down, we were being rushed to order drinks and it was then revealed that we only had the table for an hour. We should have been informed this when we enquired about a table at the door. I understand it’s Christmas and very busy, but the experience was definitely slightly ruined by the rushing. If we had been made aware before we sat down it would not have been a problem.

Came here for the first time in a few years. Food was OK but nothing special. Music was so loud conversation was almost impossible. It's a restaurant not a nightclub. Doubt I'll be returning.
