Pho in Bristol, City of

Love Pho cafe, been several times. Owen served us today and he was very attentive. The spring and summer rolls are particularly good, as well as the curry and the spicy chicken broth. The pho itself is very close to authentic Vietnamese pho if you add some extra chili to it, but is missing that last layer of flavour and depth needed to hit the nail on the head

My server Han was so lovely. Food is of course was not the most authentic but okay

Great pho, decent size, decent prices. My server Jai was very welcoming and friendly.

I’ve been here now about 6 times and the food has always been 10/10. Han was our server and I genuinely can say I don’t think I’ve had service so good anywhere else. She was sooo lovely and chatty, told us lots about Vietnam and even gave me some great tips on Vietnamese coffee at home. She was so friendly with my 1 year old too. She is an absolute credit to the restaurant . Thanks so much Han :) Will definitely visit again!

Regulars here, love the classic pho bowls, spicy lemonade and sorbet! It server Jai made sure we had everything we need and was very friendly. We'll be back

This is no doubt one of my favourites venues in Bristol when it comes to having a nice meal. The place is cool and cozy; the food is tasty, healthy and beautifully presented. The service is consistently good, and staff is kind and helpful.

Really impressed by the speed of service and the quality of food at Pho. We came at 7pm on a Saturday, so a very busy time. We didn't have to wait long for a table as there is quite a quick turnaround. The menu has a great selection for vegetarians with tofu and THIS isn't chicken alternatives for most plates. Once we were done we did have to settle up and make way for the next table quite promptly- totally understand but it would have been useful to have been told that a table was booked for a certain time when we sat down, to manage expectations.

Jai was the best! So polite, welcoming and helpful. Food was also awesome.

The server today (Jai ) was very pleasant and accommodating. We requested the beef in Pho soup to make it tender and it was. Because the last time we ate the beef brisket we ordered was kinda still raw and in ending we didnt the beef. But today it was tasty and soft! Kudos to Jai! And to the kitchen staff!

Loved the food so much we ate here twice during a 3-day stay. 5stars! Service was generally quite good and meals were delivered quickly. What I didn’t like was the service charge being added to the bill. Most people don’t do confrontation so will not question it. However when I asked for it to be removed I didn’t expect the waiter ti want ti argue about it. Just accept that some people do not want to see 12.5% service charge added to their bill and gracefully say, not a problem, I’ll have it removed. Just leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

If you don't like coriander please avoid this place because their pho broth is loaded with it. I've eaten pho my entire life and have never had this issue. The hostess was quite rude to us about the whole thing. If you want traditional pho, go elsewhere. It didn't matter to us because we wanted pho but if half their menu was unavailable when we were there. Service was slow despite us being one of two parties there.

The Vietnamese Pho restaurant in Bristol serves delicious food! I highly recommend the Hot & Spicy Pho. The broth is fantastic and perfect for cold weather. There are plenty of seats, and the wait time is usually short. #TravellingAsACouple
