We’ve been to this place many times and have always had a great experience, but Tanvir’s attentiveness truly stood out! He gave excellent menu suggestions, ensured we had water and cutlery without us having to ask, and made us feel so well looked after. My friend forgot her glasses after our meal and Tanvir actually ran down the street to return them! Such a thoughtful and kind gesture. Exceptional service all around!

While the food at Pho is consistently excellent, the service is a recurring problem. We visit every Monday and frequently find staff inattentive, often eating during service. Last month, our meal took a full hour to arrive due to a rush of online orders, despite us dining in. We were then rushed and given hostile looks by the server to vacate quickly, clearly prioritizing closing time over customer experience. We love the food, but the service consistently detracts from the dining experience.

We regularly visit Pho in different cities and always enjoy the food and service. Great quality! Special thanks to DP, who served us today, exceptional hospitality!

Had summer rolls, crispy spring rolls, Vietnamese pancake and the chicken curry. Food was all really tasty, although the Vietnamese pancake was a bit messy to eat with the rice paper and leaves provided. Staff were all really nice and attentive, service was quick too. Really good experience and I would recommend.

I been here for second time after a good experience earlier.But today i felt its not a good place to come.waitress (Blonde Hair) she took my order after 15 minutes & Food Comes approximately half an hour late!! I thought she forgot but she didn’t apologise for a single time. Her behavior was like she didn’t accept sorry for this huge late. And Soup was cold my husband told her but she didn’t come again to Check. Overall Horrible Experience

Took a while for staff to take our order. A different team member who took our order then asked if we had ordered drinks (because he could see we didn’t have any) but we had to tell him what we wanted again, clearly our order hadn’t been registered properly. The starters then took almost 45 mins to arrive - we had to ask the waiter because we’d been waiting ages and people who came in after us were served before us. We were told that apparently they were waiter for their fryer or something (there wasn’t any apology from the waitress) - I assume she was referring to the chicken wings we ordered, but we also did order summer rolls as a starter which doesn’t even require cooking. It took about an hour for the mains to come. We were almost ready to leave at this point. The waitress also didn’t apologise for any wait for our food and seemed annoyed whenever we requested anything such as the bill. I actually came here last week and had a similar experience with my order being missed, although last time the manager had simply explained this to us and apologised. Because I like the food I came again to the restaurant as I assumed this would be a one-off, but clearly not.

When Pho first started 15 years or so ago, there were a handful of restaurants and each had its own unique feel. The food was fresh and exciting and the music added to a cool vibe that felt like you had stumbled into an exotic little backwater. Monday's visit to Kingston at 8pm couldn't have been further from that. Freshly prepared summer rolls now replaced with hours old rubbery skinned sad looking versions, juicy seafood pancakes, wrapped in crispy outers replaced with over deep fried versions that look smaller than I remember but significantly more expensive at around £8. The £15 soups were ok, not quite as hot as I would have liked but satisfactory. The staff were reasonably attentive, but a single manager sitting at a table for 6 with a laptop open working, doesn't rekindle the original feel of this chain and the noisy mechanical drone of something sounding broken we could clearly hear over the low hum of the music was unwelcome. We were presented with a Bill for £90 which wasn't good value for money. My wife who was a big fan of Pho has decided this chain is no longer for us. Adios.

From start to finish, the whole dining experience was great. Our server, Jodie, was friendly and knowledgeable, giving us helpful menu suggestions when we just couldn’t make up our minds. All the food was piping hot and delicious and we will definitely return!

I love Pho Kingston, it has a comfortable atmosphere. I mostly come here alone to enjoy one of my comfort foods (Pho and crispy pork rolls) the staff are always so nice and accommodating. Food is great! Definitely recommend.

The Chicken Curry was amazing. The banana fritter with dark chocolate sorbet is great too. Our server Tanvir was a star, charming, helpful, steered me diplomatically away from the spicy version towards chiilis on the side. All round excellent experience

Very sad that there wasn't any squid available. This is our favourite dish and sometimes we have more than one each.

If you are vegetarian, this is a good cafe to go to as there are a number of options. We had the following: - Wok fried rice with shiitake mushroom and basil. It was spicy so do take note. We loved it but found that too much rice was given compared to the amount of mushrooms. - Wok fried flat noodles with tofu and mushroom. This was also nice and came with a myriad of vegetables including spinach and snow pea pods. - Plant based chicken summer rolls (unfried). Highly recommend this - it really almost tasted like chicken (a bit too crunchy for chicken). All in all, a great experience and would recommend for the price point and food quality.

Highly reccomend the pho and curry been on multiple occasions and have been consistently impressed. My friend has a sesame allergy and they were very attentive to take care of him also had vegan options for another friend.
