Pedí 2 kebabs de pollo y llegué a casa con los donantes. El personal no podría haber sido más servicial en rectificar esto y nos entregó los frescos enseguida. Un error honesto y no nos dejaría fuera de nuevo. gracias por ordenar

Pedí vía deliveryoo. Quería carne de pollo y ensalada x 2 . . imposible de pedir la ensalada al parecer, así que tuve que entrar a recoger la ensalada gratis ya que solo se había entregado carne. ¿Cobraron por una ensalada? La página de deliveroo no tiene remedio. La ensalada y el pollo eran muy agradables comprar una farsa para conseguir. Deliveroo son horribles

Fantástico pescado y patatas fritas. CADA VEZ MÁS. Buen servicio, vert tienda inteligente y siempre fue encantador. A mis 2 chicas les encantan las patatas fritas 😀

Staff just stand there talking away eating sweets really rude don’t listen to what you are ordering and then just give you anything really bad customer service and very unprofessional eating sweets while customers are in there not happy I had to go back to get right order

I would like to say a huge thank you to the member of staff who tonight was so helpful when I was experiencing problems with my payment card. The member of staff in question suggested I take my food home and enjoy and return later to pay. However I did resolve the problem in the end without having to go back. Such a lovely gesture and so much appreciated. Also another customer who was waiting for her order offered to pay for my food so good to give positive feedback thank you to you all.

Their kabob meat is the best I have ever had and their curry sauce is excellent. I have been getting your products for 17 years now and you are the best. Keep up the great service. Your American friend.

Everything's fresh & good from here. Fabulous kebabs every time, with fresh salad not just onion & cabbage you get everywhere else.

Went for a meal with my brother the food was vary nice the staff were vary friendly & polite the place was vary clean will go there again.

This is our go to chip shop, the staff are very friendly and the food is always being freshly cooked. This is a very popular shop and you may need to wait a little longer, but it is worth it .

We don’t have fish and chips very often, but today we decided to visit our local fish bar which we used use quite regular, ace decision. The fish, chips and peas were delicious, crispy batter and non soggy chips, Thank you The best fish and chips we’ve had for an age 👍

Best fish and chips ever, not massive portions but the fish batter is always lovely and crispy and I always find the staff very friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Went in for a large kebab £4.80 50p for a pinch of onion. It's the smallest kebab I have ever had it wouldn't even fill a toddler!! Over priced and tiny portions. Staff are clueless! The 2 women who work there have no idea what there doing then make our your the stupid ones!! Nicer kebabs up Carlton hill way. Don't waste your money!!

Been coming here for years, probably too often =) I think it's the best chippy in the area, and I think the only chippy that does kebabs? Will return soon =)

Great food at good prices by one of Carlton's finest chippys. We've been coming here years and always get really good food from friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Visitamos la semana pasada 12: 30 para pescado y patatas fritas. Las patatas fritas eran grasosas y no tenían sustancia alguna. ¡También tenían un extraño color gris! ! . El pescado estaba cocinado y, obviamente, ha estado sentado en el calentador por años, no era escamosa pero blanda. Debería haber pedido uno recién cocinado. ¡La cosa es que fue más de 6! ! . No gracias de nuevo a los Llanos en Mapperley.

Went in for some cheese on chips not only were the chips cold but the chips had pieces of cucumber and onion in them... Like really who wants that on their chips... Disgusting just threw it out and went elsewhere

Superb traditional chippy.... Extensive menu with all the traditional F & C items plus a few extras. Great quality food, average prices, very friendly service, spotlessly clean. It gets really busy at peak times.... easy to see why...... highly recommended!

Always busy and always worth the wait!! Haven't tried the fish and chips yet as the chicken kebabs are Delicious!!! Friendly, patient and efficient staff! Always a treat to go and the queue proves its popularity and quality!

If you go after 4pm the que is out the door, but well worth the wait. The haddock, chips and sloppy peas were to die for. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and we WILL be back for more. Place is very clean, pleasant and friendly staff.

I have been coming here for a long while, and noticed that there was no reviews about this fantastic place, It does the normal fish and chip shop foods, but what is special about this is that the food is delicious and the fish is cooked to order, yes you do have to wait but it is worth it, I have never had a bad meal from this place and the staff are courteous and polite. It is very popular with the locals and when we have friends visiting I always suggest Phil's Plaice if they want a take away.
