Baconater, Scotty Too Hotty, Wings and Truffle fries... absolutely great dirty burgers... shame it seems to have closed

Only given 1 star as unable to review otherwise. Food not delivered and zero communication. Save your time and money and order elsewhere. Also, negative review left on FB deleted.

Do not bother ordering from this ‘takeaway’, my order did not arrive. I received a call to advise they had ran out of chicken burgers so I changed my order, 3 hours later and no food. The restaurant closes at 9pm although it stated my food would be there for 10.20pm, waited 3 hours for to which point it was too late to order elsewhere. Absolute waste of time, avoid at all costs :)

Food never came, all numbers connected to store turned off. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered here for the first time today, and I wasn't disappointed! The delivery time on Uber eats stated 90 minutes, but food arrived in about 30 minutes. 👌 The fries were banging! I ordered cheeseburger fries, if they were crispy idve given the extra star. I ordered a plain cheeseburger because the way I see it, if you can't get a plain burger right you have no business making fancy burgers .. I was not disappointed! 2 juicy smash patties, plenty of cheese, lettuce and a fresh bun, 5* yummy 😋 and parmesan chicken, that was delicious too, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Huge portions, and I loved the cute presentation. I'm not complaining at the price either I will definitely order here again! I'm shocked to see such negative reviews on here to be honest. I think the problem is, when people have something bad, the first thing they want to do is tell everyone about it. But forget to make a mention when it's something good! Ignore the reviews and try for yourself

Been trying to contact for twenty minutes and food is now half an hour late. My partner wanted to come here and I said “no the reviews are bad” food only now came and missed the drinks. Tried calling and again no answer. Do not come here

Didn't receive the fries or waffle we ordered And the the family box is wildly over priced. Not gonna lie the burger was delicious. But portion size of the fries is ridiculously small. I tried to call to make a complaint but phone consistently goes to answer machine. Left message and have had no reply. Will not be returning as value for money is not good. Go 5 guys instead next time

Very underwhelming. Basically a kebab shop burger and not worth the price paid. Doesn’t match the descriptions at all.

I have ordered loaded fries and a burger and it has been three hours since my order, did not receive my food. My driver pulled up outside, he looked around very briefly then drove off, I had to chase him down in my crocs but didn’t catch him. Pretty disappointing service.

Hands down the worst food ordering experience I’ve ever had. Food never turned up. The guy on the phone was a smart mouth who put the phone down when we rang for the 3rd time. No good trying to blame just eat when you never sent the order out. Waiting for my refund. Blocked my partner on Facebook after she left a honest review! Not a serious company. Avoid.

Absolutely shocking! Ordered from deliveroo tonight and nothing arrived! And seen multiple of these comments! Ripping people off and not giving them the product they paid for!!!

Ordered food 19:00 and there is still no sign. (21:14 now) Tried calling and messaging them but no reply. Can’t even cancel on deliveroo as it says order has been prepared. Looked really nice on instagram profile but won’t order from them anymore. Avoid

Deleting negative reviews and blocking customers on Facebook is not the way to run a legitimate business. Take note of all the feedback you receive and use this to improve where you are quite clearly failing instead of placing the blame elsewhere and accusing customers of being jealous!? Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. My original review was left because of the very poor customer service received. Restaurant was called following an hour of the expected delivery time and Just eat stating that the food had been delivered. Was told by a gentleman that the food was just leaving through the door. Waited another hour and the wrong order turned up which was handed back to the driver who advised to contact the restaurant. Called restaurant again who said to request the refund via the app and they would accept it. Later was told they could not process the refund and instead of advising the best course of action he put the phone down.

Not good the wings were raw, tried to call 4 or 5 times with no answer.

We ordered last night for fellas birthday, as he had been excited to try a phat patties. We ordered 2 phat boxes. with a burger, fries, and 2 sides. We both had baconater burgers, buffalo wings, mac n cheese, and loaded fries, I had pulled pork, and he had bacon and nacho cheese. I'm going to be completely honest here. The buffalo wings were very nice flavour wise, but slightly too much coating as i ended up with blobs of flour/seasoning in-between mouthfuls. The fries, flavour wise, were nice, but the chips needed to be crispy, and ours weren't and the pulled pork was very sweet, fella enjoyed his bacon and nacho cheese topping but not the fries. Mac n cheese was a little disappointing, I wanted to try this as I'd never had it before and there was loads. The sauce was very thick and stodgy. Now the burger, I was a little disappointed. There was loads of sauce, and fillings and it made the burger bun go soggy, the patties seemed a little underwhelming and lacked something consistency wise. On the whole we both said that we were a little disappointed as the flavours all mixed into each other, especially off the wings. Portion wise the boxes are massive, one phat box could easily be shared by 2 people so don't let the box size fool you. Would we have phat patties again? Yes. Would we order stuff individually? Definitely. Good ideas, and worth doing the Box to see what you get but it wasn't for us.

Burgers are bang on! Massive portions and decent prices. Food was delivered promptly too! Don’t listen to the “moaners”. They will always find something small to complain about.

Probably should of read recent reviews before I ordered. Ordered at 8.30pm, still waiting at 10.45pm? I presume it's not coming as it closes at 10pm. Waiting for a reply from Uber Eats on the matter.

Shocking. Placed an order, waited over 2.5hrs. 5 attempts at calling the restaurant - unanswered. Uber made 2 attempts to contact the restaurant - unanswered. A waste of 3 hours of my life, for no food.

Terrible service constant issues with ordering and delivery times. appalling customer service. I am a regular customer and worker was extremely rude to me they obviously do not value their customers. Will not be ordering ever again.

Ordered my food at 5.10 its now 8.45 still no food, they had a power cut but that was back on by 7pm. The place is ran by kids who can't help when you call for help. Or say they will help when they don't after 10 phone calls. My order was cancelled. Beyond a joke of a place, should of said they couldn't do my order in the first place. Ordered from here this evening and I'm going to give this an honest review from my experience. First of all, the food was late but only by 10/15 minutes so I don't want to judge them harshly on that. Food: Burgers - 5/5 Ordered the baconator burger and pulled pork burger, both of them were amazing. Tasty and well prepared, definitely recommend trying the burgers. Chips - 3/5 Had a good amount of flavour so I didn't want to go any lower or higher than a three. They were just soggy - Invest in an air fryer and make them crispy then it's an easy 5/5. Garlic Parmesan Chicken - 2.5/5 Too much sauce which meant the flavour of the chicken was overpowered. Not the worst thing I've tasted though. Biscoff Waffle - 1.5/5 Flavour was there, but they were the tiny egg waffles that you can buy as an 8 pack from Tesco for £1.35. I wouldn't recommend spending your money on the waffles. Not the best place I've eaten but not the worst either. Make the chips crispy and increase the size of the waffles, and you're onto a winner.

Soooo good. Sides- unreal. Mac n cheese was so good with a bit of a kick. BBQ wings were amazing and pulled Pork loaded fries were so good. Also had the chilli squid and it was so tender and tasty. ONLY constructive criticism would be that the burgers (we had the hot one) tasted good but patties were a tiny bit bland. Other than that no complains whatsoever, also arrived super quick. Nevertheless, 100% would order here again.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Just ordered from here for collection the inside is filthy and probably hasn’t been cleaned since they opened. After opening the family box everything was crammed on top of eachother the burgers sides ect. Everything in there was extremely salty and also had a vile after taste. Me and my girlfriend tried the food and we tried the pizza fries which was literally just tomato purée on soggy chip! That’s £35 gone down the drain. Phat patties has to close down wouldn’t give my own dog that food!

The best local burger place by far.

I had a delivery from Telford to Newport when food arrived was still piping hot delivery driver was polite and very genuine food was amazing burgers was perfect so where the fries and sides however I must say that the hot chicken with rice was one of the best rice dishes I have ever eaten I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Ordered the phat family box and oh my gosh it was amazing! The wife had the pulled pork burger which was juicy, flavoursome and cooked to perfection. I had the New York pizza burger and every ingredient complimented the next. The bacon loaded fries and Mac and cheese were fresh, filling and simply amazing. I may have thrown the health kick well and truly out the window because phat patties made nothing short of magic!

DON'T order from here on any app! I placed an order at 5pm and it still didn't arrive (current time is 11pm). When I asked the restaurant for a refund almost 2 HOURS later they said that the driver is stuck in traffic and they will arrive soon enough and that they won't give me any money back. For the money I paid and the way that they responded it's just dissapointing. Friendly advice, don't waste your money like I did!

Ordered the family box, DON'T LET THE PACKAGING PUT YOU OFF! You will definitely have eyes bigger than your bellies with this box! This has to be genuinely one of the BEST take outs myself and my partner have had in a VERY long time! Arrived crazy quick, the delivery person was very pleasent, and the taste...Jesus wept the taste, was a sensation from start to finish! The mac & cheese side & burger had a great wee kick of heat (which was unexpected but very pleasant), the pulled pork loaded fries were gorgeous, and the squid was cooked to absolute perfection. For an anniversary dinner in, this blew our expectations entirely out of the park. 100% will be ordering again in the future!

Ordered a family meal two burger’s pulled pork and bacon eater two fries one plain and one bacon nachos, two side of mac&cheese also fried prawns, Where should I start first the order some in a cardboard box and shrink wrapped, they missed out the plain fries the side both of them had the ultimate spice we could think of, the burgers were rank just tasted horrible soggy like the soggy box it came in, Would highly recommend you to not order from here, this is why people do not try different places to eat as they just turn out like this rubbish. Might I add we spent nearly £40 and it went straight in the bin 🤬🤬🤬

The food was an absolute taste sensation. we ordered the food in store and wait time was only about 20 mins considering it was a Saturday night. We ordered the family box and cannot rate highly enough how tasty the food was. my only knock on it was that the 2 burgers 2 sides and 2 potions of chips were all in the same box and with the different variations of flavours you can order and it being so tightly packed it mixes the flavours slightly. We will 100% be ordering again tho as the flavour of the food was top quality

Spent 70 odd ponds and at the end wished had just gone to mcd says it all really! Forget loaded fries which they charge over 5 pounds for and jerk chicken burger with literally no chicken! Wow will not be ordering again for sure! Thanks for a dreadful experience!

Called and told they were running late. Waited an hour and half. Called and they proceeded to hang up multiple times. If your busy or not taking orders, you should pick up and tell your customers and not waste thier time. Bad customer service. Do not recommend.
