Very fast service just over a minute for my whopper amazing!! Great food and vreat staff best fast food about

Its been 12 years since i ordered a BK and i will never buy from there ever again. The Delivery was late and to top it off the food was cold. The fries were hard and the burger was horrendous. Definitely not living up to the name "Burger King" more like Burger Peasant. Minus -10 out of 10 Do not waste your hard earned money on this garbage.

missing chips from the kids meals!! like really?..the cheese and bacon fries what a joke!!! barely any cheese sauce on them!!! double check your orders before handing them out and at least put the cheese sauce on the chips considering they are an extra charge with meals.

Stone cold took 50 mins it's a 5 minuite drive. driver was there in 15 minutes then waited 15 then took 20 minutes to deliver went the wrong dire tiom provably to deliver another order fair enough but then seemed to stop 4 times on the 10 minutes journey back?

I ordered 3 x BBQ Steakhouse Crispy Chicken Meals and Got 1 of them Beef steakhouse. How do you mess up the difference between Chicken and Beef??? So now I don't have any food or what I wanted. Call the store and they just say not our problem.

took over an hour for a single meal meaning it was cold, this seems to be due to the driver being given a double order, having worked in the fast food industry myself I cannot fault him but only the app itself

Easy to get to with plenty of parking. Smell of the burgers being cooked through the vents when you arrive. Used the app for burger offers, self service drinks so lots of choice.

Second time on the bounch I have gone through the drive through, to collect an order for home and found it incompleat missing a Royal burger once I had arrived home. Meaning I had to return to the site and complain to get what I had ordered.

Service was good and staff friendly. Food was good apart from the fries,onion rings and Doritos strips were cold when I got home which was only a 4 min drive. I didn't want to eat in as the music is terrible.

I ordered 2 of the blue Raspberry slushies that came in large cups but were half full. Not worth my money, and was disappointed and annoyed with what I payed for what I got

Perfect delivery followed the instructions given to find the address faster made sure that the requests to have some ketchup on some of the food and some without 5 stars

The food was lovely but the girl who served us was very rude, miserable & short with us. (Drive through approx 1pm Sat 1st June) Clearly not happy in her work so give it up to the plenty of others who would be happy to oblige some common curtesy & manners.

Food come cold missing one bacon and cheese

Not the restaurants fault at all I ordered an hour ago and my food has come cold. Called up and the lovely lady explained that they were waiting for a driver and that my order was waiting but not a driver insight until an hour later.

Called the restaurant and was missing an item yet I have to call just eat, doesn’t make sense if the restaurant was the one who gave the wrong order, I’d like compensation asap. I’m not spending money on something and receiving the wrong service. Thanks.

How those fries can be classed as loaded is a joke, a tiny drizzle of cheese sauce with a couple bits of bacon/ tiny drizzle of cheese only covering a few fries! Double bacon cheeseburger was tiny compared with how it used to be. Also food was cool as in the same bag as very chilled drinks! Very disappointing experience compared to previous times! If I could add pictures here I would.

The chips were cold and the ice cream was packed in with hot food so it they were melted

Haven't had a burger king for a while, thought we would try it. Don't mind the pre order screen as you go in. While we were waiting there were 2 lads chatting they were quiet, 1 gave us our food and cups ge was OK. Had to figure out the cold drink machine. The floors were messy bits of food and tissues on the floor. Considering they were quiet they hadn't even bothered with keeping it tidy. Food was okish , not that hot chicken burger and a whooper. Chips were hot and nice.

After placing an order on the app, when collecting food was told that there wasn't any milkshakes, and that I hadn't ordered drinks anyway even though I ordered 3xmeals including milkshakes, was basically made to feel like a lier!

I have emailed just eat about the fact that I didn't receive my order, only to be told that they tracked the order delivery person and my food was supposedly delivered to my home address at 15:00 however, I did not receive any food whatsoever, no-one came to my house at all to deliver my food. My four children and myself were really disappointed and hungry, maybe the driver delivered the food to a different address!! I don't know but I certainly did not receive my food. Just eat need to fully refund me my £60.80 otherwise I'll be taking further action against them.

We were served by a tall guy, a super nice guy and a very hard worker. Very serious with her work, fast and efficient, the food was perfect, sometimes in other Burger King they have served me cold food due to waiting so long, this girl has given us the food very quickly and perfectly in addition to being very nice and pleasant to us . Thank you very much, I hope more people like this know how to work with this seriousness and professionalism. The parking lot is a bit small and you have to walk in front of the Drive through, which is not very ideal if you visit with children or people with reduced mobility. It is close to the highway so the location is very convenient.
