Ordered a fanta blue raspberry ice with my meal, this is how it's advertised vs how I received it....never again will I be ordering one of these.

Quite possibly the worst burger I have ever had. Took ages to get the food and it was even cold by the time it came. Bacon looks like it has never even seen a pig. Would avoid at all costs.

The staff at Burger King were outstanding! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. They were efficient, attentive, and made sure my order was taken quickly and accurately. Even during busy hours, they remained professional and handled everything smoothly. Food is average at best but my god is the manager here the most perfect woman I've ever seen, don't come back for the food just for the goddess.

Cold food. Had to sit and watch the time prediction keep going up being “prepared”. Tried to call the restaurant 3 times… eventually got through and was told the order wasn’t there so must be out with the driver. Overall poor.

wrong order all together blaming delivery not the store as we had someone else's. the diver never went back to store as I rang to see if he went back surprise he never did ! so now waiting for a refund!!!!.....

Absolute joke first time overing for my special needs sons birthday missing half my order including my sons meal the chips was litrally ice cold no exaggeration the nuggets u could put a window through with i rang them to be greeting with "WOT" vile

It was 45 min late, not courier's fault. It was showing that the restaurant was preparing the food for a long time while courier was waiting.

i placed my order at 9.30pm and it didn't arrive until 11pm and unfortunately my burger was not even in the slightest warm but actually really cold and after a delayed wait and time of delivery changed numerous times i am disappointed with the delivery timing and my actual food order

they literally forgot to deliver the burgers. 25 quid on cold chips and 2 drinks. pathetic. won't be ordering from cold chip king again.

The order just kept getting pushed back and the driver was at the restaurant for a ridiculously long time. I’m sure my food was ready, but sat there. It was cold when it arrived.

2nd visit. Whilst the employee is sympathetic and apologetic, the service is quite slow to receive your order from the drive threw. It wasn’t even busy as I drove up to the machine straight away. For this is the reason I have 1 star for service not for the employee. Whopper burger was warm, not piping hot like the fries were, that’s why it’s a 2 star for the food and overall. MUST DO BETTER BK!

No stars. Items weren’t delivered, restaurant didn’t pick up when i phoned. Driver didn’t pick up when I phoned back after I missed a call from them. No one on my ring doorbell so they never attempted to deliver. Won’t be using again.

Original delivery was 16.33 didnt arrive 16.56, courier was unapologetic and the food was ice cold. Im making a point to never use "Just eat" again. This is a not the first the service has been totally abysmal.

Food delivered cold. BK were “preparing order” for over 30 mins before it started delivery. Courier was at the restaurant for over 20 minutes. Clearly either BK or Just Eat do not handle orders well here; listen to the poor reviews and don’t bother.

My food was hot, but my burger was wrong and forgot my extra fries which my daughter was looking forward to, she had to end up having mine which left me with just my burger.

Standard eatery, tables dirty, floor tiles grubby. Some staff need a lesson in customer services.

Popped in today to have some lunch but i left after 10 minutes due to the lack of service. It was far to busy and it looked like there was not enough staff to deal with the high volume of people waiting for food. this is no fault to the staff as they were rushed off their feet but there was a lot of people complaining about the drink machine pooring flat drinks and others who have been waiting for food. The delivery service has killed these fastfood chains as they are not equipped with the manning or the facilities.

Missed items off order , had to go to the store to collect the miss items even though I ordered delivery and wasn’t compensated in any way.

our order was due at 19.14 and got delivery at 19.50. All of the food was cold. We had to reheat the food ourselves

burger king did not deliver onion rings which was free on order and burger had tomato which was asked to be removed

The delivery time kept changing later and later. The food was cold when it got to ours and the chicken nuggets was missing.
