absolute rubbish service i ordered a meal though just eat the order was put back many times and the ordered never arrived even though the app said it had been delivered i tried phoning a number of times but no one seems to want to answer the phone i will never use burger king at rampart way telford

visited this restaurant with my family, food was exceptional, cleanliness was on point, and service was top notch! Will visit again!

Lovely food, clean setting including toilets but the staff totally ignored us when we went to the counter. Eventually because they just kept walking past us we gave up and sat down. Losing money there Burger King.

Absolutely terrible Burger King restaurant at Rampart way Telford. The reason is every time I go to purchase my whopper standard sized meal ther is always an issue.. The latest being tonight 19-4-25 at 6-53pm I ordered a drive through as above same meal to which I was asked to pay £9.00p exactly & I looked at the sales person & I replied that’s an incorrect charge as I was only here last night & ordered the same meal & was charged £8.89p. I then asked why the over charge & he said it was for sugar tax! I was astounded by this & then decided to show him on my bank app what I actually paid & then he started to ask everyone available to help him. I then explained the same to his other helpers & they said something his ear to which he came back to me & then asked me to pay exactly the same as last night ( £8.89p)! Personally I think for such a large franchise to even attempt to over charge a client is extortionate & should be reported to their Head offices both in the uk & USA! I might just do this..it might seem trivial to some ppl but not to me! Poor Service!!

Awful ☹️ ordered and waited over an hour. Tracked courier which showed as in my road. Then did not deliver but said delivered. Considering you are supposed to give a code when delivered I can’t see how this was delivered incorrectly. Waiting past midnight and massively disappointed. Rang the store multiple times and no answer.

Can’t pay at till, hard to get acknowledged. Kiosks not taking Apple Pay, it’s not my Watch or Phone as it works at other places.

Waited best part of 2 hours for a delivery, had terrible trouble cancelling it and it never did arrive. This restaurant is best avoided. Service is very poor. They appeared under staffed, but they shouldn’t be accepting orders or be open if they don’t have adequate personnel. Poor show.

the delivery driver didn't want to walk up 1 flight of stairs to deliver the order & even when I told him my address he asked me for a code which I told him & even then he was dithering about because he couldn't understand me & I couldn't understand him

Quite possibly the worst burger I have ever had. Took ages to get the food and it was even cold by the time it came. Bacon looks like it has never even seen a pig. Would avoid at all costs.

It was 45 min late, not courier's fault. It was showing that the restaurant was preparing the food for a long time while courier was waiting.
