Burger King in Telford and Wrekin

2nd visit. Whilst the employee is sympathetic and apologetic, the service is quite slow to receive your order from the drive threw. It wasn’t even busy as I drove up to the machine straight away. For this is the reason I have 1 star for service not for the employee. Whopper burger was warm, not piping hot like the fries were, that’s why it’s a 2 star for the food and overall. MUST DO BETTER BK!

First visit and I was happy with the visit. Maybe an improvement, maybe bring table service? Food was fresh and hot

Ordered uber eats milkshakes were sour taste like gone off they refused to give me a refund £10 down the pan disgusting service

The venue is very nice and clean and doesn't seem very busy so you can get to in order quickly

Food arrived stone cold 2 hours late And my chips were half empty

Original delivery was 16.33 didnt arrive 16.56, courier was unapologetic and the food was ice cold. Im making a point to never use "Just eat" again. This is a not the first the service has been totally abysmal.

Food delivered cold. BK were “preparing order” for over 30 mins before it started delivery. Courier was at the restaurant for over 20 minutes. Clearly either BK or Just Eat do not handle orders well here; listen to the poor reviews and don’t bother.

delivery driver seemed to be under the influence of something made me feel uneasy at the door and felt like he wouldn't leave

My food was hot, but my burger was wrong and forgot my extra fries which my daughter was looking forward to, she had to end up having mine which left me with just my burger.

Mayonnaise over everything , despite being asked to leave it out . Cold food also ..won’t be ordering again

Food was incredible! Although we may have received someone else’s food along side ours, it was the greatest surprise ever! After a horrible day at work, this definitely made my night! Thank you (sorry to whoever didn’t get their order)

Ordered two meals and separate chips. We got no burgers in the delivery which is an important part of a Burger King meal!

Popped in today to have some lunch but i left after 10 minutes due to the lack of service. It was far to busy and it looked like there was not enough staff to deal with the high volume of people waiting for food. this is no fault to the staff as they were rushed off their feet but there was a lot of people complaining about the drink machine pooring flat drinks and others who have been waiting for food. The delivery service has killed these fastfood chains as they are not equipped with the manning or the facilities.

Standard eatery, tables dirty, floor tiles grubby. Some staff need a lesson in customer services.

Missed items off order , had to go to the store to collect the miss items even though I ordered delivery and wasn’t compensated in any way.

our order was due at 19.14 and got delivery at 19.50. All of the food was cold. We had to reheat the food ourselves

This burger king isn't in a big shopping center. It does have disabled parking and access and toilets. The food is always hot and there is lots of seating inside.

Ordered at 4.08pm arrived at 5.10pm times had been moved 3 times delivery driver even told me she had been sat in there ages awaiting the order!!!

Ordered through the app and pushed the 5 min away button, but it didn't want to load the next screen, which at first I thought was my internet. Turns out it isn't and was able to check my account to find I have been charged. I asked to speak to the manager and was left waiting for over 15 mins and still no sign of them. Honestly, what a shame because I did use to enjoy coming here. I'll have to go about this, somehow to get my refund .

courier was waiting at restaurant for 40 minutes according to the app, when my food was due to be delivered 10 minutes before the courier arrived. Food came and was the wrong order and stone cold

Order never arrived but stated delivered in the App. There was no phone number to be able to speak to anyone, just a email service. I emailed and they replied over an hour later to say ‘we are pleased to say your refund is on the way, please allow 5-7 days for it to appear in your bank’. No apology, no alternative option, and No FOOD! Appauling service in every area!

Our order was cold when it got delivered and extremely late! Tried calling the store multiple times but no one answered. Very disappointing!

Pulled up to the window. My time on the board from ordering to getting to the window was 11 minutes. That doesn't take into account waiting behind other cars before I got to the box and getting my food at the window as well. Awful. I got KFC for someone else in the car before we swung round to BK opposite and there KFC took 90 seconds and ate it by the time I got my burger.

Order was short of chips and onion rings. We stopped ordering from McDonald’s because they kept missing things of our orders, so are we going to have to do the same with Burger King as well?

Cold bottled drinks put in the same bag and on top of meals. Food squished as well as wet & stone cold all because of an avoidable error!

Its been 12 years since i ordered a BK and i will never buy from there ever again. The Delivery was late and to top it off the food was cold. The fries were hard and the burger was horrendous. Definitely not living up to the name "Burger King" more like Burger Peasant. Minus -10 out of 10 Do not waste your hard earned money on this garbage.

He was in the wrong street and I had to go looking for him using the tracker to find him , plus he already gone to priorslee to deliver an order before mine which meant my order was already getting cold .once I caught up with him he was arguing with.
