Nicely decorated and friendly service! The menu had lots of food and drinks to choose from, hot and cold. However, I think the food quality and particularly the size of the portions does not correlate with the price tag.

Myself and my partner decided to give this cafe a go as we have been to the other amazing offerings around this cafe many times and wanted to give this less busy cafe a chance. We ordered a tuna melt from a non face mask wearing waiter who was sniffling and rubbing his hand on his nose! Disgusting! Then when the tuna melt arrived, there was absolutely no tuna and just a massive lump of cheddar cheese wedged in the ciabatta!! I have never seen something so disgusting and such a simple sandwich. We then informed the waiter we were unhappy who offered a refund and to make another, we turned down the offer of another sandwich and asked for a refund £6 for just this sandwich. He brought the card machine over and now we have check our accounts to see he had actually CHARGED US AN EXTRA £6 AND NOT REFUNDED! Thank you for conning us in that moment we will be in touch with request of a full refund. Stay away from this place and just go straight to Bon Appetit!

Visited at lunchtime and chose the small breakfast which is still served at lunchtime .Espresso was good ,scrambled eggs ok,half tomato was tasteless and bacon was poor quality and minimal.Service was less than polite ,perhaps I caused offence by requesting tap water ,which was provided in a small glass.

Needed a quiet place to bang out an email whilst having some Friday afternoon tea and cake and this place is just perfect. Nice staff, no hassle, no rushing, nice temperature (gentle a/c frankly very welcome in muggy August in London), good selection of home made cakes and cheesecakes....yum!! No wifi but bt coverage available.

I live around the corner and have had the odd coffee/cake here over the years. This place is perfect for that. Recently I had lunch there and probably won't do so again. I ordered the falafel and hummus wrap with homemade mint lemonade to drink. The wrap could have been great, but the falafel was on the mushy side (I believe it had been reheated in some way rather than fried from fresh) and the amount of hummus was an absolute joke (a small dessert spoonful, not even enough for half of the wrap, and clearly commercially produced rather than homemade). There was no information on whether the falafel was made from chickpeas or fava (broad) beans. The salad was very fresh, but was lacking the requisite amount of pickles and there was no tanihi/yoghurt sauce. There is no excuse for this - if you are going to bother to do falafel and hummus, you should do it properly, and expecting something vaguely authentic isn't much to ask especially given the excellent alternative options for middle eastern food nearby on Edgeware and Harrow Roads. The mint and lemon lemonade was excellent, but I thought 3.50 for a small glass was grossly overpriced given that it doubtless costs them pennies to make. My bill for a below average falafel wrap and some lemon and mint infused water with sugar was about a tenner. I know the location is nicer, but far better quality can be had for half the price in any of the Lebanese joints nearby. I am happy to pay more for better quality but this seemed a bit of a rip off. On the plus side, service is generally efficient and friendly. I would stick to coffees and cakes in future.

Staying in an AirBNB in the neighbourhood I was fortunate that there are no big chain coffee shops around. Found Le Petit Cafe on the way back from a run and was delighted by the quality of coffee!

great little unassuming place set in a lovely and tranquil neighborhood. The service was good, and the a,biance was quiet and quaint. Loved the red velvet cake... mayhaps one of the best ever. Would love more selection for the tea.

It all looks OK but service is poor and the bar food served is cheap frozen food at prices that should require a far better quality. There are far better options in London

I used to love this place, but haven't been for nearly 10 years. I'm glad to see it hasn't changed too much, but with the downside that it is now apparently owned by BrewDog. Luckily, it appears they let them continue without having to follow the "taproom by numbers" you get out of most BrewDog bars, so not only does it have it's own look, but there is a much more interesting selection of beers. It was easy enough to get a seat on a Saturday afternoon, which is always a bonus in a decent location like this.
