the chips the scampi and codrow was cold, the row was put on top of the chips which made the row wet and soggy so the batter was not crisp so it whent in the bin (my wife and i are not happy) we spend £20 plus with just eat every weekend so i feel we are entitled to say what we say.

Ordered at 5:20 called the restaurant 4 times to chase up between 7-8 as the time kept being put back apparently they couldn’t get hold of just eat I gave up hope the order would turn up then at 20:47 I get a bang on the door, tell him to take it back as I’d gone way passed wanting it at that point…. Just eat you better refund me

Chips taste like they have been sat there going cold, and they have just stuck them back in the oil to heat up. Very overpriced. Rude staff

The delivery driver demanded a PIN number so I gave him the last 4 of my phone number even though I ordered online. He would not give us the food and said the number was wrong. He refused to look at the order email was getting irate about the pin

Over an hour late and stone cold when arrived called the shop and said it was not there problem it’s Just Eat fault really poor customer service .

Order not delivered and fish and chip now closed how do I get my money back ?

I ordered my food at 18:35. I contacted the restaurant at 20:14, and I was told that my order had been sent out at 19:35, I was then told to take it up with just eat and basically he was too busy to continue talking to me. The time is now 20:17 and my order has finally arrived and it is stone cold. I checked the temperature whilst the driver was still on the doorstep and therefore gave it straight back and told him to get a different job if he’s gonna take so long and deliver stone cold food.

The food was sub standard. it was bearly warm on delivery. I wouldn't recommend, nor will I be ordering again.

food absolutely stone cold and sloggy. the chicken strips were just shrivelled up batter no chicken inside

the chips were cold and possibly yesterdays. even the fish was so below their usual standard. I believe a refund is deserved. anyway we'll not be using them again. which's a shame co's normally excellent.

Not so good this time. Portion sizes have drastically reduced since our last order. Although delivery was quick food was greasy and barely warm. Very disappointed.

the fish was hot, but was very grease as for the scampi some of the bater had no scampi in at at and was very grease and soft not very nice the chip's as always it was very soft

The chips were reheated, dark in colour and hard, we couldn't eat them! Waste of our money, won't be ordering from there again unfortunately. Poor Just Eat customer service to resolve issue.

to day lunch was late,, ordered around 11.30 am for a 1pm delivery,, so with that amount of time given,, the delivery should have been on time,, also the chips were all bits and not much potato, the batter on the fish and the large sausage was badly burn on one edge,, with the price i am being charged i know the food should be of better quality, so all in all today's lunch was not the best

This was the best fish and chips we have had in a very long time. The chips were freshly cooked and the large cod was really excellent. We definitely recommend Peters Fish Bar.

chips tasted weird. I'm not sure why though. the burgers were fine but chips tasted really bitty.

Food was great... Not impressed with delivery though, the time kept changing, I couldn't relax, I didn't know when it was coming or not. Had to ring in the end.

They gave wrong items to driver so was left £30 short no food and two hungry kids amazing thanks won’t order again and il make sure noone else does

Ordered cheesy chips and I think the cheese evaporated are the was only a couple of strands on the lid. It wasn't what we expected or ordered.

When i order at 12 noon for my delivery at 1pm i think my older should be on time not 20 minutes late..

food left on door, didn't hear door. food was cold when realised it was outside? not happy. normally really good service

After waiting nearly 3 hours for the food to come, I noticed the time kept changing in the app i drove to the chip shop to ask where my order was they told me it had already left so it will be cold, so i drove back home and waited outside in my car, they turned up with the order and i refused to take it, as i drove off to go and get some food the delivery driver overtook me and i had to slam on my brakes to avoid parked cars, this is shocking behaviour will not order form peters fish bar again

Chips were stale, not fresh. Fish batter below par. In comparison to Peters usual standard, poor. Will try another fish and chips shop next.

As a regular and repeat customer, we were utterly disappointed. It did not start well when the male delivery driver asked the lady of the house to go out to his car on a dark and rainy night, and then the delivery was opened a nasty smell set the scene forrest of the experience. The cod was rubbery and batter awful, the chips were soggy and discoloured. Most f diner was consumed to the bin. It will be a long time before we consider another order. What a disappointing way to start an Easter week

the food made up for over an hours difference in original delivery time. at time of ordering, it was 30-50 mins. ordered at 17.40, food arrived 19.20. food was decent but at this isn't the first issue with peters, I won't be returning again.

Order estimated delivery time changed twice and was well over an hour late. Placed order around 6pm and eventually around 8pm. Food was cold and had to reheat in the microwave. Not sure why I was charged £1.99 for a service charge and another £2.25 for delivery. Food was cold and deliverer was late
