Personalized Cake & Cafe in Blackpool

Stopped for a bacon and sausage barm. I was hoping the sausage wasn't a run of the mill catering type but I was sadly disappointed. I do understand that to keep prices low some cafés have to buy cheaper produce but I'd rather pay a little more for quality food. Staff are lovely but won't be stopping again.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. Shop doors were wide open so we assumed they were still serving. We walked in and were completely ignored by the two people behind the counter. We asked if they were still serving and had any chips. The woman never even looked at us and just said "I can put some in". We left and won't be returning.

Paula is unbearable, Kim needs more education, the staff who work there need to be treated better

Man at the desk was incredibly rude. Food was freezing Room not cleaned after previous person. same bedsheets still On bed not made. Bed was verry uncomfortable,Room stunk and had damp all on the walls Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures freezing cold water the hot water didn't work the shower was broken ,the light in bedroom didn't even turn on. wouldn't recommend

A great visit, to a lovely pub. The food was lovely, there's a good selection of drinks available to choose from, and the staff were very helpful, and courteous. The most important thing, in my opinion at least, is the fact the place is dog friendly. The view from the front is just the cherry on top 😍 EDIT: Came back on another day, for an evening meal. The food again was delicious, and the staff were also helpful and courteous once more.
