Man at the desk was incredibly rude. Food was freezing Room not cleaned after previous person. same bedsheets still On bed not made. Bed was verry uncomfortable,Room stunk and had damp all on the walls Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures freezing cold water the hot water didn't work the shower was broken ,the light in bedroom didn't even turn on. wouldn't recommend

Paula is unbearable, Kim needs more education, the staff who work there need to be treated better

My family and I are on holiday here and tried this pub before when we came up last year and the food staff and atmosphere is always impeccable can’t fault it staff are friendly
