Paula is unbearable, Kim needs more education, the staff who work there need to be treated better

18 months later and still haven't received a refund for my cancelled trip #fuming# i have heard nothing from the liqidator since November 2018

June 26th Booked and PAID for break next year to be informed on July 8th they can no longer welcome me, bit more investigation and they've permanently closed down and no longer exists,im still waiting for my money back

this hotel has just cancelled our booking for 10 Aug with NO reason as we are driving over from Spain to visit my sister this has been VERY UPSETTING ,we have managed to book in another hotel at St Anns

WiFi connection wasn't good. Tv signal ddnt work. Electric kept shorting cos of fuse box so no electric 1st nights stay. Outdated decor & carpets. But the room was great. Had modern beds & the bedrooms all have new fitted ensuite bathrooms. Kim the manager was extremely helpful.

Great place for couples and families. Alex who runs the place is a great guy willing to help in any way he can. I would definitely recommend people to stay here and will be visiting again. A+++++++

I'D 100% RECOMMENDED STAYING AT THIS HOTEL. Warm and welcoming family, sadly I wasn't there for the best of reason's and had to leave early.

Had a lovely one night stay at Gramsford Lodge . Kim the manager was very hospitable and friendly . Bed was comfy and room was clean and homely . Very quirky B and B with lots of character would definitely book again .

Superb location, room, service and breakfast first class, will most certainly be frequenting again next year

We had an amazing two night stay with Gramsford lodge. The hosts were amazing and welcoming. Although there were a few things that wasn't allowed, it was a nice, clean, and welcoming place to stay. I'd 100% recommend the Gramsford lodge, and will coming back.

We had an excellent 3 night stay at the Gramsford. We were well looked after. We had a sea view room with ensuite shower and treated ourselves to breakfast in bed - room was clean facilities good and the hosts attentive would recommend

felt uneasy as soon as we walked through the door. when we arrived we were offered breakfast at an extra fee but declined as we didn't want to eat from here and found that there was a lot nicer more reasonable priced and cleaner places to eat. the staff where mainly foreign and the owners made us feel extremely uncomfortable so we spent most of our time out away from this hotel! wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Was walking along the promenade came across this lovely little place so went in for a drink, would highly recommend very friendly and ice cold beer

You get what you pay for no thrills but comfortable place to lay your head before enjoying all the Blackpool offers

Nice little coffee stop on the prom when your legs get tired. A bit hidden away you can easily walk past it without noticing it.

gem of a hotel brilliant location, ideal for trams and buses alike, great for the nightlife but quiet enough if thats not for you.

this was our first tip we had been tavlling scince 2 in the morning to get ther got there at 8.30 am and couldnt book in till 3 so we spent all day walking round and trying to find some were to park this looks a lovley place from the out side we had the rooms that they call the duggen rooms there is no windows or nothing we went as a family of 4 kids and 2 adulits and ened up with 5 singel beds in one room and 3 in the other was not happy we then told them this is not what was booked we asked to be moved evon if the kids has to share beds we then sat out side for 3 hours wating for them to sort it then asked what was happing they changed the subject so nothing was done we then had no tv for the kids or kettle as we were told it is a fire saftey as we are in the base ment but yet we were still charged for our coffey and tea and they were not evon a mug it was more like a baby cup size any way so we had no choice to sleep there so we spent all our time out.when we did come back to sleep all we could hear is people walking over the main room floor creaking and people talking so still no sleep it was all so so hot it was like a sawner in both rooms we had to sleep with the doors open and then there was lights on all night long and then silly hours some one would go in what looked like a store room and turn the light on and wake the kids up as there was a window that was in there room but still no fresh air they didnt evon try to sort out the problems and kim was quite rude SHE WAS JUST MORE INTRESTED IN MONEY NOT THE PROBLEMS as we were leaving we were offerd discount when we went to stay again (would i stay a gain ) NO sorry there were fag butts on the floor and had to be picKed up the floors were not cleaned were my 3 kids were sleeping the bedding was not clean the pic looks nothing like the place evon my kids didnt want to stay there and they will sleep any were they evon asked if they could sleep in the car if i could of found some were els to stay i would but could not affored to we have all so been charged £50 as we tock our own drink in and for smoking in the room witch we didnt as i have a 6 year old son that was in the same room as us that has bad astma and can not be somked around this seams to be excuse that is ued a lot to get money out of people that have not done any thing wrong this is not a loud to take money of peoples credit card with out permisson or with out telling people THIS IS WRONG AND WILL NOT BE DROPED TILL MONEY IS RETURND YOU TOCK IT FOR NO RESON THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE STAyED AND WILL NOT RECOMEND TO ANY ONE

i stopped at the hotel with 5 other friend and everything about the hotel was amazing the service was out standing we had a great time in the lobby playing with the instroments and games the hotel was like a home away from home we stopped it the 7 bed rooms down stairs we were the first people to stop in them they were amzing out the way of all the other people in the hotel i will and have recommended the hotel to all my friends and family i am returning with another 7 friends in march from now on i will only be using this hotel when visiting blackpool the staff were amazing and the service was great and we all cant wait to return

Well where to begin! In our party of 6 there were 4 adults and 2 children age 7 and 9. We were looking for a coffee shop and seen a sign for cream teas etc. we stopped and ordered 5 cream teas and an earl grey tea. The attitude of the woman who served us was rather brisk. She was unable to provide me with earl grey tea. I told her I had a tea bag and offered to pay for a pot of tea without a tea bag. She said this was rude and she wouldn't do it. I thought she was joking and laughed. I asked what the problem was, I was paying in full with an accompanying £25 pounds order. She couldn't provide the tea and I could. I always carry a few tea bags as I don't drink English tea or any coffee. All sounds very simple and escalated with her losing the plot and demanding we leave. She was very aggressive and intimidating. Our children were very shaken by it. The place was empty and I would have thought she would have been grateful for the business. Also would like to mention the place was filthy inside and she did us a favour not sure what extras may have came with our order. Once in it would have been difficult to leave but she did the job for us. Thanks!!
