This is definitely worth a visit! The lovely warm and efficient Fara was a great help when we made our choices of the truly delicious food, opting for a selection of the smaller plates. Great atmosphere and cosy seating to.

Manisha went above and beyond in looking after us! The food was fab! Taste was brilliant and every was lovely, clean and calm environment!

What can I say! Me and my family felt very welcomed from the time I entered Perios. The lovely lady Fara had really done a great job recommending excellent selection of tacos, tex mex burger and and bunch of wild wings.! We were fasting and the food really came out at pinpoint time and piping hot. Keep up the great work and excellent standards of service. Love and ✌️ Sorry not much left of the food. Lol.

I’ve walked past here quite a few times and always thought about going in and my god, I’m glad I did! I took my partner and kids for an evening meal and the food was amazing, healthy options and quality food, the taste was wonderful you have a variety of flavours to choose from!! The waitress was lovely and friendly and always made sure we was okay with everything throughout our visit. Defo be back again👍🏻

Came in with a few work colleagues on our lunch break and WOW! The food was a hit with every single one of us and the service we received from Manisha was incredible! Will definitely be back again with family and friends out of work! The interior is beautiful and would recommend this to anyone if you want tasty food with good prices and lovely service and smiles from all the staff!!

Went for dinner on Wednesday evening and was greeted with a smile and friendly conversation by Manisha. She recommended a few dishes and did not go wrong! The beef fajitas were so tender and the buffalo wings are a must in the special buffalo sauce also the burrito that my daughter had was very filling and she finished a meal for the first time!! The flavours were incredible and I am already looking forward to coming here again!! Keep up the great food and service!! Xx

An appetising menu but the chilli was terrible and the cheese the worst of synthetic cheeses. Service was very speedy and with a smile, but they refused my £20 note despite it remaining legal tender until October. If the other food isn’t a lot better I suggest you avoid.

I loved the food and it was really great service. The music was nice, it was bright and very friendly feel. It was good value for money!

Came in on a Saturday with my family , decor is absolutely amazing ! The food is delicious and super fresh ! And not to forget the staff what an amazing staff they gotc very helpful and down to earth! Only point they need to work on is there online service , I wanted to place my order online as they have got contact free ordering in all the tables but once my husband scanned the code he got sent to a website that was very confusing ….. it was a good thing that Fara helped us figure it out otherwise we would’ve been lost hahahah , amazing place would definitely recommend

We visited their new restaurant today in Brindley Place, Birmingham as a family of 4 with 2 small children. The staff were amazing and so friendly. The food was fabulous! If you love chicken, you’ll love this place, but they do a variety of meals. We treated ourselves to a few cocktails which we really tasty too. On a whole I would recommend this to anyone, especially if you have kids, there is lots on the menu!

Had a great lunch meal here with my family. The food was fresh and came out super fast. The only downside would be that we were the only ones in the restaurant so it was quiet and slightly awkward!

A very cosy place, to be especially during lockdown, particularly the staff who are very polite and friendly in particular, Fara who’s is a highly respectful and caring, very down to earth with her quality service, I felt very happy with the purchase I made, I highly recommend this especially with staff members like fara, going above and beyond.

Popped in on a Saturday evening for a quick meal, hadn't been before and didn't know what to expect.We received a very attentive welcome, which went on to be reflected throughout the whole of our visit.I cannot praise our server Fara, highly enough, she was very friendly, explained the detail of all the Perios sauces, and bought us samples to try. She was really helpful with my wife's enquiries about vegan choices, and an overall pleasure to deal with.Unfortunately the food then let Perios down a little. I had the veg burrito, which looked great, really well constructed and not lacking in ingredients, but sadly, without the Perios sauces, lacking any real Mexican burrito flavour. It promised so much but just didn't deliver. The vegan choice was better, but the biggest let down was the warm beer. I feel the food could be really good, just something missing?Service staff however were great, thanks Fara.

We visited this place yesterday and as always found it be full of choices! Children loved their burgers and we found lovely Burritos to eat as well. All parties happy! The place was clean and adhered to covid restrictions. Friendly staff and Chefs were wearing masks as well. Will visit again soon before the lockdown!

My wife and I went to this place yesterday and from start to finish, had a fantastic experience. On entry, the waitress (Fara) was extremely polite, courteous and made us feel looked after. She showed us to our table and took our order promptly. She came back to check on us multiple times, and whenever we needed anything eg ketchup, she was always very prompt.The food was excellent and I would have no hesitation is coming back here again!

We come regularly to perios and really enjoy the food. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Food always hot and fresh and tasty The quesdilas are amazing and my daughter really enjoys the childrens meals. Most defo will continue to eat at perios

A real good find for lunch, delicious Mexican food, with all time favourites. The chicken sizzler is outstanding. Service was great and the would 100% go back.

We went Perios the other day in Shirley, as I recommended the place since whenever I had ordered from there in the past the food has always tasted fresh and and packed with flavours. However, when we got the food, half of the fries were ice cold (not even fried properly) which put us off, then the chicken in the food tasted like plastic and rubber-like and there was barely any sauce or taste in the food, which made me feel nauseous and we didn’t even end up finishing the food, the only thing that we finished were the drinks which was pretty disappointing. We thought of complaining straight away but we were already feeling nauseous and wanted to leave ASAP. Not sure if this was due to the fact that the food was made in a rush as we got served within minutes or the kitchen staff, but whenever I have ordered for deliveries from here it’s always been perfect...

Been to Perios in Shirley for the 1st time and the food was absolutely amazing. The variety available is brilliant as you can have plenty of choice to suit everyone. The service was really quick and friendly. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you team Perios for a lovely meal.

"Shall we go to Perios this evening?" I asked my 14 and 5 year old children. They instantly replied with cheers. The restaurant has a nice vibe, there is a good varied menu, an excellent children's menu and whether you like spice or not (we do) you can taylor your meal accordingly. My wife had the veggie chili, my son had the beef burrito, my daughter had the Children's chicken burger and I had the half chicken. They were all lovely. We were served by Fara and Anges who were both attentive and friendly, even giving my daughter a gift at the end. Try them out, you won't regret it.

Love this resturant, the food is always great quality.We were greeted with a nice warm friendly welcome from Manisha, who politely asked us to scan the track and trace covid QR, and she explained the service had slightly changed to table service.Throughout our visit Manisha regularly checked we were satisfied with our food and topped up our drinks, nothing was any trouble for her.This was my friends first visit to the restaurant and we will definitely be back once our tier 2 restrictions are lifted again.Thank you Hazel x

Came in on Saturday when it was very busy and the waitresses were on top of everything and working hard to keep everyone happy and checked on. I was unsure at first and had my reservations because the menu had changed recently with all new flavours and pricing. Really kind waitress recommended her favourite flavour for my grilled chicken burrito and then offered to bring me some of the sauce to try. Needless to say it was very tasty and I couldn’t wait to try it in my burrito. If you like your spice, take the risk and go for Habanero! It’s just the perfect balance. Thanks Zee! You were right. Thanks Zee and Fara for the excellent service. I’ve always been a regular and that won’t stop now. Also never a dull wait for the food with all the beautiful surrounding decor!

We had lunch at Perios on Sunday, the atmosphere was lovely with the wall murals and 'street-style' vibe. The food was to die for, we shared Veggie Nachos and Churros but had out own Veg Chili Burrito each and I went home COMPLETELY stuffed! Only very tiny issue was our initial wait to be served but we think that their staff were currently changing over due to breaks so we had a good chat and just let the experience sink in.Thank you very much to our waitress Fara! The service after we had ordered was immaculate and we felt very looked after. I plan to come back again soon, this time with my family!

This placed amazed me the food was unlike any other restaurant I loved it . The service was amazing they were friendly and the food was excellent . I came on Monday and the head chef is a very nice man he looked after me and he is an excellent worker . I got The burrito and sizzler and they were flavourful and delicious. The food was the right heat nothing came cold and I will recommend to family and friend . 5 stars

Me and my friends have been going there every once a month for the past years, the food is amazing even though gone abit pricey, however the staff are even more amazing especially Farkhonda she’s The best just amazing we all like her as we see her the most their when we go in can make conversation too feel like home welcoming and gets anything we need and can have laughs too aswell as the rest waitresses, very friendly helpful and genuine good people :D

Burrito was amazing and tasted fresh and the buffalo wings are a must when u visit !!! Waitress checked up on us several times and asked us if anything needed , better than most places as other places totally forget about their customers after they brought the food over .....Will be back soon !

Went with my wife and daughter for my birthday I had a chilli beef burrito my wife had a Mexican burger and my daughter had chicken fajitas all the food was well cooked and hot staff was very friendly and helpful as my daughter couldn't eat all of hers so the staff bagged it up for her to take home I had a pudding which was carrot cake which was delicious when we got the bill they gave me the cake free of charge as it was my birthday which wad a very nice touch this was our first time at perios but it definitely won't be the last

Came in on Sunday , expected it to be very busy but I walked in to a restaurant with just one table. Greeted by the lovely waitress and she sat us down. Went through the menu with us and explained how it all works , track and trace and handgel provided. Me and my fiancée ordered a chicken panini and a chicken wrap we both went with the buffalo sauce as the waitress recommended. The food was gorgeous. Sitting down and looking around made me realise there is so much artwork going on , it’s beautiful probably the best in Solihull .Service was great and the food was delicious I would definitely come back !

Ordered a dos amigo burger, never had dryer chicken in all my life. Honestly, couldn’t get my teeth into it!Cajun chips well over done, rock hard and over powered with seasoning, shame. Won’t be ordering from here any time soon!!

Great service, I was greeted by Fara (if I can remember her name correctly) as soon as I walked in. Tables were all clean and there was Covid-19 guidelines being followed. Food could have been better!

This place is definitely worth visiting while in shirley , the decor is absolutely gorgeous! The restaurant has so much to offer, and the limitless drinks are wonderful .Walked in without a reservation on a Wednesday evening and the waitress gave us a table by the window. she kindly explained the menu and gave us some recommendations. We ordered the chicken fajita and the chicken tacos , should definitely slow down with the spices as the Mexican is so hot !! The atmosphere was great and I definitely will be coming back ! Staff 10/10Food 9/10

As soon as you walk in you are hit with beautiful decor which already tells you how warm and welcoming Perios is and a friendly face from all the staff.. It was our first time there and we was served by the lovely Mini, who gave us recommendations on what dishes we should try (the buffalo wings - A MUST!! And the burritos are way too good) .. a place you must go for the feel of a REAL Tex - mex experience!!! Thank you to the chefs and the waitress Who made our first visit one of many!

This is the worst “ mexican” food we have EVER tried.where do i start, firstly i ordered Tacos .. these were not tacos !! They were fajitas in a taco shell !! The meat was cold and chewy and the vegetables were completely uncooked !i specifically asked for no onions on my food .. my food came covered in onions.My partner ordered the burrito .. it came cold and tasteless . Again cold chewy meat and stale rice !! there are ZERO excuses for this food . Completely unacceptable and so so disappointed

My partner & I just had a Perios through Uber eats tonight...it was our first time and it was INCREDIBLE!!! We shared chicken quesadilla and beef nachos to start and then I had the Portuguese piri piri quarter chicken with fries and my partner had the double chicken burger with peri fries!! I must say we are both very impressed and couldn’t fault any of it!! I know people were saying about the price for the side portions but in regards to the chips you get loads!! We will definitely be eating there again!

Ordered takeaway during the Covid, wanted something different. Generally good, mains tasty, however the sides left a lot to be desired: £2.49 for 1 small corn on the cob, £2.99 for two tablespoons of coleslaw It certainly left a bad taste in the mouth!

Waited more than hour in non peak time . Rider was professional, however restaurant staff rude when asked what the situation they said they don't know or can't comment.

Ordered the family sharing platter (v good value) and quesadilla for 4 of us - the chicken was absolutely gorgeous and we couldn’t finish it, saved rest for lunch today. Thank you, greta service, called and checked our order before creating it and ready in 30 minutes. We will be coming again!

First time visiting this place today! Husband and I are fans of mexican cuisine (and indeed Mexico) and we thought we'd give Perios a try as it's quite difficult to find really tasty mexican food in the area.I have to say the food is great! Really tasty and very good value for money. The service is also really good.I'd give it 5 stars if there weren't a couple of ripped couches in the restaurant (easily fixable) but as far as the food is concerned it's definitely brilliant and especially for the price.Really hope the business goes on to really succeed. It's more of a cafe feel than a restaurant feel but I think one day if the business turns this into a full on restaurant with table service etc it'll really take off!What can I say except we really enjoyed the food and we'll definitely return,.

Britto is great love it . You have to go and try it . They have many types of food once you got in you won't stop going there hmm everything they got is delesiuce.

Absolutely beautiful art decor inside, nice seating, a real good feel of modern Mexico inside. The staff were friendly and the menu is exciting with lots to choose from. The chicken sizzler was delicious with all the mixed peppers. The beef chilli nachos were a good portion with plenty of sauce choices, the beef could of done with some salt. Overall bill for 3 people with bottomless drink came to £32. Food is delicious here and I can’t recommend enough. Now one of my favourite places to go.

A nice little tucked-away corner of Shirley, worth a visit. The burgers were tasty, and the sitting was comfy. The Chile con carne could do with a little more sauce 🙈

Best place in Shirley for sure, been looking for a place to go with my wife and 2 kids and I ended up at perios. They got a kids meal for the kids which is £3.99 for a main side and a drink , kids ordered the chicken burgers and god what were those burgers cute !! I ordered the Texan dirty burger in the hot peri peri sauce and my wife ordered the falafel cheese steak with the Indian tandoori.

I just want to let you guys know that The food is delicious and the workers are very friendly. We really enjoyed the food . The grill chief is working too fast and making food very quick wow🙂. Thanks perios😊❤🍔.

Me and my girlfriend recently ate here and the food was terrible. The spicy rice was tasteless and microwaved and the Perios fries were soggy and were barely even salty let alone spicy. The chicken was the best part but even they were completely mediocre. Our bill came to £37 and I've never been so disappointed. This company is poor version of Nandos but insists on charging the same price. If you're thinking of going here think again, I certainly won't be going anytime soon.

I have been visiting this place since they opened, food is consistently good and staff very friendly.

Have visited Perio’s a few times and i think its worth shouting out about. This Mexican based restaurant has lots to offer. The inside decor really stands out with the artwork. The sizzler lamb and chicken dishes with cheesy fries and peppers are delicious and have real in-depth flavours. It’s almost hidden in a corner and i think if more people knew about the place it would be more busy. Give it a try.

Recently visited again and was pleased that the management really took the feedback I gave them seriously. We ordered the chicken and beef sizzler dishes with chips and rice, a really good combination. the kids chicken popcorns was really good too, fresh pieces of grilled chicken.

This place has a great varied menu and the food is really cheaply priced. The only thing I don't like is unisex toilet but otherwise fab!

This place is decent but has plenty of room for improvement. It's ok for a quick and easy meal out with the kids.

My wife and I decided to get a takeaway from perios. I had the chilli burrito and the wife had the chicken burrito, with buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks for sides. Impressed is an understatement the wings were succulent and very tasty, the mozzarella sticks were nice, and the burrito was omg fantastic, amazing taste, loads of filling, just WOW. I had a taste of my wife's burrito and was equally impressed with that.

I m a regular here and this time I tried the platters with family. the grilled chicken was so well cooked with amazing flavour of peri peri. say good bye to Nandos and love Perios. Well done guys.

Average food with overly sweetened flavouring and side or rude waiters, terrible service. Try Pepe's across the road which has far better quality food and fantastic service.

We had lunch here and it was pretty good. I had the Mexican salad with chicken, the salad itself was good but the chicken was quite dry and my beer wasn’t cold. My wife had a chicken quesadilla which was nice. The prices are good. The cheese and chilli nuggets are really good

The food is delicious and affordable. The interior design of the restaurant is interesting and it creates a nice atmosphere. It is also very convenient that they do home deliveries. My personal favourite was the vegetarian chilli, but the chicken wings and burritos are also excellent.

We visited this restaurant on at 8:15 on a Saturday, there were empty tables and only one table of 2 that wasn’t eating, we were told there was well over an hours wait and then they were closing. They were very rude and blunt.

Stayed in Shirley for 2 nights with work and both nights I ordered from here! The first night had me wanting to go back for more! Great service, great food, great price! I would definitely eat here again!!!

A hidden gem in the shopping centre opposite Asda in Shirley. Great food reasonably priced and fast service. Pleasant decorating simple but clean inside. Service with a smile and the food is great value for money . In my opinion it knocks spots of Nando’s. Give a try.

My partner had told me about this and Indico (next door). I wasn't expecting a rather half hearted approach to service. The food was good and cheap but the portions were tiny. If I was in this area I'd come again. I wouldn't make a detour to come.

Food was tasty and very cheap. Not a lot of effort in presentation, but still tasted good and good portions. They have the 'Nando's' style service, where you get up and order at the desk, which I'm not fond of, and the waitress spent 10 minutes explaining how he menu works which was actually very self explanatory.

This place is my regular hang out. can't flaw the food. top quality ingdriedeints. I tried the veg chill for first time. it's a stew of beans , sweet potato and veg, very healthy option and tasty. I m regular here and would definitely recommend.

Food was fine...nothing special...hot, quite tasty and reasonable portions. Daughter especially enjoyed the tacos (it was her choice to go there). It was off putting that the glass given to me for my beer was dirty (clear lipstick marks around the rim) and that this hadn't been spotted as it was handed over at the counter and swapped before I had to ask. Son liked the refillable drink option. We all left though feeling it was 'odd'...the staff asked the right questions but didn't seem especially welcoming...there was a weird atmosphere (a bit like you've arrived at someone's just as they've all been arguing and it's really uncomfortable). We probably won't rush back there.

I joined perios mail list as the staff told me that they do special weekly offers through emails. received an offer for 50%off on grilled chicken and although I eat regular at PERIOS but didn't try their grilled chicken before.

Was unsure at first but my daughter wanted to come and so glad we did. We were unsure of the menu so asked and the kitchen staff were great and explained everything. The food was amazing, very tasty and so fresh, choice for the kids is brilliant and place was very warm and cosy. I cannot recommend this place enough. And the cherry on the cake is the price, very reasonable

Yo ir a escuchar la mayoría de las semanas para una comida para llevar. Normalmente en orden, entonces pop ir a Asda a comprar algunas cosas y regresar a recoger. La comida siempre preparado rápidamente. El personal es muy amable. El pollo es increíble, normalmente orden un pollo entero (con salsa picante) y un par de raciones de patatas fritas para compartir.

Buena ubicación, excelente decoración y el estacionamiento en el supermercado Asda muy accesible. .
