Food was soggy and cold, and staff refused to give sauces. Would not come back ever again. Also gave me food poisoning.

Got their grilled chicken burger, it was amazing and the service was impeccable.

Part of my order was missing. I had opted for the meal which should have come with a drink - but there was no drink. The food however was very nice. So I will order from here again.

1/2 the Chicken wings were very small. Tasted ok. 0.55 for very small amount of sauce though,

Chips were not fresh, seemed like reheated. Spoiled the whole meal

Burger buns were incredibly stale and the chips were also stale tasted like they were from the night before. Wont be buying from them again

Chicken was slightly dry and tough, the driver did not read my notes either and did not acknowledge them.

Ordered a chicken burger meal and the chicken fillet was just cooked in the fryer making it to dry and was to crispy I had one bite then complained and asked to change it for something else instead they just refunded me at that point I gave him back a pound for the drink I had this has to be the worst periperi shop I've ever visited and it tops the worst customer service ever they should change the name of the shop as its sending a poor message out for the other professional periperi shops around with that attention to food quality and customer service they're lucky to have customers its just a shame I didn't manage to take a picture of that over cooked so call fillet burger

Customer service was terrible. I requested that my burger does not burn when cooked. The employee gave me a bad look, turned around, mocked me in he's language to he's collogue. He assumed I didn't understand their language 🤦‍♂️ Payed, went out, came back after awhile, saw my burger meal inside a chicken box 😱 asked if the order was mine (coz it was inside a chips box, never seen it like that anywhere). Worker confirmed it was mine with a funny face. Took my food and was about to leave; when the guy swore and mocked me in he's language for the second time🤦‍♂️ Food taste was ok, so, I give him 2 stars for now

Ordered fried wings. I would describe them more like hot wings. Do avoid if you don't like heat.

Onion rings and chicken nuggets crispy and not soggy like other places. Piri piri chicken delicious too and arrive really fast so nice and hot too.

Food was tasty, but arrived really late and it was cold. Chicken burger would have been amazing if arrived hot, but it was “just good” cause it was barely warm. Chips and chicken were cold too. The guys were apologetic and nice enough about it, but waiting well over an hour for one burger and some chicken strips isn’t good enough especially when you’re only 10 minutes drive away… would not order again, but if I could driver there my self I’d eat their food again… fix the delivery guys! Pack your food so it doesn’t get cold!

Pizza was full of jalapeño peppers a whole lot than any other toppings and even though we tried taking it out it was full . Dough was great but sadly peppers were so much didn’t taste any thing else

On the 14th of March I had ordered peri peri single chicken platter meal. They told me they were out of chicken so I cancelled order but still.got charged on deliveroo. I emailed deliveroo and they said I would get my money back as I DIDNT receive my order. But peri peri told them I received my order even though I cancelled it on the phone and on deliveroo. I thought maybe just a mix up.. so I ordered again this evening on the 26th of March my food arrived.. my salad was mouldy my pitta was burnt and smelt burnt to a crisp. my chicken is raw I rang them to explain and they were very rude.. i ask for the manager and they put the phone down on me 3 times. Then kept cutting my number off.. once again still been charged. I will be taking it to environmental health regarding the shocking standards of food I received this evening. I will not be ordering from them again or deliveroo as the just take your money and then lie..

If I could give 0 I would I ordered from here tonight and the pitta bread was burnt and black and the salad was brown and black . Disgusting food and staff not helpful at all , will never order again

Food is nice, but so over-priced now. £3 delivery plus £6/7 increase on some items such as the platers. Have been collecting from store now as its so much more cheaper.

Food is fab but delivery is really slow, got a message to say it would be delivered late but when that time expired it just says delivered and nobody answering at the restaurant!

Delivery was estimated 40-60 mins took 80 mins from order to delivery without any apology and not for the first time. Food is great and chips are the best but delivery really let’s them down

The order arrived very quickly however all 10 fried wings were extremely dry and and bland with barely any breading as though they've been reheated in a microwave. The attempted med. salad carrots were black in colour. The strips were very chewy I added in the order notes to please send napkins and sauces nothing was put in the delivery. Very disappointed.

Terrible service, food came cold, not even warm! Phoned the restaurant to ask to replace the order, they told me the manager is not there and I will have to wait for him to come back for him to decide if I can have a replacement! Never heard back and now not answering the phone. Once someone answered and said he was working at the restaurant next door and could not help! What kind of people are running this place!

Pizza was soo thin that the toppings fell off whilst taking a slice, also tomato base overpowered the other toppings! Chips dry and burnt.

The best food. The chips came crispy and STAYED crispy and then the peri peri wings was the goal that won the match, not drenched in sauce but had enough and were grilled extremely well. To describe it in 1 word class.

The chicken burgers the kids ordered were fine - my full chicken (hot) was not nice at all. No real flavour, almost 2 the point of being bland. For the price, I expect a lot better. Wont be ordering from here again

Took over 45 mins my burgers were all cold not fresh disgusting brown lettuce spent 4.00 pound on delivery spent over 15 pound in total and the food was disgusting very bad customer service delivery driver also rude never ordering from you guys again I hope they get shut down gone downhill in the last few months needs to be closed permanently

Its ok. Its very basic. Nothing really special here in terms of food and options. The prices are reasonable. Would only recommend if other options not available in area or location

I’ve ordered from here several times and always been great, for the first time my order was wrong. Instead of a pitta and 2 burgers we received 3 burgers. I didn’t call and complain as there was no point.

I ordered an gourmet Italian chicken burger. There was nothing gourmet about it. No mozzarella or pesto. Plus my order came missing the chips and drink, which when they arrived 45minutes later, the chips were stone cold and with zero apology.

The food was good however they did get my order worm and gave me the wrong drink. Other than that early delivery and tasty enough food!

I can only apologise for the neighbours attitude towards you i dont know why she answerd the door the food wasnt for her, but the food was nicer than her and the peri peri sauce was really good. If you phone me next time before you arrive if i order again i will meet you outside, iv never known a neighbour to speak to other peoples delivery men like that but the girls a druggie i bet so i will try and make sure you advoid that situation, however the food was good i hope that makes you feel a bit better.

Absolutely LOVED the gourmet chicken burger - it's the best (though I'm not sure what is on the bottom of the bin, slightly sweet). The chips are the best ever, just wish we could order plain grilled chicken breasts like in the burger to go with the chips! Great service too, attention to detail. Definitely ordering again!

The delivery driver found my house without any difficulty and the food was all at perfect temperature. Extra-hot sauce is the way to go! Very well cooked chicken. Might recommend dressing sachets for the salad though.

Terrible service! Two hours for food to be delivered! Driver marked it as delivered after an hour, restaurant just says driver 2 mins away every time I rang! Most awful service ever, driver blamed just eat saying they not send them the order until 1 hour later, restaurant blamed the driver and just eat said they can’t do anything as marked as delivered. Food not great either. Will use somewhere different next time

Delicious tasting chicken and delivered on time

I have given full marks for its delivery it was delivered so quickly I was shocked. The food was good only didn't like the rice I ordered with one of the piri piri meal other wise good taste and brilliant service. Will order again I hope I get same service and food standard again.

Really tasty will definitely use again, yes it arrived late but I had to give good marks for that as the man delivering was so nice, thanks for the great service!
