worst services ..... Doesn't know who answer the phone who took the order .... after chasing 5 times i took 1 45 minutes to deliver the food that too cold and worst food Recommend not to order the food for this restaurant.

They usually have nice wings but they change them randomly to something that tastes like turkey and they’re awful. Also asked for burger sauce 4 times and left with garlic. Annoying

Ordered 200 wings and they delivered. Meat slid off the bone just as nicely as it slid down my throat - delectable food.

Food is generally ok but they sent me absolutely rancid fried chicken which was clearly prepared the day before disappointing as its usually good. A real shame when I get let down here because its the only place that has passable food in the area.

Their food used to be really good but standards have been slipping, for example, they do not put tomato’s in their kebabs, even if you specifically request them. They do not give you the drinks you order, they give whatever they want and is usually warm, it’s like a lucky dip. What’s annoying is it’s not hard to fix but they just don’t care, and is not a one off either. This is now standard practice for them. The “salad” is literally just lettuce, the photo shows tomato and cabbage, this is false you do not get that and it is really annoying me. They need to improve and when they do I’ll change my review but at the moment it’s not good.

Came early but the burgers were drowned in sauce and the m&m milkshake is peanuts so just a warning incase your allergic

Rubbish waited 45 minutes for a burger!

Order double grilled chicken burger and chips, burger was really tasty loved the peri peri sauce on burger but chips were okay ddnt enjoy the chips overall good price

Lovely people and amazing tasty food

Took an hour and a half, wraps were soggy and all food was luke warm. Drinks weren’t delivered and overall poor customer service.

Don't usually go to places with a below 4 star rating but based on the prev comment I gave it the benefit of the doubt. And food wise I was pleasantly surprised (5☆), but shame about the hygiene which is why I gave a overall 3.

Only half my meal was delivered, missing the chips. After phoning several times asking for the food I had paid for I was told several time they would deliver but they did not bother to do so. They almost sounded like they where laughing at the situation. Leaves a single mother feeling very vulnerable, not in control and disrespected.

The worst food I've ever had and it almost kills me. Inexperienced staff and unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend it at all you should be wasting your money and time for this kind of food.

Expensive for what it is. Unwelcoming staff and the chicken was not great at all. Also had to wait 20mins for a simple meal of chips and a burger not sure why? Very disappointed as this is probably the only chicken shop in the area.

Seriously, the food here is always freshly cooked on order and delicious. Prices are great value and the service is great. Don't go on first impressions here, go in and try the food.

Food is okay but not consistent, sometimes cold,, sometimes fresh, hit and miss really. Zinger burger is okay but very salty, if there food was consistent and the staff wasn't so rude it would probably get a 4 star, management please speak 2 ur staff about serving hot food only and tell ur staff not to be do rude!!! It as if they are forced to work their. And again less salt in zinger burger please

AVOID!!!!Waited over an hour and a half for food that’s gone straight into the bin. Absolutely dreadful. Only thing this place can get right is the chips and judging by previous reviews, they can’t even do that sometimes. If you want to waste your money and time then order from these guys.

I just order and my fries are not cooked oly half. And instead of pepsi we got pepsi maxx....i use to order a lot and was nice but in the last time is always something wrong or fries too cooked that you can even eat or under cook...so sorry to say but this is the last time when i order from here

Just ordered some chicken wings and chips. The chicken smelt like vomit and batter was soggy and wet! This has got to be the worst peri peri in Buckinghamshire! Never again!

Very poor customer service.for delivery it all depends who picks up the phone and what mood is him into that day ,maybe he will chose to deliver or maybe not (even though you had deliveries before from them)

The best Peri peri in the whole of UK . I had food up and down the country but nothing could beat them. Goldie ( the owner , man with the big belly ) is a very friendly and amazing guys. Always looks after us. This Kofta ( lamb mince ) burger is the best. Love everything. Just need to improve the ambiance and heating during winters.

Gave me a free slice of cake for my 21st birthday and extra chicken strips. Can't knock customer service at all 🎉

Came from Scotland to visit Chesham. During my visit, I tried this place. Very pleased with the food.

Being here for long time But recently the zinger buggers and large chips getting small and the chips are burnt

Amazing food ! The customer service was probably the best I've ever had. There was a young guy at the till with exceptionally well manners and helped me pick what I wanted as it was my first. I've placed multiple orders from these guys, over a year, well since i moved to Chesham, at first chicken was really tasty. Few orders down a line, food quality began decreasing, even though i've given them a benefit of the doubt, because i liked their food from before, it seems that service they provide is no longer held to a high standard. Last few orders were the turning point for me, the food not as tasty, orders were missing drinks, extra sauce etc, this practice is not acceptable. Most recent order, today, was the most disappointing. I had some guests over, so i figured i'll get some Peri peri "mild" chicken, what can go wrong? well quite a few things actually. 2 out of 3 drinks never got delivered, lack of sauce for 3 whole chicken meals. And on top of it all, chicken was so hot, that even I, consider myself a spicy food fan, i found to be way too hot to the point that i couldn't finish my meal, and it was meant to be mild. My guests were not happy with the food either. Not a great experience.

I was eating my food enjoying it. Then suddenly I found a RIB on my chicken it wasn't to nice then!! I'm utterly disgusted this place should be closed down seriously. IF I WANTED RIBS I WOULD HAVE ORDERED THEM!!

The best peri peri chicken in Buckinghamshire

I give up with this place, we have given them the benefit of the doubt a few times now but no more. Sometimes food is good sometimes its not, todays order was a total piss take and you should be very embarrased with the service you provide. I ordered and PAYED for 2 kids meals with nuggets and an extra portion of nuggets coz they always want more than 3. Got 2 portions of chips and the extra nuggets i brought, no meals!! My partner PAYED to double up his burger, was some pathetic single patty burger AND was stone cold.. all if it was infact!!! The halloumi was like rubber! If you cant cook it properly not bother cooking it at all! Dont expect me to order from you again.

Worst service ever took my order and after 90 minutes told me they charge 10 pounds foe delivery . Meanwhile send me email after 1 hour that delivery is about to reach

Passing through Chesham on work-related business and saw this place online so (stupidly) decided to give it a try.Never again!!!My experience from start to finish was diabolical.The guy behind the counter looked like he would much rather be elsewhere and made me feel like a thief instead of a paying customer.After waiting for what felt like an episode of Eastenders I FINALLY got my food and guess what?It wasn't all that.....the peri peri wings had enough salt to grit my drive in winter....yuck!!The branch in Hemel is way better.Chesham you need to get it right!!!!!

Always good enough and the price is low. What do you expect? It's a chicken shop. Best part is that the chicken is always cooked through well and I've never even felt a bit Ill from eating here. Someone said about rats but that doesn't seem right to me. Place is clean by the looks of things

Bit of a dirty gaff. quite greasy.Bad hygiene

The guy who took my order was really rude. He saw me standing at the counter waiting to take my order. He was in the back leaning up against a wall and very rudely said, "what?" And I said I'd like to place an order. And he finally comes up to the counter, makes no eye contact, chewing gum and rudely says, "what do you want?" It seemed like he was forced to work there and seemed so uninterested and in a bad mood. Even when I was ordering, he wouldn't respond to me. Once my order arrived I asked if I had to pay extra for chilli sauce. He just rolled his eyes at me and chucked in a chilli sauce. He just seemed really rude and uninterested in working there. Looked like he could be the owner's son? However, the zinger burger I had was probably one of the best Zinger burgers I've ever had in my life. The place is pricey but that burger was 10 times better than KFC or any other chicken shop I've ever been to. You guys just need to train your staff to be more courteous and respectful to your customers. A lot of other reviews highlight how rude the employees are. It's really putting me off revisiting again.

Absolutely shocking customer service and support. I went in to buy cheesy chips & a garlic mayonnaise dip. It was £1.99. I said to the bloke behind the counter "cheers, gimme a sec buddy I'm just transferring the amount over to my current account so I can use my card". He took my mates order and then very rudely said "oi!", whistled at me like I were a dog and said, "can you pay?!?". I replied "woah, you don't need to whistle at me. Chill out mate I told you I was transferring the amount over to my card". When I did this a couple of moments later and popped my card in his machine, I noticed the machine stated it was £2.00 rather than £1.99. Now, one penny does not make a difference in my life, it's just the fact that I knew it was £1.99, so I questioned the price. He turns round and rudely replies "yeah the 1p is for wasting my time". When I complained to the other employees they said "yeah, he has a bad temper all the time", but didn't give me any indication that they would discipline or investigate the matter further. How many people does he do this to I wonder? And a staff that don't handle any complaints seriously is also worrying, that's a horrible environment. I shall not be going there again.

They charge you service charge which the know they can't. Burger was soggy too.

When we went in all the staff where staying around doing nothing. Myself and 3 other separate customers that had come to collect food arrived roughly at the same time and they had not started with ANY orders. There was a long wait which was fine. I then saw the staff drop food on the floor, pick it up and then proceed to put it in containers to serve to customers. Finally after asking for NO SAUCE on all of our food. We received sauce on everything which was ridiculously spicy and not what we asked for. BAD experience. DO NOT use this shop unless you througherly specifify what you want, enjoy bad service and want to watch that the staff handle food correctly.

It took over 1hr 30mins for the food to arrive, dispite calling twice to check on progress. Food was then being delivered by a person who refused to bring the food to the house because its was too dark. Food was cold and needed reheating. Attempted to speak with the manager, he never returned my call. Staff were generally rude and useless. Avoid and save yourself the money!

Jake Groet here, I would like to exclaim the most pleasurable experience in this Nando's restaurant. I ordered the Lemon and Herb spice level and it was bloody fuming. Honestly this could be considered the best Starbucks in Chesham. The staff are lovely and frequently offer a quality service ;) Jake Groet out.

Absolutely awful place. I asked for a fillet burger with cheese and salad. I got a plain bun with chicken and that's it. The chicken was unbelievably spicy and I cannot eat spice... Yet they fail to point this out on their menu. Manager was extremely rude. Will never order from this awful place again. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

The food makes up for the awfully rude staff. A family owned place where they feel very comfortable being their rude, rowdy selves. Waiting time is also questionable.

Worst service ever. Guy didn't know what they was doing. Had to explain we wanted a meal about 4 times. I think they was either really high or really tired. No hair nets on and one guy was chewing in the kitchen! Had to ask twice for the recipt despite it being held by the behind the till. Amateurs.

Deliver takes 2 hours! Avoid unless you're preparing for your next meal.

Don't order from them they take nearly 2 hour to deliver and mess up your order then refuse to provide you with right order or refund.
