food nice but got the order slightly wrong this time usually never have any issues

App said food had been delivered after 50 minute wait but it hadn’t arrived I messaged on the app then got told it was running late.

Ordered a donner wrap amongst other things for delivery, food came within the hour. however the wrap was absolutely drenched in grease, it even puddled in the bag. called them up to see if they would rectify this and they put hung up on me when I explained what was wrong! avoid at all costs

I ordered online my total was £8:48 but they charged me £9

Still no food after an hour an a half

waited 3 hours every time I rang he said its on its way then the final time tried to blame me for the lost order

Nothing has come so why does it say delivered been waiting hours for it

places order and collect ourselves got home and order not correct

Pizza was upside down? Cheese stuck to the box so we had a pizza with no cheese. Kebabs upside down too? Wasn’t the best tonight

Would not recommend this takeaway, missing a portion of chips, food not very nice. Kebab meat undercooked, hardly any sauce or salad on the kebab, no pitta bread. Would not order from here again.

The workers in there they are too cheeky. They have bad customer service and I found a spider on my food. I don’t recommend eating there and I’ve seen a man clipping his nails in the sink. and they swear at customers and they have a very bad customer service.

beware I paid the driver then turned up saying I didn't pay him if I didn't pay him.. I even gave him a tip. I never not paid anything in my life. he said if I didn't pay he would sort me out

2 separate meals,carbonara and spaghetti siana both were really bland and tasted the same nice and creamy but so tasteless was really looking forward to the meals as we fancied something different, just disappointed with them had to put salt and pepper on them to give it some kind of taste was hoping for them to be sooo tasty that we could share them between us not a chance we didn't even finish our meals we both left more than half of them,really unsure about ordering again x

Delivery driver handed my partner a milkshake thinking that I’d ordered it but I hadn’t. We had a few sips not expecting the driver to come back for it but he did… We told him that we had been drinking it but he took it off us. we hope he binned it and not actually gave it to the person who ordered it

Below average food and after already being notified the food would be delayed 20 mins it was then another 30 minutes late on top of that. Cold food. Went in the bin

perfecto is an understatement,everytime we order from perfecto our food gets better and better,we have tried tons of pizza places but perfecto is always superior,I wouldn't us nobody else moving forward,take a bow son take a bow

Garlic sauce splattered all over the meal rather than in a small saucepan. Burnt garlic bread and salty mozzarella sticks .

Even though it’s 5/10 mins down the road the food came freezing cold so £21 down the drain as went straight in the bin won’t order from here again

My favourite takeaway, food is always nice, and delivery is normally early or dot on time.

No salad on the burgers just came plain, no red salt not even salt on chips. But the food is lovely and hot

Tastes really nice. Got the chicken and donner kebab and it was gorgeous. Popcorn chicken seemed like it was reheated but wasn’t too bad. Chips were just normal frozen chips. But no one goes to a pizza shop for chips so not really bothered😂 definitely recommend the kebab

I called when it was 20mins late & was assured it was on its way the 2nd time I called I was told they were waiting for a driver so I was blatantly lied to you can't treat customers this way I feel truly insulted it finally arrived 1hr later than original delivery time.

no onion on my wrap chips had no red salt on my order is mostly always wrong

Won't be ordering from here ever again I asked for plenty of sauce and they put the the smallest amount might as well not put any on it was that small of an amount absolute joke if they didn't have the sauce to put on I would of preferred them to cancel my order not happy at all

everything came cold. monster kebab had bones in it. chicken was wobbly. volcano pizza wasn't even spicy. I normally love this pizza place was very disappointed this time.

Never order this store again, one of pizza were delivered wrong, rang up and explained. They would take another order to be delivered. Nothing has happened. I’ll never order this takeaway at all. Really appalled with this service

as im writing this 2 hours into the order being placed there is still no sign of the food. rang the restaurant twice to be met with an arrogant 'its on its way' and then a 'its been delivered' terrible. stay away

Food was terrible. Would not recommend. They forgot to give me an item and my burger was extremely plain.

The cheese pizza weren’t cooked at all and was inedible and the garlic bed had not been cooked properly atall either and when it came it was just absolutely soaked in grease had to be thrown out

Pizzas were very bland and warm not hot. Chips were very soggy as if they had been microwaved a few times. Capri sun drink was missing from kids meal. Nuggets also soggy in texture.

Gone horrible here. Used to be lovely with normal waiting times. Order once a month sometimes twice in the last 3 orders we've waited 2 hours then ended up getting a loft to go and collect, next time showing as delivered after 2 hours from ordering and and hour and a half later than expected delivery time. Last time 2hrs 25 mins after ordering called to see how long and he said "oh erm we'll start it now" I ordered at 20 past 5 and this was 25 to 8 with 2 kids meals on an order on a weeknight. Clearly the kids are not far off going to bed so didn't want the food. Fella absolutely flipped like a crank he's vile. Absolute horrors!

Not the first time we have ordered from Perfecto and definitely won't be the last!! The food is always roasting hot, delivered fast and really tasty....definitely our go to burger/kebab place. Delivery drivers are always really friendly as well :) 100% would recommend
