Tastes really nice. Got the chicken and donner kebab and it was gorgeous. Popcorn chicken seemed like it was reheated but wasn’t too bad. Chips were just normal frozen chips. But no one goes to a pizza shop for chips so not really bothered😂 definitely recommend the kebab

I called when it was 20mins late & was assured it was on its way the 2nd time I called I was told they were waiting for a driver so I was blatantly lied to you can't treat customers this way I feel truly insulted it finally arrived 1hr later than original delivery time.

Won't be ordering from here ever again I asked for plenty of sauce and they put the the smallest amount might as well not put any on it was that small of an amount absolute joke if they didn't have the sauce to put on I would of preferred them to cancel my order not happy at all

everything came cold. monster kebab had bones in it. chicken was wobbly. volcano pizza wasn't even spicy. I normally love this pizza place was very disappointed this time.

Never order this store again, one of pizza were delivered wrong, rang up and explained. They would take another order to be delivered. Nothing has happened. I’ll never order this takeaway at all. Really appalled with this service

as im writing this 2 hours into the order being placed there is still no sign of the food. rang the restaurant twice to be met with an arrogant 'its on its way' and then a 'its been delivered' terrible. stay away

Food was terrible. Would not recommend. They forgot to give me an item and my burger was extremely plain.

The cheese pizza weren’t cooked at all and was inedible and the garlic bed had not been cooked properly atall either and when it came it was just absolutely soaked in grease had to be thrown out

Pizzas were very bland and warm not hot. Chips were very soggy as if they had been microwaved a few times. Capri sun drink was missing from kids meal. Nuggets also soggy in texture.

Gone horrible here. Used to be lovely with normal waiting times. Order once a month sometimes twice in the last 3 orders we've waited 2 hours then ended up getting a loft to go and collect, next time showing as delivered after 2 hours from ordering and and hour and a half later than expected delivery time. Last time 2hrs 25 mins after ordering called to see how long and he said "oh erm we'll start it now" I ordered at 20 past 5 and this was 25 to 8 with 2 kids meals on an order on a weeknight. Clearly the kids are not far off going to bed so didn't want the food. Fella absolutely flipped like a crank he's vile. Absolute horrors!

Not the first time we have ordered from Perfecto and definitely won't be the last!! The food is always roasting hot, delivered fast and really tasty....definitely our go to burger/kebab place. Delivery drivers are always really friendly as well :) 100% would recommend

Ordered at 7.34pm. Got an update to say it had been delivered at 8.40pm, but it hadn't. Called several times for an update and every time was told "we're cooking it right now, it'll be with you next". They said this at 8.55pm and when we called again at 9.55pm they said the exact same thing "it's in now and will be delivered in 5 minutes". Called again at 10.20pm to be told that it's already on its way (I'm a 3 minute drive away - even more infuriating once we realised). Finally arrived at 10.25pm.

3 hours delivery time, told 3 time was on its way and 25mins between each call and still never came on time at all. Food was nice but cold and kids niggets was missing from order but its 10.30 and kids have fell akip anyway without food

Order was 1hr 15min late !!.. called 3 times each time to be told it was out for delivery - order eventually arrived after waiting 2hrs and 15mins from the original order time - we have been here so many times and foods always been great - but lately the delivery times are just awful- I won’t be ordering from here ever again !

Food over 1 hour late! Rang to speak to someone as just eat app said it had been delivered and some very pleasant man kept putting the phone down. once food arrived after the driver tried to deliver it to a neighbour it was all either freezing cold or lukewarm just to add to the complete mess of an establishment short black hairs were also found in the food and nope no one in this house has a hair even close to that colour makes me sick how places like this are in business

Kids meal Chicken strips were big an the chips were lovely! Shared it between two little ones. But kids portion would be enough for an older child. I didn’t like the chicken in the kebab. Garlic bread was good. Reasonably priced for most things. Delivery was quicker than expected.

Lamb absolutely beautiful. Pizza a big disaster I know my cheese’s this definitely was not mozzarella, I have to be honest & wouldn’t order a pizza again. Lamb kebab yes definitely order again hands down if yesterday is the bar set!

No cheese or onion on the chicken/Donner meal. Late delivery. Food was great as usual

The food was due to arrive at 11:35 - it arrived at 00:20. The chips were clearly left in the bag for a long period of time, sweating oil all over the place. One pizza was cold. The coke was packed with chips, so was warm, thus needed to be put in the fridge, rather than enjoyed as part of the meal.

It was good but the chips were a bit dry
