Food was fantastic! It was cooked well and nice and warm when it arrived. Everything was delicious! Delivery driver was very friendly too.

Ordered from Uber eats 30th July, usually food is really good, this time it was awful. Ordered large cod that looked like it had been left out all day, have since had food poisoning, so must have been off. We won’t be ordering from here again.

Food was swimming with grease. So much so it actually leaked out of 4 wrappers. Fish was dry too. Sorry won’t be ordering from here again.

fish batter a little soggy and asked for battered chips but got normal, however the rest was very nice and arrived with a polite driver and it was hot.

ive used this chippy for several years and its been my favourite, was always hot & on time or early and good value. has it changed hands? this is the third order that has been late, and luke warm, the pies were dried out like they have been sat on hot plate for ages (one had blackened bits, so burnt). will be going somewhere else from now on.

Stopped off on the way home. Absolutely spotless inside very friendly easy to read and understand menu. Great choice of food perfect portion sizes for prices. I had mixed meat and chips all perfectly cooked best chips I've had in while very tasty kebab meats were also very tasty and not greasy. This place is definitely worth a visit the food and service is 5 STAR 🌟

I wish so much i could take pictures and post how bad the food that has arrived is because i feel words just will not cut it. The chips were so bad that they couldn't be eaten, cold, rock hard, dark brown twigs, (not golden) and considering it was a large fish and chips (with battered mushrooms) half of the chips were missing. The fish was a soggy mess and glued to the wrapping from the oil mountains of oil it was covered in. I cant stress how disappointed i am ! this is the four time we've ordered from the chip shop and bad food has arrived. We keep making excuse saying maybe it was because it was busy, maybe it was because it was the end of the day but know im running out of excuse and patience from disappointment. This WAS THE BEST CHIPPY ive ever ordered from now, i'll never order from it again because for the money your paying you just dont know what your going to be getting. disgusting!

Chicken too greasy and chips not as fresh as when I ordered before

Food is always lovely, unfortunately on this occasion it was cold on delivery and had to be warmed up.

The chicken ordered was still pink in the middle I had to put in the airfryer and cook for another 15 mins to get it to 75'.

The food was hot but the lettuce on the burger was brown ! We stopped ordering tomato on the burger because it was always rotten but now the lettuce you really need to sort this out !

I ordered twice by mistake and so called "Perfect Place" to cancel the 2nd order and explained what had happened. I spoke to man twice each time he reassured me only 1 order was going through so not to worry. After finishing meal which was good a 2nd order arrived. I called again and got no reply. Called off drivers phone & call then answered. Said 2nd order arrived and he still said only 1 order gone through on my name. Delivery driver was lovely. But I miffed charged twice. Won't use again!

Mixed review this one ordered mixed meat meat and chips for my partner and it was perfect meat and chips spot on. Come to mine which was just a medium chips and terrible went straight in the bin almost as if the two items had come from different shops very disappointed normally everything is top notch from here.

Nearly 3 hours to deliver. The shop was ket down by just eat drivers. Shame for them to get the negative feedback as it clearly wasn't their fault.

Both kebabs the meat was so hard and dry! Really wasn’t good The scallop was just batter no potato! And the cone of chip ok they was cheap but there was hardly any chips in the cone only thing that was ok was the picked egg

First time ordering from here. Sadly, the fish and chips were far too greasy for my liking. Couldn't finish the meal.

Thought the sauce came as a separate dip not on the food, onion rings were cold, other than that food was lovely, nice fish and chips and a decent portion.

chips were hard and chewy and didn't taste nice at all and had to wait awhile for it to be delivered, which is a shame as this is a great chippy.

The delivery time kept being extended, had to call the restaurant and then when the food finally arrived over an hour after first ordered the driver went the other side of town before coming here (saw on the maps) and the food was then cold when he got here. Foods usually nice but obviously coming cold and taking so long isn’t great.

Very quick delivery but really wasn't very good, I'm a foodie aka fatf*ck and I fancied a kebab and burger, the burger was standard chippy burger, very boring, the chips were the greasiest weirdly double fried type chips I've ever had, never ever had chips like that before and the kebab was "wet" very moist and greasy, not a good experience, didn't even eat 1/3rd. They have good reviews, so maybe this order was a one off, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt; just not sure if I want to order again.

I asked for a Donner Kebab, ended up with Donner meats, and chips. They said that's was the way a Donner Kebab is served.

Ordered through Uber. So much oil on the chips, America have just invaded and declared war on my food. You have gone right down. Used to be nice food. Not anymore. Chips are undercooked which is surprising considering the amount of oil. The oil needs changing can taste it is clearly old oil and needs replacing ASAP. Its vile to say the least. Just glad i have two dogs that aint fussy eaters. Chicken coating was sloppy took one bite. Againt disgusting. You need shutting down. Shocking. You are gonna give somebody food poisoning. Environmental needs to vist.

Ordered a large portion of fish at £7.50 the portion sent was nowhere near the size of large. Usually very good portion sizes.

Horrible chippy, the batterd sausage is the worse I've ever had, looked like it's been sat there for a long time, the chips are very greasy, won't order again in the bin it went

I had chips and gravy. Absolutely delicious. The best I have had in Kidderminster. Chips 9.5/10. The gravy 9/10 will be back again.
