Ordered double chicken strips, only 1 came. ordered 2x coke, diet coke came. The chicken situation happened previously due to they transfer JE receipt to their system but don't take notice of the word double. Phoned, apologised, was offered the replacement next time, no compensation such as a bottle of pop or anything... Just giving what I had paid for next time. very disappointed as this is the second time it happened. It put me off ordering and thought I'd try again after a while wish I didnt

Fantastic delivery was earlier than predicted and the food was excellent delicious and hot will definitely be ordering from there again soon

Really disappointed tonight with what used to be our favourite pizza place. The jumbo chicken wrap was pathetic for £6.99, it only had two chicken strips on, no lettuce and was missing the cheese I paid for. There were hardly any fries in the wrap box and as a whole the fries and pizza were soggy. Probably won't bother returning again.

I've always ordered from you but today ordered ham pineapple extra large not much cheese did not taste nice at all ham pineapple was burnt and had a funny taste throwed in the bin after first piece driver was going next door I called him said it's number 12 not 10

Ordered pepperoni as an extra on my pizza and when it came it had no pepperoni on it.

I specifically asked for overcooked topping of pepperoni and plenty of sauce and deep pan, option,, options of classic crust deep pan and thin crust offered I received thin crust dry as anything no sauce at all if anything the tinyest amount I'm not happy with this order at all never will 9rder again n wasted my voucher on this

Normally really enjoy your pizzas but this order was not to your normal standard. I ordered extra cheese and didn’t get it. Pizzas seemed over cooked.

Only get the deals otherwise the individual prices are too expensive! Food is fresh and taste lovely, worth a try 🍕

We asked for 2 garlic and herb dip and one sweet chilli and we got 3 garlic and herb dip. We also asked for classic crust on both pizzas and received thin crust for both pizzas.

Food is lovely as always only giving it a 3 star though as I didn't get everything I ordered and didn't get a refund for the item missing

First time ordering. My other half usually saves some of his pizza for the following day however he said it was so tasty he couldn't resist and ate the lot! Will definitely be back, absolutely delicious.

The pizza was great tasting and really good value. Delivery took nearly an hour and half and arrived just after it’s revised estimated slot.

My first order i ever mad3 was late, but the food was okay, so I ordered again. This time, it was 30 minutes late, and the food was lukewarm. I ordered the big one and had items missing from my order. My 2nd side was missing along with the garlic pizza. I somehow ended up with a bottle of pop, though. I chose not to call up asking for the food missing out of fear it would be spat in or something. So I won't be ordering again. I do not recommend this place.

Cheese pizza wasn’t cut when I had it

Hardly any topping on very bland, expensive for what it was.

Never before had an issue with delivery but this was not great. Resulting in cold, soggy food none of us enjoyed

I ordered thin crust as an experiment. I'm not exaggerating when I say, it is a completely different taste. It is flavoursome, juicy and all around better. It must be because there is less dough to stodge it up. Unbelievable taste. Fantastic.

Does the sarcasm come for free from the delivery driver or is it included in the delivery charge? I answered the door in no time, but I was confronted with the delivery man sarcastically asking me 'did you not hear me knocking?' 1. Delivery is NOT free 2. Customer service costs nothing, but get it wrong and you lose customers 3. I wont be using this place again

one pizza was ok,but the second one was burnt around the edges ,we never even touched the cheese garlic bread because it was burnt

Amazing. Nice and hot food. Milkshake was very nice. Had the chicken wrap, Mozzarella sticks and garlic bread. Made a change from ordering pizza.

The cheese and garlic bread pizza I ordered came as a margarita pizza was happy. Not something we wanted.

When we first ordered from here a few months ago the pizza was lovely. However our past two orders have been bad, greasy and tastes awful. The potato wedges and onion rings were not cooked properly. The pizza had no tomato sauce on so it was just cheese and bread. Won’t be ordering from here in the future.

2 xl pizzas cooked perfect garlic breads perfect cooked and chicken breasts really nice definitely use again

Delicious pizzas as always but the last couple of times I’ve ordered dips and they have been put into the actual pizza boxes and both times the dips have exploded in the boxes. Can you not put the dips separate to stop this from happening.

Other than I didn’t receive my drink the food was amazing and it got here early too!

Tasted really nice and arrived hot! Arrived about 5-10 after the time I choose due to an error on the receipt but was sorted straight away. Restaurant even called after the delivery to ensure I received my order. Overall positive experience! Would recommend!

The food was tasteless. I was surprised by how much cheese was on the pizzas but the pizzas had no taste of cheese. Very disappointing. On the plus side it was very quick to be delivered

Spent over £30 here, both pizza’s hardly had any cheese on it, wedges were still hard (frozen). Waited an hour, rang the company lady offered to send a new one, declined the offer due to the longer wait required. Offered to show image of the pizza, lady said they need to collect it to see the proof. Not ordering from here again, go to Pizza Hut or a big brand.

First time ordering, was amazing, great food great service, so we have ordered again this evening! Fingers crossed its just as good.
