Perfect Pizza in Brighton and Hove

I really don't understand the negative reviews for this place. It's such a good deal for a large pizza. I always get the Pepperoni with extra cheese and it's tasty (more like American style than Italians style). I always collect and the man working there is friendly. When everywhere else in Brighton has managed to put their prices up a huge amount this place hasn't.

Would highly recommend the owner getting new staff, front of house is rude and has no interest in serving you. Honestly such a horrible guy, won’t be back.

Pizza base not fresh ready made hardly any cheese and not much toppings and completely cold £16 should have cost £5

the cheese crust was revolting. hard to describe the texture. like a fluffy paste. shame I used to eat these a lot years ago

peperoni delux isn't really delux. not enough peperoni and mushroom on it. specially when i ordered the largest size of pizza. i felt scammed.

While the food arrived hot, the lettuce in the burger was clearly going off and the chicken looked a little sus, chips and garlic bread were OK and filled a hole I suppose

Expensive for what you get, pizza was mediocre. There are loads of other pizza places in brighton that make better pizzas for less money.

The food was very moist and the chips were fried in an old oil which had smells and the chicken strips were just nuggets. Very disappointed. Not ordering again

Chips were so hot they melted the polystyrene box and ended up tasting like plastic, they were also quite hard.

The non pizza items tasted very chemically like I could taste the bleach and cleaning products they used

Always remember my allergy requests even when I forget to tell them each time. Food is always hot and quick to arrive. Driver is lovely and the guy who answers the phone in the shop is a top bloke. Super polite and great customer service. Great food too.

Great experience with delivery

The food arrived on time but the pizza was stone cold by the time it had arrived, chicken was wet and mozzarella sticks were over cooked and cold on arrival.

This was not our first choice, but two other eateries were either closed or we couldn't park. First visit for two of us. Not busy, but food brought to the table efficiently and quickly. Pies excellent and loved the sweet potato chips. Chicken Risotto tasty. Desserts reasonably priced and excellent.

Went for dinner this evening & really nice atmosphere & good menu to choose from. We opted for the bacon & Chicken salad & Venison pie.......... Although have to say the salad had a bit too much dressing on & the pie crust was so hard literally that it could not be cut into. Also just as a pointer the coffee is great but served up in too large a cup ( I mean big) which made it quite difficult to drink & pick up.... I am thinking of perhaps less able people who would have no chance in doing so without spilling it . Having said the above the staff were amazing & so friendly & were quite happy to compliment us the coffee or our desserts when pointed out a few hiccups............ Will be returning as did like the setting, the warm welcome & will try something else from the menu next time.

This place delivered my food to the wrong place and don’t want to give me the food or the money back I called them they were very rude telling me to never call again I’ll never get food from this place horrible

Driver was lovely service was on time but food quality was very poor. No Base sauce really poor amount of cheese topping. They really need to work on their produce. Best Pizza I’ve had lately around this neck of the woods is Italian@home . You actually get Bay sauce and proper cheese covering your toppings rather than just toppings. Terrible

Very Upset and angry with this company. I woke for a domiciliary care company and have been informed that this company has been scamming one of our vulnerable clients out of money each time they have delivered to them. Their own delivery driver was seen charging 80 pounds for a medium pizza and a bottle of pop to our service user. This was witnessed by a health professional and when confronted about the price they simply stated that this is what they always do to them and he refused to give back the money, or provide a receipt. I personally wouldn't be using a restaurant that cannot trust their drivers with handling customer moneys and exploiting their customers only because they are dimmed to be seen as different. Do not use.

Curly fries were disgusting, oil soaked and soggy. Pizza was ultra bland and the base was weird and cakelike. Garlic bread was a soggy mess too.

Soggy curly fries. Inedible. Bland pizza. Never again.

Pizza & banoffie pie always great tasting

They used to use better cheese. Also the description said ground beef then it was this weird congealed rectangular shaped beef. Blech. A grocery store pizza is the same level or better. Dough was kinda underdone too.

would give zero stars if i could. the staff were incredibly rude to every customer i saw them serve including myself. the food was also below mediocre and overpriced for the quality. i would recommend this place if you like rude staff and bad quality food.

The pizza arrived cold as the driver was over an hour late, he couldn’t find the address and had to meet in the street (every other driver has found the address with no problems), then physically assaulted me when I complained it was late and I didn’t want to give him rounded up change as a tip. The driver was incompetent, had very poor English and was crazy.

Don’t go here. The chef is very aggressive and confrontational. It’s as if he doesn’t want people to eat his food (which was nothing to write home about). A very sad man.

Terrible service. Ordered online and went to pickup only to be told that the website orders don’t send through - and in the tone of his voice it was like the guy working there was blaming us for this??? Didn’t even offer to make us our pizzas right there & then so we walked straight back out and won’t be returning again. Judging by some of the other reviews it was definitely the right thing to do!

Great customer service and very tasty pizza.

Placed an order online and was sent a confirmation email which gave an estimated delivery time 45 mins later. Nearly an hour and a half after we made the order, we called the store only to be told they hadn't even received our order. We have hungry children who were excited for a pizza takeaway treat! They did not offer to rectify the problem so we have taken our custom elsewhere....AVOID.

Have been my favourite pizza takeaway for a long time. I'm shocked by some of the negative reviews! Pizza is always made fresh and is spot on. I think the bad reviews could be because of competing businesses in the area? Either way the food is still great and I would recommend.

Lovely pizza and gorgeous cheesecake

Paid for quite a few extra toppings hoping it would be loaded up nicely and it was a pathetic showing. This tiny pizza turned up and it still had barely a sprinkling of toppings. I paid 20 quid for a tiny pizza, and 9 quid of it was for extra toppings that were not even added. Bit of a rip off and was rather disappointed. Kind of to be expected for a 2am pizza I suppose

Appalling quality. Wasn't expecting an artisanal pizza, just something nice. Pizza base was very poor quality, cheese was very poor quality, and there were hardly any toppings. The chicken was even worse -completely inedible. Parts of it were black it was so burnt. Genuinely surprising how poor this was.

Food was of a very poor quality… the entire order was binned as it was inedible and there was not much interest taken regarding the quality of the food when I called to let the restaurant know.

Very late arrival of my order and nothing in what was supposed to be a stuffed crust. In fact, the pizza bread itself, was most definitely cheap, factory made. Proper pizza base should be proper stretched dough etc. 1/10

I need to say that the restaurant said the food was on its way 20 mins before it arrived… pizza was damp and quite cold when it arrived unfortunately because I think it would have been quite nice if it had been hot

This pizza really is delicious. I recommend the Perfect Vegetarian. Also I got complimentary sauces which were very nice. The Coke I ordered arrived cold, not lukewarm, which is sometimes the case when ordering food delivery, so that was fabulous. The delivery was super quick - half the time I expected - and the man who delivered the food was nice. I had no issues with Perfect Pizza, so the next pizza I order will definitely be from them, again.

So I just ordered from this place…the pizza is amazing I got a small, garlic bread and some ice cream. However, the service was awful he was annoyed because I didn’t go pick it up and called me lazy. He arrived and I didn’t know, called me up yelled down the phone to me I went downstairs to see that he was yelling at my housemate who was just getting in, while the guy had his windows up in the car. Which was so unnecessary he called me lazy said that he has delivered to my area lots of times this week and said they are lazy as well. I understand it was probably annoying that I or my neighbours didn’t go pick up the pizza however we all work and are tired that’s why people order food. It is unfortunate because the food is delicious but the service no, it was unacceptable very rude if you say you deliver then you deliver shouldn’t matter where it is I paid for it and I even tipped on the Uber app so now I regret doing that.

Pizza was nice however it tasted much like a £2 pizza I could get in a supermarket just a lot more greasy, didn’t have much of a homemade feel about it. The chilli cheese bites were okay but very stodgy. All in all an okay meal can imagine it’s a good one after a night out!!

God awful, unprofessional service with poor customer care. Placed a telephone order for a few items and the chap totalled my order. I decided to pay over the phone via debit card. Not only had the chap written down my card details when I read them out, he then insisted that the payment had been declined and that they could not deliver any food — even though I had a notification from my bank saying money had been sent to them! Overall dreadful scam and the police have been notified. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The bad reviews against this business are of no surprise to me whatsoever.

Called for a pizza and within 5 minutes of taking order they took a payment and denied receiving the money. Except the money had been taken out my bank and decided they weren't going to send food and hanged up. Avoid at all Costs

I have been ordering from prefect pizza for a few years now.. never failed to deliver the same quality pizza every time I order. Thank you to all the team of prefect pizza.. highly recommended

Great food delivered with a smile.

The pizza was surprisingly good and the delivery time was really quick, but very disappointed because I stated on my order for the driver to call me and not to ring the doorbell as it was late. The driver ignored my request and rang the doorbell. Although I really enjoyed the food, next time when I order late, I will have to find a place that actually follows the instructions on the order.

We had 18 inch large pizza, I think the dough was not fresh and it was left from the other day.we all got sick. Cmon! people not asking you to give them free food they pay money and expect it to be good. Avoid it at all cost.

Food was okay. Unpleasant experience with the delivery driver who was complaining that I had asked to be called when outside (large building, making it easier for the delivery driver if I met them). Laid into me for not putting my contact number in delivery instructions, when actually the just eat system gives them a customer call feature that doesn't require them obtaining my number. Will not order from here again dude to the poor customer service.
