Greasy, horrible and unclean are the three words that come to mind when thinking of this place. Unless you wish to miss work on Monday do not visit.

Food arrived 2min after the 75min deadline, the chips were cold the chicken was cold and the 1/2 pound burger had a slight fishy taste. The driver did not appear to have a warmer bag for the food. Will pass next time for some other provider what a let down

Terrible food, burgers were soggy and poorly made. Chicken was also wet and had no taste, the chips tasted like a Chinese which was strange as it's a chicken shop... Order was 30minutes late and the driver was snappy and rude. Overall it was a waste of money, have used this place a few times and each time got worse never again.

Both Chicken and chips were disgusting and tasteless. Half an hour early and inconvenient. Ordered 10 piece family meal which included 6 tiny legs and small breasts. I have seen more meat on a budgie. Exceptionally poor quality.

It took ages to come, and was ice cold. I couldn't eat it. Normally my fav place to go.

No problem with delivery other than the fact we had to pay extra for delivery. (Though, we did get free cheese on our chips on request.) Food tasted like it was made out of cardboard. The cheesy chips were in a paper bag which stuck everything together was impossible to eat without eating paper. The burger was the most dissapointing part, the salad which i didn't request wasnt fresh, the burger meat was tasteless, dry and pale. I completely regretted ordering from here due to the pure fact it wasn't worth my time or money. Service, can't complain... but the food needs changing.

Was really yummy as usual, my go-to place, almost like KFC but not if you get me. The chips are yum, always hot and on time! Never been late, super friendly when they come to the door.

As a chef myself i would not send that to and customer, placing the order through just eat was the only part of the meal that was palatable I sent the order across through just eat at 6:18pm we finally recived our meal at 20:00pm, the food was cold and rubbery, the cucumber was the wormest part of the meal the excuse i got when i phoned them was " its on its way and should be with you shortly" the driver said " i couldnt find the house" i was very disapointed with the whole meal and would NOT

DONT ORDER - I can't comment on how the food was as it hasn't turned up yet. Only ordered it an hour and a half ago! U called up 15 minutes ago and they assured me its on the way...... If you want fast food, look elsewhere. Long!!!!!!

Whilst the food did turn up hot, the chicken was undercooked and the kebab looked like it had been re-heated. That and a violent bout of diarrhea has made sure I will not order from "Perfect" Fried Chicken again!

Excellent service, food was really nice. Had a problem with order, but shop sorted it ASAP. Very happy, easy to use. Will use again. :)

The meal was a bit cold when arrived. It could have a better standard of delivery and presentation. The fries were not fresh and the chicken leg a bit raw. The next day of the meal I had stomachache. I wouldn't order again. Please, review the service and Sorry because of the coments, considering the small amount of paid money the employers are submitted..

not BAD not brilliant. chips were kinda soggy chicken was ok. somehow i don´t get the feeling they are using the best chicken they can find. looks like it´s cooked before hand. for the money you pay it´s not really worth it. had it a few times and well it´s not the worst place but it´s the only place for chicken nearby. They DO give to your moneys worth on baked beans and they aren´t bad at all.

I was extremely disappointed with this meal and although I have used the Frimley branch before and had a very good experience the Aldershot branch on the website was appalling. Firstly they said they had not received the order and I had to contact Just Eat. Then it said there was an hour delivery time when every other take-away I have ordered in the past was max 40 mins. Then to top it all off it did not arrive for an hour and 40mins and when it did arrive it was stone cold and i can´t get my money back. If I hadn´t already paid for it I would have refused to pay and sent it back.

i ordered chips, burger, chicken and some dessert. the chips and the burger were soggy, its the only way to discribe it, and the chicken was hardly edible they might as well have been southen fried chicken bones, there was no meat on them at all, which is saying something when chicken is advertised in the shop name. the only good thing was the apple pie and bottle of coke which is the only thing i have ended up eating. Never ordering again.

Delivery was over 2 hours. I had to call to chase the delivery then food turns up cold delivery guy tells me it´s not his problem he is only a driver. After refusing to take the food they then knock again and offer it to me at a reduced price. Would like to to say this is a 1 off but it has happened in the past and I thought it was a 1 off Very dissatisfied

I placed an order at 7pm. Received an email to say that the food would be delivered at 8pm, however, the delivery didn´t arrive until 83m from a driver who may as well have thrown it at me with how quickly he wanted to get away. When I opened my food, the chips were soggy and cold, and the rest of the food was cold and horrible. Thrown in the bin. When calling the restaurant the phone was constantly engaged. Money wasted, and for what I tried, taste buds disgusted!! Will not be ordering from here EVER again.

The meal arrived 35 minutes late, it was cold. The chicken was dry on the inside and greasy on the outside. The chips were cold and powdery. No way will I order from this restaurant again.

Disappointed!! Food arrived luke warm and from ordering to reciept was 1hour 25 mins for a burger! Doner kebab and chips!!!!! The food was ok and if it had been a much shorter delivery time and hot then I would use again but because it wasn´t I won´t.

My favourite take-away on Just-Eat. Good food, decent delivery time and exceptional service (friendly drivers epecially) I always order from here and really recommend it. The only downside is the quality of the food is random. Sometimes its great, sometimes it ok. Bit annoying but it´s mostly good.

my food arrived cold so i phoned to complan they swapped over my order n i was informed its fast food if u want it hot u have to collect it wont order from there again as ive never had decent food from there

This order was just a whole load of fried chicken to beef up (no pun intended) the food for a party. The order was placed in advance because I was ultra busy and trying to be organised. but they brought it straight away so I had to keep it hot - not very convenient, as I was preparing loads of food for a party and had no space in the oven. Again, the boxes were soggy and wet from being enclosed in plastic bags, but the chicken was delivered piping hot and was delicious. Sorry about the low mark for service quys, but people specify delivery times for a reason, and you really need to take notice of this.

Delivery time was right on the button, and all the drinks arrived lovely and cold. There was one item missing, and chips were soggy and all the boxes wet and falling apart/ because they put everything inside 2 sealed plastic bags - d´oh! Hence the low score for service. Spag Bol meal was described as "Chicken, Spaghetti ... etc - but was missing the chicken, also there was loads of Spag :) and hardly any Bol :( - this meal was for me and that is just how I like it, but there was too little Bol even for me. However, what Bol there was, was gorgeous, very spicy and nice, and to be honest they couldn´t have fitted any more into the container without ditching some of the Spag so I can understand their dilemma! Half pounder burger meal got the thumbs up, in spite of the chips being so soggy from being "enplasticated" and I have to say it looked good. And having purloined a piece of chicken from someone else´s meal, I can say the chicken was absolutely deeeee-li-shush!

You get exactly what you thought you´d get. Shame about the delivery time, although I am possibly on the boundary of their reach.

Great quality food and amazing value, the only thing I would say is the bottle of drink and sauces were in the same bag as the hot food so they also got very hot.

It took 1 hr and 10 minutes to arrive, (2 Kebabs and chips) was absolutely freezing, asked for garlic sauce on one and mayo on the other. Got sachets of ketchup - YUK! Even the tango cans were covered in grease and smelt!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
