Cheap price for average standard food and got many deals .

Bog standard McDonalds, sometimes the food is nice and tasty, sometimes it's cold and chewy. Depends on your luck.

Cold food, was bearly warm. Chips were bland, the burger had no salad in just cheese and bland.

To be quite frank, i have seen and experienced both sides of the macdonalds spectrum of customer service. On the one hand. the food is “taking the biscuit”. One souce reports to have had a big mac half in-half out of the box. To my dismay, they have even called it a little mac?!! If i am being brutally honest, this is disgraceful and unacceptable as expressed in the policy on the website. I was even more appalled when i tracked down this reviewer and discovered they had recieved no compensation for this cruel incident. I found out from them that they had their shoelaces tied together and their hoodie drawstring tied around their wrists as handcuffs. They report to have been chucked in the deep freezer, before being fried at 375 Fahrenheit for 8 minutes. They then report they were chucked on a tray and made into a wrap of the day!! After all of this, the manager locked the door to trap all witnesses, before making them brush their teeth with the toilet brush in the disabled restroom!! However, moving quite swiftly to the other side of the soectrum, the service was infathomable! Chefs in the kitchen seem to have cooked the reviewer to a perfect golden brown! And no, this is NOT racist as he was of non-caucasian descent. It surprised me the most that they found enough lettuce and a big enough wrap because in the nicest way possible, he took up more than just the table. In terms of the hygiene of the eating areas, the workers work as hard as oompa loompas, if not even harder. willy wonka would definitely steal these minions for his chocolate factory if you get what i mean😉. However, die to thwir physical features, anything above the 5 foot mark remains unclean as they sinply cannot reach. Luckily noone except a very suave and thorough critique such as myself would notice, as most customers would just look at their greasy, run of the mill “little macs” be hand crafted, and maybe even spat in. However I, the critique always pay attention to what the people deserve to hear. In a previous review i discussed my warewolf tendencies in ikea. This loaction is lucky it is right by a police station, whoose workers are very diligent and disciplined, otherwise if i came and was served a little mac and half a stinking mcflurry, i would report the chef who made my burger until the ceased to work there. Then the police would really need to be called, put it that way. Overall, apart from the year 8 chavs, weed smoking junkies, and the occasional drug dealer, the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. However it may just be warm as the BO from all the workers radiate in the un-air conditioned restaurant floor. Hope to come back and review again! All the best.

People vaping inside no plugs working staff had 0 idea what we were saying alarm was going off for about 10 minutes and phone repeatedly went of no staff answered it

Should have ordered a Delivery. I stopped in for a quick cheese burger on 4 Jul 24. Great Value but it took almost 15 minutes for my order to be called. The reason... Waves and waves of delivery guys all getting their food deliveries straight away bagged up and sealed whilst I could see my burger getting cold. When I did get it, it was in fact cold and a bit miserable. Had a word with the manager about putting customers before deliveries but it felt like it fell on deaf ears. Don't bother coming in, order in.

Good service. Shrada is a very good customer service assistant who is first to approach you. She attends to delivery drivers as quick as possible . Very professional with a smile.

If you don’t want to talk or like others reviews are saying not welcoming with a smile. It is fine for me. But the chips were soggy and not cooked properly cause it usually crispy. It also gave me tummy ache . I had McDonald for a long time and was so excited. But you put me off. I will not recommend to go to this MacDonald and I’m never coming to yours even someone give me a money. I don’t put my health in a risk . Disgusted

You take the absolute biscuit. I ask for medium chips one time and you give small . This time I ask for large chips and you give medium. Chicken selects are half the size they were a month ago . Stop ripping people off

It looks like any fast food, it is a very busy place, especially during peak hours, sometimes it looks very, very saturated, a little dirty but that is because of the influx of people. The staff's attention was very good and the food was generally good at moderate prices. We have not had any problems on the visits we have made. It is in a very good location, the bathrooms upstairs, with a more periodic need to clean since they take on an unpleasant smell due to continuous use.

It's usually a bustling spot, and the food consistently meets expectations. However, when it comes to the staff, there's a mixed bag. Some are friendly and greet customers warmly, while others seem indifferent and don't even offer a smile

Nice clean toilets!! I only went in for the toilet. Couldn't stay for food or i would have missed my bus back to Aldershot, but I do like McDonald's for a Fillet of Fish in a bun & fries.

It's a McD. Surprising how costly the burgers are nowadays! And they are still shrinking! Makes others good value for money.

I only went for tea on a really cold day, never for food. A large tea is more than half the price at a coffee shop and it's PG!!

Ordered using machine, no receipts loaded so I had to remember the order number. watched the screen and after a couple of minutes it said ready to collect. 5 minutes later it was ready. I was upset that staff were marking meals as ready to collect when they weren't, presumably to make it look like they're fulfilling orders much faster than they actually are.

My burger was in my bag I ordered a Big mac and it was actually a little mac because half of it was in the bag as i’ve shown in the picture. ONLY IN ALDERSHOT

Ordered through the Mcdonalds app. Delivery was quick however the main part of the order was missing. Called the branch with the order number to get our missing items and the person who answered was useless - no matter how many ways we tried to spell out the order number they couldn't understand us and refused to find our order because we we're getting frustrated. Then tried to go online to find out about a refund and Mcdonalds have conveniently partnered with Uber Eats and in their 'help' section have literally said to call Uber with issues!! Ridiculous!!

We just had are Big Mac meal delivered and it was absolutely stone cold no cheese on one of them won’t be ordering again from here absolutely a waste of money

At first they forgot part of our order then the Chips were limp cold and very under cooked and the full fat coke was drowned in water I’ve never not finished a macdonlds but through the fries and coke in the bin !

Don't eat here my and my girlfriend got sweet chilli wrap few hrs later started vomiting still sick right now as I'm typing this never going here again disgusting

I waited 30 minutes for my food. My fries were soggy and very salty. And they forgot my wrap, I am very disappointed. Don’t recommend 😡😡

The staff seem to wonder round or aimlessly stare at you, as if they have no clue what they're meant to be doing. Unusually slow service when the store is quiet and there's always something missing. Food is often dry/has been sat out for ages. There's little communication and never any apology. The bins are often overflowing and litter across the floor. Avoid if possible.

Phone was constantly ringing, fire alarm blaring for 10 mins straight. Requested workers to turn plugs on multiple times and was ignored. Tables and even the toilet was still dirty from the previous day

I appreciate it may be a one off, but Burgers shouldn't be pink, never had an issue before but I will not be revisiting this branch money is too tigh for the risk of placing my lunch in the bin

Limited menu options. Surpringly no McSpicy !! French fries were not cooked enough and too salty. Definitely not a pleasant experience. Self ordering kiosk had printing issues. It didnt print the token and didnt show the tocken number again. Luvkily it wasnt crowded and only 2 customers at that time, so I didnt miss my order. Imagine this happened on a crowded time !

As a Uber eats rider this store staff are very rude told me to f off and get a real job then tells Uber I was the rude one no mater what I’m not going to pick up from this store again till I get a apology from the member off staff and the fake thumbs down back if u had a bad day don’t take it out on the public customers or drivers I’ve spoken to mark who owns this store hope to here the apology soon

Nipped in on my lunch break for a single cheeseburger thinking it'd be the fastest and easiest thing to get. Then ended up waiting for up to 15 mins while the staff rushed to try and get the bigger orders out first despite mine being ready and clearly visible from where I stood. By the time they gave me the burger it was stone cold but I didn't have the time to ask for a new one because I needed to go back to work. For efficiencies sake, please hand out the one item orders as soon as they're ready.

Our delivery was stone cold and disgusting. We ordered sauces that we didn't get. This particular restaurant is one of the worst I've ever eaten at.

Awful knowledge of whereabouts of flats.. And don’t seem to be bothered about being ‘ corrected’. (Learning) Knocks on door - - don’t wait This flat has (not one)( but 2) disabled occupants so you must make allowances.. If your boss would like to make a reconnaissance.. ( site visit)!to finally bring this to a close…. We spent £100 just after Christmas ,, on 5 new “ bright signs. … to attempt to stop this happening.. Perhaps your distribution manager could come , learn, & solve problem.. It’s either that or we find a different supplier.. Who’s flat was the 10:15 delivery for.. So I can apologize

Food was good as any normal mcdonalds. But when I phoned up previously to ask a question about opening times, I got spoken to rudely and she was not happy with my question. I was polite but she wasn't happy when she picked up the phone. Maybe a situation before my phone call but just didn't expect the way she spoke to me rudely.

Awful food. I tried one of the nuggets and they were undercooked. I once ordered McDonalds, never came. I called Uber Eats. Them, being the selfish retards they are, never did anything. Overall terrible McDonalds. I do not recommend you go there if you're looking for decent food.

Went with a 2 year old but there was a lot of swearing and obscene conversations happening very loudly.

This is our local mc Donald’s and still EVERY TIME we go there , there is always a mistake . They forget something or give us the wrong thing . They forgot fries a whole happy meal when we could see it was in front of her.

Rude bloke on the speaker when ordering, just assumed I knew where the 'bays' were to wait for the meal. Not impressed, and p***ed me off to be honest.

Disgraceful, deliverys come first apparently, not the walk in customer, I waited 20 minutes for a double sausage mc muffin, I thought it was a fast food restaurant, should of gone to burger king.

So incredibly slow. The people working here work like they’re going in reverse. They don’t even have a drive through and they’re this slow. Ridiculous. Worst McDonald’s ever.

Just got home excited to enjoy my McDonald’s with the family. They forgot the sauces for the 20 nuggets and cheese bites, missing items and waited 12 mins for the food... why so bad always at this branch..

What has happened to this branch. Mine was the only order being prepared and I live 2 minutes away. Everything was stone cold, the 2 burgers and fries I ate as I was hungry, but couldn't believe they were cold. Even the apple pie was cold and we all know how hot that filling gets. Very disappointed indeed!!

A long, long wait to be served even though there were not alot of customers and had to wait almost as long to get my order. More resourceful staff needed!

So far, I have not experienced any issues with the quality of the food, nor the service at this restaurant. At quiet times, cleanliness is still kept to a good standard. The walls of the upstairs area are in a graffiti style that was controversial at the time amongst the older generation, but personally, I find it more in keeping with the demographic of those who tend to hang out in that area anyway.

When I went to the counter to order the lady there didn't understand a word of what I was saying. I plainly ordered a salad and the lady did not know what a salad was nor did she know the menu. She said to me that McDonald's do big Macs and cheeseburgers but did not say about salads. I then pointed out that I would like just a chicken salad, to which she offered me the wrap of the day. This is not what I wanted I wanted a said. It took 2 staff members just to place my order for a said. Never will I be eating salad from McDonald's again

Fast service using the machines to order, friendly staff, restaurant was clean. All good here.

This is the Ultimate McDonald's branch. No ifs, no buts. I have always found it cleans and tidy and the service to be efficient and fast without my burger being scrapply put together. Perfect when I need a burger at lunch and even better after I hit the town and I need something I can rely on. This is my go to, best fast food place on the street.

Ok, so this is a McDonald's. But as we all know there are McDonald's and there are McDonald's. Well this one is a great McDonald's. Always very busy but I find this one is always very tidy. Okay you my have to wait when it's really busy but not too long, eh? I believe the boys and girls working here are a credit. I think this place provides great value for money. You may not agree but I imagine if that's the case, you are proberly running your own successful, well run business and not some selfish, self centred, spoilt brat who wants their dinner right now........ I think I'm saying in the great scheme of things we all need to get a little bit of perspective, this is a McDonald's.

Staff could be more friendly. The worst thing about this restaurant is the size. It's tiny and when you have two adults and two kids and a pram you will quickly discover there is no places to sit. And yes you can go upstairs via the the stairs but you if you have a pram because they don't have a lift. Disappointing considering the amount of young families there are these days and this been located in the centre of town you would of thought a lift would of been installed year's ago.

Very good service in a very clean outlet. The double cheeseburger and quarter pounder , both with chips, proved to be extremely good value when purchased in conjunction with a coupon.

Was my daughter's idea to get a bite, it's all changed since last I've been, I ... Now you have touch screen ,order yourself...and sitting areas are unwelcome tight & couldn't wait to get out of there! Claustrophobic! Gave 2 stars just for the Apple pie! Not going in anymore.
