Was an hour late despite it being 2am, passive aggressive caller when i was just asking for an update, stone cold food, chips were incredibly rubbery, burger was soggy and couldn’t even taste the meat. Delivery driver was great but he has no relations to the restaurant

I used to love kebabish. I do not know if staff changed or management, but it is the worst place in Aldershot now. I have ordered a meal 3 pm., right after opening. They delivered soggy, cold chips. Reheated meat, dry and burned with ton of oil. I actually measured that on the bottom of my box was 121 grams of liquid fat. It was the most disgusting meal i have ever had. Burger ?! What kind of burger is served without any salad and sauce. They literally delivered a cold bun with over cooked meat inside, nothing else. Every single not brainded and careless human being would contact a customer and ask if that is what they want. But no, Kebabish in Aldershot does not care. It is a disgrace and You should be ashame of Yourself for selling such overpriced crap to people. Never, ever again. Please do Yourself a favour and order somewhere else. Kebabish - You lost a good customer and with attitude like this You will lose all of them. One year ago your average rating was around 4.5, now it barely reaches 2.4 on all websites I have checked. It shows that not only myself think about You in this way. EDIT : months later kebabish still does not care at all about what we think and did not even try to say sorry and resolve any situation. Well done folks. Keep serving disgusting food

DO NOT ORDER! This is my 2nd go at this place and never again. I specifically requested salad with kebab as it didn’t have any first time. This was ignored. Kebab meat and soggy bread and the chips are cold. Total waste of money

Deadest munch of my life. Came home from work and thought i’d treat myself to a lamb kebab, and i am not happy. my food was about 30 minutes late and upon finally arriving i open my kebab only to be greeted with lamb and naan bread (quite literally) no sauce no salad no nothing?! seriously? quality was extremely satisfactory as well to be honest. don’t recommend :/

I ordered a couple of burgers and wings I did not get my wings then I called the restaurant. He was busy. You keep showing me busy and then he was too late so I left it then I called the next morning. The owner didn’t believe me and then he said he’s going to get the wings next time when I ordered. I really didn’t expect that he was very rude and arrogant this is not the way you treat a customer I am not going to go there again and I would recommend everyone not to go there. This is pathetic.

Holy ... how do you call yourself a Kebab shop is beyond me. Its an insult to the real kebab restaurants. I have paid £15 to receive plain meat and pitta ?! No salad, sauce or anything and you call that Kebab ? You should be ashamed of your self! This country's food service is worse than a third-world country street food. If you don't want to provide service for your paying customers then close shop and go get a job at Lidl!

Terrible service multiple times with this takeaway. Insanely long wait times (if your order ever arrives). Cold food and incorrect orders with awful customer service. Would recommend to stay away. Pretty sure my number got blocked after 4 calls to the restaurant to locate the food.

Ordered this an hour before midnight and waited for an hour for it to arrive, when it came the cheesy chips were soggy and not nice at all and with the kebab was just disgusting and the bread was soggy and absolutely mank, what ever you do do not buy from this place.

Asked for 2 large mixed donner kebabs , Told me I couldn’t have pitta as too late to closings, then gave me a stone cold lamb donner.

This place is a scam in the name of takeaway. I ordered at midnight and the rider took more than hour to come. I called the rider and he said he is in petrol station and will take another 15 mins to arrive. After 1hr and 15 he came with only naan and chicken. No salad no sauce. The most laziest and scammer. I ve seen others review also and they had similar experience. I know this restaurant wont take any complaints seriously so god pls get these scammers and let them face their karma soon. I wish they also get double scammed by other and be in loss.

Ordered at 12:10 ish at night. Me and my partner waited two hours for our food to get here. They waited til they were going to close until the food actually got here. The food is sub par at best. It's edible but that's about it. The largest kebab had very little meat in it, no cheese (requested) and the sauce was all over the roof. The chips were soggy and the cheese was plasticy. The The chicken in the largest kebab had veins in it. Lovely. Not satisfied won't be ordering from there again. It's a shame because the churros were really great just wish there was better service.

Horrific customer service. Ordered at around 11pm, still no food at 12.15. Has been "on the way" for an hour and still has not arrived. Even says delivered on Just Eat, but has yet to make an appearance. They refuse to answer the phone too. Who knows how they can actually run a business like this. Address checked multiple time too to make sure it was correctly written and it is. Do not order from here if you actually want food Update: it is now the next day and the food is still to arrive, i dont think its coming

Absolutely do not order here. They don’t even know how to read your order properly when you order from just eat. Not only that they messes up everything not got one single order right. And everytime we call them the landline Is “currently busy” they are the worst to go to for a reliable meal.

Absolutely disgusting food and customer service. We ordered at half 10 and I called up at half 11 ask where the food is and the man said it’s on its way, it didn’t come until 12. It came and it was freezing cold and I was told I’m lying it was on a hot plate which it wasn’t. They didn’t give me salad and I opened my food and had a hair on it. I requested and refund they told me I couldn’t so I said I would post them on social media and they then started giving abuse. I advise you to go on a course for customer service. They finished the call with I don’t care how I treat customers, so he will be having a lovely visit 👍🏻

If I could give this a minus score I would. the kebab itself was dry and just awful. The order was incorrect and I didnt get a mixed kebab as asked ans paid for, and there was NO sauce on them at all, despite as Kong for extra sauce. we paid 50p each for an extra 4 small pots which was nowhere near sufficient for 1 kebab let alone 4. ordered large chips and got the smallest box. asked for chips on kebabs and received nan bread. wish I read the reviews first!

Well what can I say the whole experience was awful. Didn't open on time , the prices have gone up but it doesn't tell you this online or on the leaflets . They never had any oil so couldn't cook chips . Its a takeaway that doesn't have any oil. Got home and started to eat my food and it tastes days old . Never again will I go to this place yuk !

I dont normally write bad reviews about takeaways but I've not been pleased for quite some time with Kebabish. The first time they forgot item which I'd ordered, the second time my chips were burnt and looked like a small when I paid for an XL. But this time it was stone cold barely any chips,burnt kebab meat the chip lack there of were thick with oil and under cooked. Sorry to say worse meal I've ever seen even my dog wouldn't eat it and he'll eat anything . I'm so disappointed kebabish used to be so good. One more thing it was 30-60 mins late

When ordering the burgers at no point said they come with chips so we both ordered a separate portion of chips. Also any self respecting kebab place will also offer wraps!

No salad in chicken shish, there were no sauce, i added my own chilli sauce. Ordered large and doesn't even look large. The chicken is very dried and bland. Chips were way to dried. 1st time ordered and will be my last time. I would not even feed this to a dog. Went straight in bin. Not recommended!!! Disgusted with the standard of their food.

Took 3 hours for delivery. Driver wanted us to pay more cos he had no change. Food was cold and stale like it had been kept warm for hours. Couldnt get hold of anybody at kebabish. Really bad. Sorry to say it, but has to be said.

This is the second time I have ordered from this place, and the food hasn’t arrived for the second time. We ordered within service hours and we are left hungry again. If you wanna pay money to not get food this is the perfect place for that.

the last two times i ordered, the money came out of my account but they never delivered. thankfully the money was returned a few days later, but they never contacted me about the delivery.

Huge kebab arrived earlier than expected, excellent definitely using again.

Food was vile. XL Mixed kebab and the chicken was all gristle and the lamb was stale and sickly. The garlic mushrooms were nice though

I have ordered twice now from kebabish and both times the food has come Early still sizzling. The chicken shish with garlic sauce is delicelous and the bread they use is different from what everyone else uses and is also fantastic. I won't be going elsewhere from now on.

Ordered food, said delivery in one hour. Hour and a half later we phone to be told it's on its way. 2 hours and 15 minutes later we are still waiting. Disgusting! Kabab meat was litterally like rubber, Chicken Nuggets plastic with a texture of playdoh. Order was cold, chilli sauce was gross, never again.

Food arrived 20 minutes early, still piping hot. We had 2 large kebabs, nuggets, chicken strips, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, large chips, garlic bread, fudge cake slice and ice cream. Food was delicious and well worth the money, can't fault them. Large portions too.

I was going to order from them then my phone went dead, they had my landline number within two minutes they rang me back. I told them I didn't want to order anything, then I got a load of verbal abuse, really wanted to go round and punch the b**sterd. Looking at the reviews I can see why so low rated.

I order 2 kebabs that got delivered at midnight, the Donner meat was dry and tastless and had a hair in the chicken meat was the same, neither myself nor my partner could eat the food, rung for refund and refused because I didn't ring as soon as food was delivered! I highly recommend you do not order from here!

Would of given a 5* review for the food had it not of been for the appauling customer service from the man i spoke to and took my order on the phone. He was very rude and short with me, I couldn't of been more polite but still he had a snappy attitude. Took a while to answer the phone, i was actually about to hang up thinking you were closed. I spoke to the delivery driver who was very polite and friendly and said he would speak to the manager. Such a shame that taking my order went like this as again the food was very tasty and plenty of it. I would suggest you have a review on your costumer service and perhaps employ friendlier staff as this has lost you a 5* review and I'm not the only one who has complained regarding this.

Rubbish! Chips were soggy and undercooked. Asked for mayo on one and nothing on the other they put loads of mayo on one and some on the other one! Charged me a extra pound for asking them to mix the two kebabs which is clearly not worth 20p let alone 1 quid! Service on phone was slobby and unprofessional. I asked for the delivery driver to call me when outside as I had family asleep, instead he knocked as hard he could. Never again! Not sure what the kebab tasted like as I hate mayo so didn’t try it...

Food arrived cold except for the chicken strips. Kebab and chips barely warm. Corn on the cob not fresh and cooked from frozen. I asked a staff member and he confirmed yes the corn is from frozen. No butter....dry as the Sahara desert. Best used as a weapon. As for Ali who works there he has no clue about good customer service. He's lost the passion to deliver good honest food with great taste. The customer comes first always. His response was " I can't help you ". Nice one Ali your service is first class. Ordered late lunch for my helpers as I couldn't cook due to moving house. Over an hour for delivery then to receive soggy chips for starters and both mix chicken and lamb donners were bone dry and the chicken was Orange! we couldn't eat it. When I called to complain I was told their "supplier delivers bad stocks sometimes"🤔😡 I won't go into details about my reply to that! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE! ROTTEN THIEVES

Although noting bad reviews previously, last night this was the only kebab shop open so I thought.."it can't be that bad?!?" . I Ordered a medium chicken shish kebab with garlic sauce and salad. Received a doner kebab with burger sauce. And a bit of lettuce and tomato in a sperate box. I didn't eat it. Cheesy chips were cold and a solid rock. Burger was plain, no sauce or cheese. To say we were disappointed was an understatement. Big shame!

Very disgusted in delivery the man was banging on our door with 2 babies asleep. Putting his middle finger up at me because i asked him to stop banging on my door as i put rubbish in the bin and he chased me back in the house.

Just received my order just before 3am and paid £2.99 for a bottle of Dr.Pepper which we didn't receive. My boyfriend answered the door and didn't know what was in the order so by the time I got to it it was obviously too late. However this should not have been the case in the first place. For a student £3 is a lot of money for some soft drink. Couldn't be bothered to chase after it as you shut at 3 anyway. But please take more care and consideration when delivering. I've effectively just given you £3 for nothing.
