Perfect Fried Chicken in Ipswich

Always fresh fried chicken and chips. I really enjoy it when im in ipswich. Good price too.

Mate you knly have 5 year old photos on your google profile, you are not available on any juat eat or deliveroo or anything, the menu option on google does not have a single price on any item. Do i have to travel to you to see your prices? What kind of stupid way of running a business is this for gods sake put a picture of a up to date menu taken from your bloody mobile phone and upload it onto google it will take you 2 mins, if you cannot even do that much then god knows what to expect from your food? Their is 10000 shops to choose from what is this man.

Lunch of 2 pieces Chicken & Fries or a 1/4 lb, is only £2.99, Rice also available, these guys are the best, food is lovely, eat in or takeout

Very bad behaviour from the staff, very rude and no time management. Very aggressive and agitated behaviour. Poor customer service.The staff who works today from 4-5pm and the guy who was NOT wearing specs

At 4pm-5pm today the staff who worked was very rude behaviour , he was telling lies as well ,poor customer service, the guy was very agitated and aggressive behaviour towards customer, the waiting time was more than 45 minutes . The staff without wearing specs had treated us like this, very disappointed and unsatisfied

Why are you not online on Deliveroo??

Chicken wings were 100% fried twice. They were far darker than usual, tasted burnt, bland and overcooked. I bit one and threw the rest away. Ketchup squirted straight in to a paper bag, I don’t know where that genius idea came from. I’ve ordered from here before so I know what to expect. Always something goes wrong. And has been getting worse over the years. The service is terrible, the food is worse. Don’t bother complaining as no one will care or do anything about it, “customer service” and “quality” are both foreign words in PFC. If there was a way of rating less than 1 star, I would. Save your money and eat elsewhere

For the first time we had to put a bad review as like the others have said in the reviews the chips were absolutely disgusting soggy not eatable🤢 the burger I got had lettuce that stunk the whole burger out plus both of the meals were very cold so unfortunately for the first time ever we have had a bad experience with PFC which is a shame but I have requested a refund as we didn’t finish our meals🤢🤢

Arrived on time. But tasted off, few hours later it made a reappearance... not good. Won't eat here again. Avoid

The chips were cold and soggy . The chicken strips were mediocre at best nicely seasoned however the coating was just falling off the chicken strips , the chicken pieces and the wings were cooked and seasoned well. The ETA kept being changed as a result half the order cold

The food is horrendous! I ordered a strip meal with chips and even that was wrong! Sent rice instead which is vile. Will not order again

I've never ordered takeaway but regularly stop in for lunch (sometime between 11 and 1) and eat in. The food tastes great, chilli sauce is spicy, place is clean, menu varied (piri piri, burgers, rice etc). Not sure what more i need from a fried chicken shop

Poor timing on delivery from this place. Ordered at 1pm and it stated 30/45mins delivery got pushed back. Turned up 1 hour 40 mins late.

Checking burger test was really bad didn’t like chicken burger at all. And from the just eat website said 15 to 30 mints but the delivery was nearly 1 hours and 45 mints . The delivery lady was really polite but the problems was in the kitchen the food was take it over one hour to be ready wasn’t delivery fault .

Best place to get food from. If you want great tasting food with little wait, then order from here. Customer service is 100% better than any other place. Ordered here multiple times and i can guarantee the constant service here. This is my new go to from now on. They even left a nice note on the side :)

Bad service, ended up walking out after 30 minutes of waiting. This was due to chicken needed cooking but was given an old batch because people after us wanted fresh chicken. Poor service.

I hated this place the customers and workers are so rude I wanted to order food but all of the workers friends got the food first when I got home I started crying as the workers and customers laughed at me when I was paying, terrible place and rubbish food. Do not recommend

Staff are rude and charge for sauce and most times the sauce is mixed heavy with vinegar so is vile. Would avoid as they like to short change you..

tried to finesse me twice in one order first doesn’t give me my full change and then forgets to give me everything i ordered very rude staff tried arguing with me saying i didn’t order anything else and then got embarrassed when simple maths was brought in and then he started to make the rest of my order proceeds to say “happens all the time” that explains why it’s a shi*hole

This place has improved lots and come here often. Fillet burger are good size now and value for money and filling.

I have been to this shop many times, I like their chicken steak burger. There are good lunch time deals. Wraps are good but it's too salty or no salt at all sometimes. You don't get some menu items even it's on the list. Otherwise it's alright.

Lives up to its name. fantastic well seasoned and breaded chicken, can tell boss man is a veteran in the trade! Highly recommend.

Great place for chicken really nice

Great food at cheaper prices however avoid being served by a short afghan man as he constantly lies regarding not having certain items and is rude to most customers I’ve seen.

Chicken served was fresh, hot and tasty, also peri peri chicken and rice deal is good.
