Amazing, plentiful stock. Delicious cakes and pastries and bread. Such a shame that it has closed down.

The worse company I’ve ever worked for. Never cared about their employees at all, not even a bottle of wine for Xmas. I’m glad they are closed now. They didn’t deserve to be successful... karma guys!

Percy Ingle charges way over the odds for sandwiches that are bland, tasteless and they are often very dry.

Para una cadena, son bastante buenos. No son quisquillosos ni pretenciosos y tienen productos horneados básicos muy buenos. No esperes demasiado y estarás bien. Nuestro local es Hoxton, donde todo es siempre genial. Hemos encontrado que los puntos de venta de las autopistas no son tan consistentes, pero preferiría los productos recién horneados que los alimentos que han estado allí por un tiempo. Mientras.

Yes, the Complaint really has ended up ‘stuck on the shelf’... no BUN intended! I did get a well intentioned call but then haven’t heard for weeks... since it was to be raised at a meeting. I’ve bought at Ingles for years, don’t want to stop BUT The freshness and actually the quality has declined for my last good few visits and I don’t want to see yet another local trade disappear. Is one star harsh? Actually on this occasion and the past 4 visits, no.

I was in a hurry, needed something quick to eat. I got to percy ingle and bought a roll with something that was meant to be seafood. In fact there were a few crabsticks, something that was meant to be mayonnaise and soggy slices of tomato and lettuce. I got it as a take away and had it on the way out. I felt nauseous afterwards, the food was certainly not fresh It was absolutely awful!!!

A vast display of baked goods, and a willingness to accommodate extra fillings for our buns. Freshly baked and well priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.

A bakery for every appetite. They have varieties of breads which are fresh and tasty. Cakes and ,pastries are amazing. Ginger bread is lovely.

This is a great local baker with a wonderful selection of breads, including a delicious low GI multiseed cob.

I went in search of real baked goods and was not disappointed by the cakes, pastries, and doughnuts I found and purchased to satisfy my sweet tooth

The sausage rolls are amazing, and so are the small doughnuts they sell. Chrisp Street isn't the most attractive tourist destination, but I must say...it's very East London and shows the mix of cultures that London has to offer.

Always get bread or some cakes from this bakery and never had a problem. Always good quality and price would recommend.
