What a gem of a place. We had a take away and the food was so delicious. A lovely owner, and we cannot recommend enough. We will definitely come and sit in and try the cocktails next time

I was ravenous as we had taken a while to arrive and then find a parking space. I said to my hubby: I need food! We walked into the town centre, through a sort of an arch and there straight ahead, was PB. A brief glance at the displayed menu in front of eatery and we stepped into a small, cosy, friendly and unpretentious space. Good choice of foods. We ordered. First the drinks arrived and soon after, the food. Steaming subtly spiced rice cooked to perfection. My 3 tacos had a healthy balance of flavours. Hubby's cheesy enchiladas with jalapenos were divine, his words. Quantity was just right. We were both stuffed. We had a nice farewell chat and left. All in all I left feeling contented. That's saying a lot as I cooked Indian street food for 11 years and am known to be rather 'picky'. Well done, Perqueno Burro. Thanks.

Really nice little place, cosy. The service and food was amazing, I had a toasted pulled pork burrito and it was very nice. Lots of flavours and really good price considering the portion size. The photo isn’t too great but I stopped mid eating to write this review, so it was too late to get a good one!

Excellent food and service. Had cheese garlic bread and stuffed jalapeños for starters which were both great. We both had burritos for main. I had spicy chicken and my hubby had pulled pork. Both were packed full and extremely tasty. Great vfm and would def go back next time we visit. Lovely lady who owns it who we met earlier while walking our dogs

I went several times to Pequeno Burro and I enjoyed every time its Mexican food. I'm Mexican and I was totally amazed to go there and feel my self near to my own country or almost there eating its food and drinks at this nice-looking restaurant after my English lessons in Shrewsbury.

The food here is so amazing, the burritos are honestly 10 out of 10. The restaurant seating isn’t great though & is cramped with only 2 small plastic garden tables & chairs. I love quirky places that show history & liked the little key safes on the wall but the random dusty lamp in the corner & the toilets with food bags piled up next to the sink seemed a bit careless. The lady cooking the food wasn’t very welcoming. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day the first time but we’ve been twice & it was the same sort of attitude both times. The most recent time I tried to Smile a few times at her & she just glared back. After we ordered she shouted at the staff member “come on then what do they want”- she could see we were still stood right there & said it loud enough so we could hear. Quite bizarre. Can’t fault her cooking though. Front of house staff very friendly & bubbly. I think the place is set up to maybe be more of a take away/delivery but the food is so good to just take away. In my opinion the food belongs in a bigger restaurant with Mexican music & sombreros. Being the only Mexican in Shrewsbury it would do so well. 🤗♥️

Great small restaurant with an interesting lunch menu. The food is described fined for sharing and 2 or 3 plates are recommended. I had Danish frikkedellar, my husband had pork belly. Both beautifully presented small lunch portions. The coffee was good, the service unobtrusive and the views from the outside terrace are also good. Not fast food, but stunnngly good food. Also. A good stop for coffee and cake, or Fika.

Tonight Tim brought us the Pork special in breadcrumbs with veg, a bacon and mushroom risotto ,bolognaise and piquant prawn starters with a delicious creamy rice pudding for afters. All were hot and delicious. What a treat to have a home delivery and be able to enjoy food without the washing up.Highly recommended if you live in or near Ludlow. Thanks to Chef Nick, the lovely Deborah and of course, Tim.

Ambers Pizza Co was one of the top recommendations for places to eat in Oswestry by our B&B host Michael at Nant Gloyw. The pizza's were superb, reasonably priced and the service quick and friendly. As well as traditional toppings they also had some unusual, but delicious alternatives. I had a Moroccan lamb merguez pizza, which had tomato, mozzarella, spiced lamb mince, red onions, fresh coriander, yoghurt with mint and pomegranate seeds. As well as pizza they had a range of other dishes which looked tempting, including some delicious sounding desserts.

Met up with friends for lunch and was not disappointed. The cafe was clean, and comfortable with a lovely cosy atmosphere. Food was delicious, and loads of vegan/vegetarian choices. A feast for both mouth and eyes! Would highly recommend to anyone.
