Nice food but slow service 30min wait.

Disappointed and Frustrated I ordered the chicken pitta and Nashville tenders, and honestly, I’m very disappointed. The pitta cold and soggy, mainly due to the wet lettuce. It completely fell apart after one bite. The chicken inside was thin, lacked flavor, and the cheese wasn’t even melted—clearly because the whole thing was cold. As for the Nashville tenders, they were a letdown too. They were coated with an unappetizing, unpleasant-tasting powder that seemed to be just thrown on without any care. Overall, this meal was incredibly underwhelming. I expected much better.

Ordered for collection chicken fillets in the burgers were warm like they had stood for a while. All the food tasted great but not hot (other than wings). I picked up the order on time and live 3 min drive away.

2 hours waiting for food tonight (14.3.025)!!! 3 phone calls later the food arrived... COLD!!! I went to the shop and demanded my money back, they didnt even seem bothered that they made me wait 2 hours for my order!! Tried to offer me free food rather than my money back! UTTER JOKERS!!! Got my money back and went to KFC opposite... got my order within 5 minutes and it was really nice. Would I use peppers again? ERRR NO!!!

Update. Just had the beef king and it was very small for the price. Other than that still ok but more reluctant to visit as value has disappeared, unfortunately.....Nice friendly staff. Good beef burger and fries. Will definitely be a regular customer.

Best food options all over the long bridge area

My poor review is for one particular male staff member that spoke to me like a piece of dirt tonight. Food is alright but due to that confrontation and the shops apparent attitude towards disabled people, I won’t be eating here again.

Ordered half chicken. Service was good. Chicken was cooked okay and tasted great! Was served on paper plates which I thought was odd and there was no where to wash hands or use wipes after having half chicken tissue is just not enough.

food was ordered at 6pm and on the way at 18:20. after several phonecalls, many staff members telling us different things, food was delivered at 20:05. First phone call said it was 10 minutes away, 2nd call said driver had already delivered, 3rd call said it hadn't even left yet. 4th said it was being remade. 5th said it hadn't left yet turned up 3 seconds later. we always order from here with no problem but now will avoid. refused even a partial refund even though they agreed to on the phone.

Rip off, before with the chicken steak dinner you used to get a large box with 2 Chicken breasts, Chips and Salad. Now a tiny box with a few chips and naff all salad? False advertising! This place has turned into an expensive joke and I hope that people will start going here less and stop giving them their hard earned money for weak food!

Fast food store on Longbridge High Street with a few tables inside. Served as soon as we walked in the door, and we did not have to wait long. The meal was very good, plenty of it, and hot! Good value too.

Only 5 mins late but still took a full hour to deliver a single burger and fries. Paid for cheese fries, got regular fries. All cold.

Overall the food was good, the rice was a little stodgy, most in part because of the type of rice used. Chicken was nicely cooked, juicy, loads of chicken. The sauce was nice but way too much, made it very sickly after a while. Delivery was quick. Overall not the best but it was good enough

I ordered food today via takeaway. I asked for mild and it was too hot, and tbf I can take the spice. I rang up, the manager was amazing. Straight away a reorder and the food was as it should be. Food is delicious but the customer service was the most impressive thing and much appreciated. Thank you

Ordered from here, took over an hour to come. At first seemed okay, other than being room temp. But cut into a piece of chicken that was literally pink. for over £30 i expected more.

just received my order now, it's probably the drivers fault as most delivery drivers don't care for the quality of food and I normally have good food from this place, but it's arrive the burger looks like it's been manhandled and pushed together and it's that cold I'm shocked it dosnt have frost bite

Normally the most unreal food, but massively disappointed after tonight’s delivery. Food arrived 15 minutes late. Only part of our order to arrive hot was the chicken tenders, the rest was cold. The fries were undercooked, onion rings soggy. Best part of the meal was the sauces. Gutted.

No idea. Staff (3) too interested in talking to the previous clients who they had been fighting with on an earlier occasion. I waited five minutes and was ignored, nobody served me, so I left.

Visited here for the first time ordered a chicken wrap and asked for it to be well done gets home and it was a veggie wrap has to go back to the shop who refused to give a refund and said the manager wasn’t there what a loafs of lies do not recommend this place at all service is appalling as I work in hospitality myself and would never treat a guest like that after it was there mistake 😡please avoid

Food is consistently good from here however quite expensive for what you get. Also chicken wings are very small considering the price (£9.99 for 10 wings). Overall I would recommend if you are in the area however there are cheaper options which taste just as good in Kings Heath and Selly Oak areas.

Very rude staff over the phone , they messed up one burger with lettuce and mayo when my daughter is allergic to mayo they even called her and she stated no mayo and they still put mayo on it , they would not send another burger out , and to top it off it was raw in the middle won't be ordering from here again.

I left a note on Just Eat stating no onion as my son will not eat them, I also called the store to make sure they didn't put onion on. His burger had onion on and Just Eat are refusing to issue a refund for the burger that wasn't eaten, I had to go to the chippy and get him food.

1st time ordering from Peppers, it wont be the last, quick delivery and delicious food, that has to be some of the best Peri Peri chicken i have ever tasted, the lemon and herb sauce was amazing.

Very nice food had the peri peri panini lovely and they gave me a free dessert which was so kind and so good so I made sure to get them a box of celebrations overall love the place highly recommend them and they were very kind. If you go definitely get the peri peri panini medium trust me. 😊 Thank you kind worker who gave me the dessert hope you enjoy your celebration box 😊

My food arrived late, freezing cold and the chips weren't in packaging, also covered in glitter. Like they had been dropped and threw back into a bag. Really disgusting service and unedible food, even though it was freezing we didn't trust it enough to eat anyway. Never again.

Honestly, I've tried a lot of their food and it is frankly AMAZING. The loaded fries are incredible, the mega fillet burger is PACKED with chicken.. I can't fault them honestly.

I was probably their first customer of the day, so waited for my freshly cooked burger, it wasn't hot, and it seems to have been griddled and not grilled as the blackened marks were glazed .

I live a 5 minute drive away. The app told me it was on the way then delivered. I then got a message saying it had been delivered and it hadn’t. I phoned and they said that the driver was just leaving. Half an hour later it finally arrived

First of all they gave another customer my order and gave me the same burger as the other customer touched. I complained and they couldn’t give me a new burger even though I knew it was the same one.

Excellent communications and brilliant staff

Whilst they serve huge portions, my chicken wasn’t properly and showing pink meat so therefore I didn’t eat it and got a full refund. Can’t really fault the service, they were very attentive and polite.

Ate on site and was delighted at their quality. So I decided to order online for home delivery. First time was good so was happy to order the second time. This time the delivery arrived cold and chips as solid as ice cubes. For the price the food was mediocre.. Even my kids weren't happy with the quality. So will not order again.

Waited an hour and 10 mins for our food. Called them, they said they were waiting on the driver. I asked if you food would be cold as the order was so late, he assured me it would be hot. Everything arrived stone cold. The wrap was soggy and the chicken was stringy and gristly. My mrs said her chicken strips were dry and chewy. Wouldn't recommend.

Food arrived and everything was perfect and delicious except for a undercooked and slightly pink chicken burger. I called peppers and they responded immediately and re sent out my burger with fries and some free cheesy nachos. Burger was cooked to perfection second time round and the restaurant was extremely apologetic. 8/10 overall 😊

Some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever met in a fast food place and reasonably priced for the quality of food, they even let me come in and get some food after closing. The chicken is always tasty and juicy plus the Algerian sauce is great
