Pitta was rock hard, fries was hard, the dinner had no flavour. When you say salad you don’t expect cucumber. Chilli sauce was not chilli sauce at all only good thing about it was the pizza

charged 20p for a plastic bag for no reason....dont go here

Rang the first time the worker said it’ll be 20-25 mins rang quiet a bit after the worker said the driver is on the way then the app said it was delivered so I rang again and he said a couple more minutes.

Ordered £54 worth of food and still charged me £2.99 delivery food was fantastic as always thought they might not of charged delivery tho I’m a bit disappointed with them to be honest

Took over 2 hours and no delivery, everytime we called it was “on its way” yet we waited another half an hour and still no delivery. Tried telling us it had been delivered but it hadn’t. Very poor service! Everytime we order this happens with delivery. We asked for a refund but kept getting fobbed off making us wait longer for a delivery that never showed and we didn’t like the attitude of the staff.

Loved the garlic mushrooms with cheese from all that we ordered, delivered in stated time, all was as expected. Driver was polite and cheerful.

I order every weekend and the past few orders have all been wrong including tonight I will not be ordering anymore

Ordered at 7:55 arrived at 9:40 almost 2 hours for pizza and chips. Of course it wasn’t fresh when finally delivered. No apology for the delay. Will not be returning.

Best take away we’ve found. Food was delicious. Salad was lovely and fresh, Calzone was huge, & delivered on time. A* service from peppers grill

The food was cold and late because the driver had a puncture on the way … won’t be ordering from here again .. poor attitude when ringing to chase up my order .. it’s only £20 I spent with them .. absolute joke as is your app .. you never respond to people complaints Uber eats is my ordering app from now on !!!!

Food was ok, I think the over two hour waiting time disappointed us before the food arrived.

Really was not great, was cold when arrived and didn’t have much taste to it, was very little salad and sauce too. Only good thing was the chips

Taken payment twice with internet been down did it on line first and paid then had to do the order over phone and paid again it’s on my bank statement

I don't normally leave reviews but feel I need to. I am so impressed with how fast the food is delivered. I don't order a lot so the shop could be forgiven for delaying my order until they have more deliveries but they don't. I ordered at 8:55pm & by 9:10pm I'm sat eating fresh hot lovely food. Thankyou so much ☺️

The wait time was long, but it is a Friday night so I understand my triple pepperoni pizza was definitely not triple pepperoni. But other than that it was really good

I had a quite distressing conversation with the delivery driver who had tried to deliver 15 mins earlier. I did not expect the call given the timescales given. furthermore, I think a really good kebab has a balance of meat, salad and sauce. no evidence of any salad , apart from the selected chillis. no sauce!

Delivered to wrong building 20 minutes before app said it left shop. Driver did not attempt to follow instructions, very annoying.

There were to much lettuce and not many pieces off chicken and luckily I did not swallow the peice off plastic so I’m expecting a full refund because that could off got bad if a swallowed that

The food was really bad, chips were soggy and cold… they just left the food on my doorstep, didn’t ring or nock to say they were here. The ketchup on the chips did not taste like ketchup and overall everything was just off. I have orders there a couple of times and it’s never been bad untill now.

I am sorry to say I was very dissapointed with the kebab was quite spicy chicken and it didn't state anywhere it would be . It had very little garlic mayo on it . I would like to say it did come earlier than expected which is a positive.

Loads of meat, which was lovely, none of the sauces requested which ruined it. No garlic or chilli sauce, just some really awful sweet substance that ruined the meal.

Brilliant food. Ordered the lamb shish in naan bread and fries. You can see the food being cooked, which is great. Got to watch a bit of UFC on their TV whilst waiting, made the time fly

Food was nice as always I love this order! I always order it but it was due to come between 22.30-22.45 and it arrived at 22.00 I had to rush back from my friends house to get my order, which I had planned to leave to be home in time for the food being delivered

Chicken wraps were shocking I ordered 3 at £5.20 each. App wouldn’t give option to add salad so they arrived with barely any chicken and a thin streak of mayo. Very disappointing as they were also very late delivering. Safe to say they’ve lost my custom 👎

Food arrived ahead of time, probably about 15-20 mins. Was exactly as we'd ordered, hot and very fresh and tasty. Would definitely recommend these guys and will certainly order again.

Nice enjoyable food excellent value

Chicken tikka wrap nicely spiced and not bad quality chicken. Donna meat with chips good quality donner meat and nice hot crispy chips. Only a tiny bit of salad garnish though would have been good to have some shredded cabbage and more red onion. If you are in the mood for a calorie loaded takeaway it hits the spot.

I’m a trucker staying in the area overnight. Ordered food and it was delivered in less than thirty minutes. I got my address slightly wrong yet the delivery driver found me, he was very pleasant. The food is excellent, hot , very tasty and a really good portion size. Thank you guys it’s appreciated.

Haven't ordered from them for a couple of years due to missing and late delivery so thought we'd give them another try. Sadly nothing has changed. Ordered food at 5.45, delivered within 30mins, however salad box and garlic Mayo wasn't in the delivery. Called straight away and was told it would be here very soon, after several phone calls 2 hours later still not received. What annoys me is that we paid for this & stupidly gave a tip to the driver 😡

Ordered dinner for the family today a cheeseburger meal, garlic bread, chicken tikka on naan and a kobeda kebab on nan. Instead of a kobeda on naan I recieved seekh kebab on nan which tasted good but not what I ordered.

It's always easy to have a moan and they say bad news always travels faster than good when doing a review....tonight's mixed chicken 'n' donna ,chips red salt and garlic bread with cheese was delicious

Usually enjoy the food we order, but tonight was disappointing. Garlic bread with cheese, was just bread with cheese, no garlic had been anywhere near it. My spicy kebab, which was supposed to have onions and peppers on it, had 2 of the smallest pieces of pepper, and the onions on it were the salad onion I had requested. The Pepperoni pizza wasn't great either to be honest, husband thinks the order had been rushed, even though we ordered it at 6.50pm to be delivered at 8.10pm. I hope this is just a one off, bad experience.

food cold burnt or missing order spent a fortune here b4 moving as had no cooker..found if order after 6 food is much fresher ...at opening time food taste like its night before....

I love the chicken wraps here. Freshly made naans are to die for. Plenty to satisfy the hunger all night long. Friendly and quick service

Ordered food which i have done several times before with no issues.. got my food tonight and it was completely wrong I asked for no onions (as I'm allergic) as again I do everytime.. came with onions. Made a complaint through just eat which automatically gave me a refund on the item (and I could not eat it at all) to then get a phonecall from peppers grill basically calling me a liar and being very disrespectful and talking to me like i was something he just stepped in!!! Will NEVER order from here again 👍

Used to be great but now the prices have gone up and the but portions have got smaller
