Brigs Most Wanted in South Ribble

By the time it arrived the bun was very soggy and had to remove 80% of the bun to eat the burger. far to many chips half were actually on my burger. Very disappointed with this order today.

Ordered through just eat, after 2 hours we were told the food will be 25 mins, called again after 15 mins to be told it will be 5-10 mins driver on the way! 30 mins later the food came, sweaty and chips were stone cold, wasn't even edible, shocking service! Won't be ordering again!

the most delicious burger I have ever experienced & I am extremely fussy when it comes to chicken fillet burgers, 10 out of 10! my son also is fussy with pizza and he demolished his pepperoni pizza would highly recommend!

Great kebabs chicken shawarma with fresh Nan superb very nice . Great service and great staff.

Original delivery time was 19:30 and the food didn’t actually arrive till 20:10 approx 1:40 after order time.

ordered from here twice and it has been amazing both times. the food is top notch and always hot on arrival. honestly can't rate it enough

they put an offer on and didn't commit to the offer leaving us without food. no delivery.

We ordered the meal.It arrived in time,and it was as we wanted,no mistakes at all.The sweet and sour chicken is yummy,the chicken burger filled with real chicken breast,and the kebab standard good. Happy costumer,I say recommended place for a quick refill.

Well no idea how late it was but found it freezing cold on the door step an hour later than expected time! Food amazing as always but very annoyed that nobody bothered to knock or ring the doorbell.

Ordered food and after 2 hours no delivery. Contacted the shop for an update and they wouldn’t give me one. Currently awaiting a full refund from Just Eat. Disgusting service and appalling that I am left £20 out of pocket with no food and no communication.

brilliant take away. are new go to. good value as large portions. the Turkish sizzler kebab is the best! pizzas brilliant too. not had a single complaint and orderd a good few times now, definitely recommend 10:10

I’ve been a regular customer here for quite some time, but lately, every time I’ve placed an order, I’ve encountered a consistently rude and dismissive attitude, particularly from the larger woman with ginger hair. It feels like she has an attitude of “I can’t be bothered,” which is disappointing. If she’s not suited for customer interaction, perhaps a different role would be more appropriate. It’s disappointing because basic kindness and courtesy shouldn’t be difficult to provide. This experience has been a massive letdown.

I have order 2 supreme fillet burgers there was no sauce before placing the order I mansion all the details correctly Service is very poor ..........

Pizza is amazing and they always do everything you ask in the notes like sauce and red salt on certain things, my new fave takeaway 🥰

Ordered food at 735 it turned up at 930 chip were hard tasted like they had been reheated several times couldnt eat them, onions rings were soggy no crunch, just under £20 for chips i couldnt eat soggy onion rings the only half decent thing was the chicken and milkshake Overall very disappointed and will not be using them again

50 mins late, got told I’d get free food, nothing extra came, food poor quality, burgers frozen not fresh. Defo would not go again

Order takeaway for quarter to 6 came at quarter past 5. Tea was cold. Stuff off the order was missing and attitude of the staff was disgusting and was told I had to pay for it next time even though it was originally ordered and gave chilli sauce when asked for garlic Mayo l.

Great pizzas and the chips are amazing also. The spicy pizzas could do with more heat but still great.

What you order to what you get can be anything THEY! decide to send!!... as the pictures show what they sent isnt even an option on the menu so god knows why they deemed this as acceptable. Whoever prepared this needs retraining in how to understand basic orders. So guaranteed wont be returning, its the second bad experience from this place now not holding out for the third!! Reply: so if you cant see whats wrong then i cant comprehend the ignorance of the reply. The 1st picture shows the food ordered was the ringer burger with salad ect as the 2nd picture clearly depicts theres no salad or anything else on the burger other than chicken, and there is chicken nuggets with chicken poppers also added which isnt what the Ringer burger is. Can you see the issue now? Yes I did indeed try to call but the line was busy and I wasn't wasting my time trying to complain to be told id get a free meal or something on the next visit when the meal i ordered was messed up to that extent.

I live within quarter of a mile and the time was an hr and 30mins 10 mins late and food was luke warm.

Asked for a large with no salad and got normal with salad.

Ordered via Uber, accepted then they cancelled ten minutes before delivery time. If you’re too busy then don’t accept orders and cancel last minute.

All of the food from here has been amazing. Fresh, Hot and always delivered early. I would always recommend Brig's Most Wanted.

Shocking! Over 1 hour late. They hadn't even cooked it but stated that it's on the way. And when it did arrive it was cold and not edible. I would like a full refund
