Brigs Most Wanted in South Ribble

First time I’ve ordered from this place, I usually order from work so it’s the Preston one which is amazing, this one is not anywhere near good, it was a jumbled mess of food, 35 quid in the bin. Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered 😞

Moved into the area and the food was delivered lovely warm and the service on phone and also delivery driver was fantastic will definitely order again 😃😃😃😃

Ordered the munch box. What was delivered was literally just cold dry donner meat and the driest chicken ever known to man. No chips, no donner sizzle, no salad. Just a box of dry meat that looked like it had been used as a frisbee prior to being delivered. Honestly shocking, went straight in the bin.

It has been, it is and it will be my favourite restaurant ever ! Congratulations for never messing up my order !

Ordered a large kebab, chicken burger and a pizza received half a kebab and no pizza absolutely outrageous rang up to ask for the pizza and told me it would be a 40 min wait costumer service was awful and very rude over the phone disgusted in the food and service very unhappy will not be ordering from this place again.

food delivered early, rude delivery driver nearly walked into my car on the way out. Food wasn’t great the burger looked like it had been kicked around the shop and chips were absolutely tasteless loads better takeaways around won’t be going back.

Absolutely disgusting food swimming in grease un cooked chips sweaty burger bun when I rang to complain and ask for my money back was told no ! Started to be aggressive and swearing at my partner when he said he wanted a refund also and asked them if they went to a restaurant would he pay for really bad food no he wouldn’t ! Socking customer service I’m disgusted £45 out the window and making my own food !!! Avoid at all costs every one seriously !!! Shocking

Changed the order time to 30 minutes later! Came looking like it had been dropped/squashed.

Hawaiian Pizza is spot on here, really tasty. Got the loaded fries for the first time too, normally not overly interested in loaded fries in general but these were decent and the chicken pieces were chunky

Absolutely awful meal. Used to go here a lot but now remember why we stopped. Chicken under cooked, whole kebab just tasted of vinegar or cleaning fluid. Naan bread was very obviously stale. Avoid.

Literally the tastiest pizza I’ve had for years!! I really mean that. It was SO nice. Delivered quickly and you could tell it was fresh and hot. This place is being added to the top of my list!

So let me start by saying the food was fantastic. It was thourghly enjoyed. However 1hr 50 mins is a ridiculous time for delivery. What has gone wrong? When I lived near hospital inn at the back of the brig you were always within an hour. Never had an issue. Moved near Sainsbury's and the times on the last 3 deliveries have been sooooo long. You are a good takeaway but need to sort this with additional drivers or something to improve delivery times. Please do better. I will be collecting next

By the time it arrived the bun was very soggy and had to remove 80% of the bun to eat the burger. far to many chips half were actually on my burger. Very disappointed with this order today.

Ordered through just eat, after 2 hours we were told the food will be 25 mins, called again after 15 mins to be told it will be 5-10 mins driver on the way! 30 mins later the food came, sweaty and chips were stone cold, wasn't even edible, shocking service! Won't be ordering again!

Original delivery time was 19:30 and the food didn’t actually arrive till 20:10 approx 1:40 after order time.

We ordered the meal.It arrived in time,and it was as we wanted,no mistakes at all.The sweet and sour chicken is yummy,the chicken burger filled with real chicken breast,and the kebab standard good. Happy costumer,I say recommended place for a quick refill.
