Peppers City Takeout in Liverpool

We got food to takeout, 3 pizzas, chips a wrap and curly fries. It was tasteless and undercooked. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I ordered a takeaway from here tonight. It was a disgusting experience. Ordered a mini platter comes with 1/2 chicken, wings,strips and chips. I came home and open the chicken then a bad smell came out from the packet. Smells like the chicken was already off before it was on the grill. I would say the chicken wasn't prepare properly. I called them back, they were not helpful and they asked me to bring the food back to the shop. I wish I did. But unfortunately I live on the Wirral and it's 8 miles away from my home. I will definitely contact with the local authorities ASAP. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. BE SAFE AND KEEP YOUR FAMILY SAFE.

Very helpful staff, the food was amazing and delicious, the staff made me feel welcomed I would highly recommend. Will definitely going back. I give them 5 stars for food. Thank you

Fab food but girl behind counter requires a fire behind her, unable to multitask and her customer service could do with a refresh. She seemed to be on another planet

We have used peppers few times as take away food. Quality of food is 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ as my kids seems to like it. Good food options , portions are generous and chips are amazing however it’s poor customer service brings it down …management needs to work on customer service especially if make a mistake it’s never wrong to apologise and accept responsibility. We put an online order to pick up food , food order went through and we were given the collection number but we found it closed on arriving there after 20 min drive from our house. When rang them we were told that we had to wait till opening time ( 30 min) and another 30-40 min on top. No apology for taking the order while closed and not mentioning that taking early orders. We were given money back straightaway but no apology for disappears tome wasted Something similar few months back when placed order for home delivery, no one turned up , waited 2 hrs but when rang peppers, we were told driver ran off with food 😳 Last used 19/08/22 Willing to use again with better service
