Peppermills Indian Takeaway in Bracknell Forest

I had stopped buying from them for a couple of years due to the dreadful quality of the lamb, absolutely horrendous. I thoght I''d give them a chance last Friday, prices are tooo high for the ridiculous quality of the chewy, tasteless lamb. Learnt my lesson now, never again.

Peppermills used to be a great Indian takeout. I believe it now has new owners, but the most bizarre thing is that Peppermills is also Fry Guy. They use the same kitchen to cook and it’s the same person cooking the food. An absolute waste of money as the food was not authentic Indian food. Also, we placed our order using the online system. Told the food would be ready to collect in 30mins. Went to collect and they hadn’t seen the order as only had one cook in the kitchen. Placed the order at 5pm and had to wait until 6:30 pm. The food was rubbish, to expensive considering the quality was rubbish. Definitely won’t be ordering anything again.

Terrible service, food was bland and cold. Management couldn’t care less. Was only in Ascot for a short time and this was close to where we were so thought stay local. So disappointing

Sad tasteless overpriced. Disappointing. Lamb gristly. Nothing Royal about this place. Don’t waste your money

Very good takeaway, fresh and hot and lots of good flavours. We went to pick up and haven’t tried the delivery yet. Loved it

Friday evening order at 17.45. We wanted a couple of dishes not on the website menu (garlic rice, onion bargi) so telephoned. No problem. Told delivery would be 45mins, but arrived by just eat at 19.00. Food inc. lamb handi and veg korma was warm, fresh and tasty. Just need to manage delivery expections better to get a 5 rating.

We had pilau rice onion bhaji jalfrezi and tikka masala. Onion bhaji fresh not warmed up or greasy, Nice fluffy rice, Both currys full of moist meat and flavour jalfrezi was spicier than other restaurants but it was very good though.

Peppermills Indian Takeaway best Indian, Tikka, Korma all full of flavour and not greasy, unlike other Indian restaurants and takeaways. Would recommend; 5 star!

Ordered a delivery. It arrived in good time. Order was taken well. Correct and polite. Main courses we re chicken based. Huge, dry lumps of chicken, clearly over cooked. Everything else was nice, I just expected better having read good reviews about this place.

Really don’t know what has happened tonight but just had the most awful takeaway when previously they have been outstanding - really disappointed as birthday meal

Just had our 2nd delivery from Peppermills, once again we received a delicious quality made curry, king prawns were fantastic and so was the Korma, never ever thought I'd eat a proper one again until tonight, well done Chef's 👏 looking forward to our next one soon 😀

We have had many curries in the local area over the years and all have been good. Not been to Peppermills much - no reason other than habit of going elsewhere. Tonight we decided to revisit and have had the absolute best curry, on a completely different level to anywhere else in the local area. Fantastic flavour, portion size and cooked to perfection. Compliments to the team and thank you. Think here will be our new habit from now on....

I visited Pepper Mills last week while travelling. Foods are really good and tasty as well as behavior they show. Wish to go there again if I get the chance. Keep the good work.
