Pepis in Lincoln

Have used Pepis for a long time, and never had any issues. Tonight nowhere, my order was over an hour late, despite pre ordering, I was sent a notification saying it was on the way, half an hour before it arrived (I live a 10 minute drive away) and when it did turn up, both platters looked like the boxes had been thrown around and kicked about ! Pizzas were tough and chewy, coleslaw was hot, I mean……come on guys. Not good enough. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again sadly, used to be so good

Absolutely incredible, best of its kind around Lincoln tip top kebabs, fries and everything. Worth the few mile drive for lovely worksmanship and kindness. Couldn’t recommend more

Ordered from here a few times as I believe in giving places a chance but not anymore, the staff on the phone are impolite and the food is near enough always late and that's if they get it right.

I ask for garlic suce on everything every time and there is never any on it. Last time I ordered I rang them and told them to bring me a pot. It's not acceptable to ignore customer requests. Do better Pepi's! Next time I'me going to try Boultham kebabs and if they are better you are history. Sorry but this has happened too many times now. You will now be paying for your ignorance.

didn't include the 'free pizza' we were promised for spending over £30. ignored My request for garlic mayo on the food despite paying £1.50 exta for garlic mayo. paid £2 for a bottle of Pepsi, only sent a can. 1 star review to go with the 1 star food hygiene rating they're trying to get away from. don't order from here.

the option of salt and vinegar would have made it perfect

Ordered 2 pizzas and chilli cheese bites. Every single one of them had split and had no cheese inside. It was just deep fried breadcrumbs. Pizzas was good though.

Ordered our food, got accepted and given a delivery time of 11.15 LATEST. Didn’t show up, tried to call the restaurant and they’re shut. Absolute joke waited over an hour for food in the first place.

Completely wrong pizza delivered. Should have been hot spicy beef but delivered some kind of vegetarian pizza platter. Very disappointed, threw it in the bin as it was tasteless

came a little early which was great. also made accommodation I asked for. only downside is the parmo doesn't come with white sauce as advertised

The problem was it was marked as delivered on time yet didn't actually arrive until 45 mins later.

after waiting an hour and a half for our order, the person i spoke to on the phone said that my order had already been delivered to the address? it definitely had not, we also did not receive a phone call letting us know that the driver had arrived at the block of flats where i live and to come down and collect the order (they usually call first to let us know they are here) absolutely shocking service

Will definitely order from here again! Blown away by the size of the pizzas and the amount of cheese on them. The food was piping hot and delicious.

Had the special kebab and it was special! All the meats were fantastic and could taste the quality of meat and care taken to cook it. Probably best kebab in Lincoln and I’ve tried most. Food arrived piping hot as well. Got given free garlic pizza bread with the order and that was such an added bonus. My new go to place.

Ordered house burger! Was missing the donner meat

Driver arrive 10 mins late and demanded an extra £2 when i had already paid £3. He would not leave and said it was ‘too far’. No cash in house and he left saying he will bring it up to restaurant. Also food was not prepared to a good standard, was a complete mess.

Food was delicious and arrived nice and hot! Portion size was good too

We ordered our food at 18.15 and delivery estimate was 19.25..at 19.45 it showed as delivered but we hadn't received it....I phoned the restaurant at 19.50 and was told a button was pressed in error and food was leaving the restaurant in 5 mins.. however after a further 45 mins I had to call again and was told driver was 5 mins away....food eventually turned up at 20.50 and all of the chips were stone cold ...just really poor not to receive an update on anything if there was an issue....

No salad at all with the kebabs, no pitta with the large kebab. Was also late

Order food at 16:30. Estimated 17:10-17:30. Then jumped to 17:50-18:00 rang at 17:30 to double check about the order and was confirmed it would be there in the next half an hour. Didn’t get out food until 18:30!!!!! Not even an apology by the delivery driver just a mere grunt. & person I spoke to on the phone wasn’t that bothered about my complain just said sorry with no answers why it took so long!

Ordered a simple pizza 2 hours ago. 20mins past their 'at latest' delivery time now, called, "be another 10-15minutes" Can't comment on the food considering we don't have it No apology, nothing. Avoid

Stand out pizzas. You get a resturant quality flavours and seasonings with a lovely tomato sauce, and they are generous with their toppings too. Very slightly inconsistent (temperatures) but then the vast majority of delivery based experiences with food are, regardless of who you go with, cant predict the traffic etc. So 8.5/10 and one of my favourites!

Appalling! Took 30 minutes from receiving notification it was on its way to it arriving, we only live 2.5 miles away . Chips and cheese were a cold congealed brick, cold kebab. Only edible thing was garlic bread. Waste of nearly £30 The thanks you get for trying to support local businesses

Car-boot style burger and no white sauce on Parmo as described. Bolognaise is just tomato passata, no meat in it. And he clicked 'out for delivery' 25mins before it was actually dispatched so he 'doesn't get in trouble with just eat'. Ordered 8.20pm Monday, delivered at 9:45pm First visit = last visit.

This was a horrible experience that we had yesterday especially on Valentine’s Day this order do not deserve a rating very poor service and quality of food
