Even tho i have ordered the pizza through the phone for a collection, turned up in the shop 5 minutes after the phone call i have made, Came to pick up pizza that was not cooked and all the toppings sliding off due to the dough being raw.

Do not buy, since this so called new owner took over, meat is not fresh, (they will tell u its freshly cooked, but its old meat that its cooked „fresh” Been a customer for years never had issues with food there untill last few months, Food poisening 2 times and uncooked food multiple times now. You go complain and bring food back amd actually try to show the problem u meet so called owner who is rude as hell and chopes back in his own language, rude as hell!! I feel so sorry for all the staff working for this human, he always find excuse for everything even taking his staff tips box away to pocket money for himself. U go complain multiple times coz he dunno what he is doing and he will just tell u ohh its always a problem with you. Yeah mate if u cant cook and u want to poison people dont run a takeaway and leave the cooking to the staff that have been there for a while.!!! Absolute a hole ..!!! When food arrived half of the order was missing . Pizza had a raw chicken on it and chips was covered with mouldy cheese on top. Driver refused to take the food back and give me refund I try to contact the shop and they constantly put the phone down on me when I complain about it .

ETA given was 45mins and although we are 5mins away, they just made it with minutes to spare.... Not complaining about that as it would have been ok except the food was barely warm. The paper wrapping was soggy, so it was obvious it had been in the plastic carrier for some time and probably in the delivery vehicle some time. Disappointing. I didnt bother to complain because when I have previously phoned with an issue, they were quite rude, blunt, unhelpful and made it plain that they didnt like the fact that I wanted a replacement. ...

I ordered food that never arrived. When I phoned to ask where it was they hung up on me. When I requested refund through just eat they tried claiming they had delivered the food. I was a regular customer but will never order again.

Never had a late delivery . Food always hot. Good value

First time I've ordered from here last week. Now any time I have delivery it's ONLY here I will order from.. Chicken kebab, Potion of chips and onion rings was absolutely delicious.. It's 2.30pm CAN'T WAIT TILL 4PM FOR IT TO OPEN, I'M STARVING..🙂

Another fab meal tonight off these guys!!! Ordered off the pepinos app, so easy to order off it. The delivery only took 10 minutes to arrive. Their own delivery people are so lovely always got time for a little chat, knocks the door with a great smile on their face ..... genuinely lovely guys

Used to be nice now an absolute shambles . Chicken like rubber and the service 🤦‍♂️ not a tooth in the heads of the staff . Gone to the dogs

Extremely disappointed!!!! Only 3 out of 4 items delivered, even more disappointed that it takes 29mins for something as simple as chips to be delivered under 1 mile away from original delivery!!! Now whole meal cold as waited for chips! Not even an apology!!!! Very, very disappointed as I'm a regular customer, I obviously need to find myself a better service food outlet!!!

Had this delivered a few times and never once had a bad meal, amazing portion sizes, very tasty and just amazing. Will forever keep coming here!! Highly recommend

First time ordering was hot fresh and delicious the drivers even delivered it to our door we live in flats and not many will come up to us we work and it was nice to get it delivered so quick and efficient definitely be ordering again soon thank you the pizza was amazing

Lush kebab best one I've had in a while

So Bad - Cheesy chips with meatballs, chicken. So Bad- no stretch or melt in the cheese and no softness, it was all baked into a solid pie with the chips & meatballs. Either overbaked in there whilst waiting or took too long to deliver as it had solidified into one piece. Couldnt lift any part of it without the whole area lifting as a solid piece. Not how a soft stretchy cheesy chips should be ...and it cost £5 !!!

Very disappointing i had large mixed kebab and it was poor, not much chicken doner and the lamb doner wasn’t great either it was cold and had no taste to it, the salad was nice i asked for chilli sauce and he put barbecue sauce instead , i couldn’t remember why I haven’t been here for a while, then after a few mouthfuls it came back to me why I haven’t,

Chicken shish kebab is awesome, regular order for me..... allways cooked and presented to the same quality. Never had a late delivery as given at the time of order. Pleasent staff and delivery drivers. Best in Swansea 👌

Ordered 2 pizzas paid £27. One pizza arrived. Now gone past eating anything. How difficult is it to order 2 pizzas. One onion rings and one wedges!

Always had very nice food here..but the last two meals from here have left me down. The first was a mixed kebab it was as though they didn’t have enough of freshly sliced kebab meat left and was given bits and crumbs. I didn’t complain as we’ve been going here for some time and always the food has been outstanding. Tonight had a pepinos special kebab.how disappointed I was. The food was freezing! It’s not what I paid for. If I wanted a salad with cold meats I’d have gone to a supermarket and picked it from the salad bar! At £20 a time for 2 meals with delivery (less than a mile) it’s not cheap, and I expect what I pay for. Benefit of the dought Has gone, Good luck in your business, I won’t be ordering again, two bad meals in a matter of weeks, Good customer lost. .

We are regulars at Pepinos Penlan. Twice in the last 6 weeks or so, I have had a problem with the food which isnt usual but what was so disappointing was their reaction. The first time they couldnt get off the phone fast enough and just offerred @something@ off the next order- that turned out to be very little. This time they offerred a replacement or something off the next order, but it would be a long wait if I wanted another meal. I asked for a replacement.... they said , you want one do you and I told them as I couldnt eat what had been delivered, that I did want a replacement and they then stated again it would be a long time.... No apology on either occassion, just blunt and a reluctance to offer any degree of customer service.

Update: XL doner and chips. Meat is much improved from my last visit, salty but soft and a nice flavour, decent amount for the price. Chips haven't really improved

I ordered via Uber Eats, and my delivery was due at 6.20pm, and the food came absolutely boiling before 6.20pm. The meat was clean and very tasty. Thank you to the lads at Pepinos. Look forward to ordering again soon!

Pepinos is a clean well organised fast food outlet... covid restrictions are in place so abide by them and you will leave with a lovely fresh meal plus covid free.... they cook and sell tasty well prepared meals with a smile and a chat well worth a visit

Always good! And as other similar establishments seem to be pricing themselves close to Domino's range this place is still great value for great food! Sadly loses a star as the collection deals are amazing value but I don't understand why delivery deals can't be the same considering delivery is not free.

The foods not the best but its okay

Regulars for chicken kebab, but on this occassion the coleslaw was tasting very strange. On ringing them - after we had eaten the kebab minus the coleslaw- just to let them know about the issue and that I thought that the coleslaw was off , or the mayo it had been made with was off.....they said no, it was made fresh yesterday and has been refrigerated since then. I explained that I wasnt after a freebie (I hadnt said what my order had been or were delivery was made) but they needed to know because if someone ate it, it could make them ill as it definitely tasted very strange and something was wrong with it. They didnt want to seem to take that on board, just said ok & thanks. Bit worrying as mayo can be so dodgy.

Ordered the shish chicken wrap and a thin crust meatball pizza. Both very nice. Pizza was much tastier than a Dominos. Chips weren’t very nice at all but weren’t needed.

Good food as always from here....customer service however, is shocking! Having made a mistake on my order, the staff member made it clear in no uncertain terms that the error was mine and I should “check the order online love” understandably they are busy and have little time to process customer issues, but I don’t expect to be spoken to with such disregard. Someone needs to teach staff that good customer service applies to all customers in a right OR wrong situation, manners and a courteous tone go a long way!

Past 2 orders you have messed my order up both times I've ordered a mixed kebab and both times you haven't given me a mixed kebab tonight is a normal dinner last time was a normal donner cant you read an order. And no coleslaw

I go out of my way to pick up a mixed kebab from here but it's worth the effort , best mixed kebab I've had. Although I've not had a pizza , they look really nice from what I've seen while picking up my order. Had delivery on a number of occasions which all came hot with no problems.

Good food to take away at reasonable prices. Pizzas are very good !Easy parking. Cards accepted and cash point nearby.

My son went to get chicken & chips for me and my husband....no breasts available again. Not even able to make anymore. Also meal deal you have a drink they were straight from packet not fridge. Crap service with miserable staff.. Won't be bothering no more... #neednewstaff.#fuming.waste of time... Thanks..NOT!!!!!!

thought I'd treat my family to a nice kebab for new years day, when the order arrived 1hr and 20 mins later ( after being told it will be half hour to 45 mins) half of it was missing I phoned them up to see where the rest of my order is to be told we got what we ordered and I said no I ordered more and the woman on the phone said I got what I paid for so I said I want the rest and I'll pay for it (fair right mistakes happen) but then when the rest of the kebabs arrived there was no salad with it just the basic meat and pita bread so I will not be ordering from them again very very disappointed!

Delivery time is always acceptable prices are very cheap, just don't expect a brand or 5 🌟🌟 Restraunt experience. Kababs are greasy in the way a kabab should be, pizzas are a lot to be desired but certainly edable and if your clever using the kids meals when you aren't too hungry it can be even cheaper. Just on price I would give this 5🌟, food is a 3🌟 so 4🌟 overall.

I ordered from them weekly until today I just ordered a burger with lettuce and onions and their amount of salad was a sad excuse. They have just lost a regular customer....

Literally order from here every week. Pizza base is beautiful and they do something with the cheese that makes it delicious. The cookies are to die for. Would choose this over any pizza takeaway every single time and is amazing value for money!

Didn't deliver the right pizzas. One was meant to have tomoato base but they both came with BBQ bases

After ordering from pepinos it was amazing the food was hot and delicious and prices were very reasonable would definitely order from them again

Amazingly fast delivery, the burger had no salad or sauce which made it dry but the chicken and garlic mushrooms were superb. Kind of disappointed as usually they are excellent and being a long time customer I guess I expected better. Nothing quite as bad as a dry burger

Ordered a takeaway meal for 7 friends. Food arrived almost 2 hours late despite two phone calls to the restaurant. Eventually when the food arrived, there was an item missing. Upon calling them back to discuss this, the girl whom we spoke to was very rude, plainly had an attitude problem and was most unhelpful. She eventually agreed that there was an item food missing and agreed to send a replacement but still insisted the item had been sent originally and almost accused us of lying. Myself and my partner have never been so insulted in our lives speaking to this shambles of a restaurant. First time using these guys and we will NEVER be doing so again. If late food, appalling customer service and missing items you're after then stick with these guys. What a way to do business, completely disgusted!
