Pizza Hut Swansea in Swansea

This is the Fourth time I’ve ordered food from here and they can’t get a driver .. still takes my money and I have to wait three or four days for it back… they need to post a message online on their website or something and stop taken the money off people and making them wait for their money.

The food here arrives hot and fast, the staff are friendly and food requirements are followed. My only issue is that cleanliness could be better. There seemed to be more than enough staff working on the day I visited, but the ice cream factory station seemed to be in a mess. I understand children are here making their own ice cream, but the ice cream machine was dirty and the toppings containers were not clean and had others ice cream all over the top of them. Overall, my issue during my visit was just maybe staff need to keep on top of the cleaning better.

This is our second visit in a week. Came in last Friday because everywhere was full but the food and service was so good we came back. Young Isaac in particular was excellent , the food was done really well with lots of care and attention. All in all best 2 meals since lockdown, very happy to recommend.

I came in with my boyfriend for buffet lunch, the food was so warm and tasted great! Staff were very friendly, John really made the experience! Would definitely recommend:)

Messed up order twice and had wrong toppings. Also asked for only chicken on half and they refused which is ridiculous. All they need to do it sprinkle it on half only

DO NOT GO HERE! Arriving there the manager saw us and greeted us at the door waiting for seven minutes! with the restaurant running at 50% capacity! We sat down and he was colder than a dead fish! I love my thin pizza and simply asked for BBQ sauce instead! He claims because of COVID they can't!!! He is talking to me face to face with no mask touching my mobile phone to order the pizza I want to eat! But because of Covid they cannot do BBQ sauce!! Then we seen the price for lunch at £22!!!! This is a Mcdonalds for Pizzas not Silver service!! Vesuvio is CHEAPER than Pizza Hut!!! This manager was so uninterested and offish and SO SO UNHELPFUL that we walked straight out!

Visited Pizza Hut in Parc tawe as I was nearby and had a craving for their pizza on that particular day. All seemed ok until a group of travellers came in shortly after I’d arrived. Firstly there seemed to be an incident where they tried to get their army of kids to eat for free to which the manager informed them it would not be possible. Following on from this 2 of the traveller kids started fighting each other in the restaurant, 1 was walking on tables in his shoes and the rest of the kids ran around the restaurant as if it was a playground. On top this the adults with the children were rude and just made the whole atmosphere tense when people had paid good money to enjoy an afternoon with their loved ones. Believe it or not the worst is yet to come. One of the kids filled his bowl up with salad and when he realised he didn’t like what he tasted, he took the salad out of his mouth and put it back in the salad bar along with everything else that was in his bowl by his hands. I felt sorry for the people that came in after this, and also felt sick at the thought of what if I had come in 30 minutes later and eaten that salad. The same boy also helped himself to plates of food on the counter that people had specifically ordered and even tried getting into the cash till, unbelievable considering he could not of been more than 4 or 5 years old. You could see from looking around people’s meals were spoiled and the chap sat next to me actually complained but understood it was not the fault of the staff as they were in a difficult position. I understand it’s unacceptable to pre judge people but surely they should of been asked to leave the restaurant for the sake of everybody else. I have nothing against Pizza Hut personally but the experience has put me off eating at buffet style restaurants for life, in a strange way they’ve probably done me a favour.

Birthday Meal for my daughter (she chose)! Absolutely superb service and delicious food. Would have liked a little bit more choice when it came to the salad, my wife told me was no fresh onions.

Very helpful staff, had a minor issue with the order and they were really professional and quickly resolved the issue. Food was tasty and very good value

We all fancied a pizza so I treated the wife and kids to PH. Waitress was lovely, drinks were cold and refreshing and the food was spot on. Pizza was fresh and hot. Salad bar was full and fresh. The store was clean and had a fantastic atmosphere. Must of been around 30 people in there but our waitress was whizzing around here and there but still found time to check on us and say hello to my 1yr old. Fantastic.

have not been to a Pizza Hut fore some time i was suprised how good they are choice of thicknes there are the normal prices & specials we had the Supreme nomal size $18 plus Pepperoni with extra cheese $5 a good feed and nice prices exelent they do put on a !0% surcharge for weekends but thats ok

We were out and about and decided to give this restaurant a try,we had not booked,the place was fairly busy it was early evening and plenty of tables,we had looked on line and had a good idea of what we were going to have.Our waitress was Sadie a very pleasant person who explained the menu,we went up to the salad bar first and it was a good choice and looked very fresh,for our starters we both had the ribs,quite a generous portion,these were ok i would not say fantastic but meat did fall off the bone,and they were piping hot,for our mains we both went for the flatbread pizza,I asked if i could have mine with the barbecue sauce on the base and Sadie said it would not be a problem,the food arrived both pizzas were fine nice and tasty and overall not a bad meal,I think the drinks are a bit over priced at £2-90 but you can have this refilled as much as you like,good service from Sadie,meals and starters a decent standard,would i come back here yes i would give this a try again.For all those disabled people level access to get in toilets on the ground floor.I would give this restaurant a score of seven out of ten.

Party of 5, various ages, various pizzas and sides. Atmosphere nice, temperature comfortable, music was not too loud. Food was very good, staff friendly, very enjoyable visit.

Dropped in for lunch buffet offer. I asked about a coke and was told to help ourselves to refill drinks but didnt say this was an extra charge, only £3 but not planned for.Pizza was hot and tasty 2 meat and 2 vegie toppings available and the salad bar.All good quality.My problem is that when the chef changed the pizzas over he through the previous straight into a waste bin. Surely this could be offerred to the homeless pr am i being niaive?

The buffet is a great way to get a decent pizza when your out and about and need to get the kids fed. Quick and easy! But once the buffet finishes I find the normal menu very expensive for which is just a pizza.. a nice pizza but still just a pizza!

Quick service, plenty of choice,nice staff. I asked for rocket even though it was not on the salad bar and without any hesitation a member of staff brought me a bowl full.I was able to use a voucher buy 1 get 1 free too.

pizzas were soggy not cooked proper. the gents toilets 1 toilet was coming of its hinges, service was done by kids same for the person cooking the pizzas me and 2 mates had a terrible evening never going here again salad bar was stale tortilla chips.

Having built up an appetite we headed to Pizza Hut. One adult, one teen and one child. Free salad is wasted on my children, so I endevoured alone whilst they maneuvered the soda machine. Basic salad with a few stars like beetroot, jalepenos, tortilla chips and coleslaw.

Very good option if you’re around doing some shopping and of course if you are pizza and salad fan...

Visit here often and always have a pleasant meal. We visited most recently today and had an enjoyable meal which was let down somewhat by the waitress. We asked for 2 deserts and after waiting for over 15 minutes we beckoned the same waitress over and she asked if we anted our bill. We explained we were still waiting for our deserts and she said that the cheesecake was still frozen so we could either wait an hour for it to defrost(!) or order something else. As our children were becoming fractious we ordered the ice cream factory knowing it would be instant.

We ordered a sharing pizza which was very good and the salad bar had plenty of choice. We were served by a friendly attentive waitress. Would recommend this Pizza Hut.

Called in for a pizza. On a positive note the customer service as very good, however the price of the pizza which are priced at over £8 for a small pizza which is just ridiculous and never worth the money. The pizza itself was very average and need to get real regarding the pizza prices.

Just finished our all you can eat buffet and feel absolutely appalled that we have wasted so much money on such gross food! Claims to be a pizza specialist however it is the worst pizza I have ever had! Everything is tasteless and plasticy!! I understand it’s probably quantity over quality however the buffet food is absolutely foul!

Visited here today , long hair in the pasta off the salad bar which was buried quite deep in side , we bought it up with the waitress and was taken back by the waitress attitude which was basicly that's the chance u take with a help your self salad bar , customers may have been here and may have fell in we cannot monitor that ! My husband returned to the table and she said he doesn't look to happy , response well it's probably another customer not our so there's little we can do ! Not only did we have this, when we arrived the bill was presented before we even had chance to sit and get our food ! By the same waitress may I add ! Maybe we would of liked a dessert etc prior to the attitude , we felt rushed and a little upset as they may have implied it was my hair as no one with blonde hair worked there ! This hair was buried deep in the pasta and reported straight away so I doubt it ! I know these things do happen but the reason for my review is because of the poor attitude and service received by the waitress ! The manager did refund one meal but still the waitress moaned great I can't amend that bill or give u a receipt now ! Rude rude rude. Never been to a restaurant where ur bill is presented before u even sit down

Fast service. Foods well cooked and plenty of toppings on pizza and right to the edge. Good customer service. Staff constantly cleaning/ tidying the restaurant so no dirty areas/ dishes, well kept salad bar area. Clean toilets. Met the high standards that the brand promotes. The Manages should be proud of the staff on duty at 5pm today.

Decided to come here midweek. Was not busy at all, around 5 tables occupied. We were served pretty quickly with only 2 staff waiting on tables. Whilst we were there it did begin to get a bit busier. We helped ourselves to salad after ordering. It looked like it needed replenishing. Good choice of drinks where you can add a flavour of cherry or strawberry etc to your drink. Food came within 15 minutes. We had a pizza to share with 2 sides and also a dessert each as there was an offer on. Food overall was good and it was somewhere to go to get out of the house. However, personally I would opt for a pizza at home just as Pizza Hut can be quite expensive for what you get. We spent £30 which is quite a bit for a Wednesday evening with average food.

We have been coming to the Pizza Hut in Morfa, Swansea for a while now and have never been disappointed as there was great service and the pizza was great. There is also lots of parking nearby so you shouldn't have a problem with that.

2 Adults Buffet at lunch time for £6.99 each. Good value. You can't go wrong. It includes about five different pizzas, salad counter and pasta. But there was a limit how much I could personally eat!

The pizzas were delicious and the service was great, however it was very expensive. We visited when there were no offers on so paid full price for all dishes. Bearing in mind how cheap pizza and pasta is to make you can't help but feel a bit ripped off. The salad bar was nice and the unlimited refills were good as you had different choices apart from the usual coke and lemonade. The child's menu was better value than the main menu. Please all pizza places make pizzas more affordable.

Fuimos allí por un capricho. hoy El personal era muy agradable. Pregunté por el menú sin gluten y todo claramente explicado. Me preguntaron que si yo no era feliz para hacer la ensalada que me haga una ensalada fresca. Era una pizza increíble y sin duda volveremos.

No me puedo quejar de la pizza vegetariana, la camarera Amanda era preciosa, como siempre. Otro miembro del grupo tenía el buffet y los nuggets, también dijo que la comida estaba riquísima.

I visited Pizza Hut to order and collect in Morfa Park, the other takeaways around Swansea have closed quite unexpectedly. I can honestly say that Jessica was unexpectedly brilliant! Best service I've had in any restaurant this year. Professional, happy and nothing was too much trouble. Never been to Morfa Pizza Hut before - will be happy to eat in next time and not just order takeaway. It would be great if everyone could provide service with a smile and mean it like Jessica did - thank you!

The salad bar and fresh pizzas are great and the service is alright but me my wife and our four kids had salad, fries, drinks and a couple of pizzas and we paid almost £60. If your going to go there stick to the buffet and avoid main menu as it can soon add up if your with family.

Stopped here for food just by chance as we were hungry and passing by first time to visit this new Pizza Hut restaurant have visited others so roughly know what to expect with regards to food lovely bright airy restaurant.The waitres welcomed us straight away took us to the table and explained how it worked we all as family when't for they week lunch time buffet is good value for money all the pizza you can eat all freshly cooked and also there's even a good salad bar too highly recommend to others and will look forward to a return visit very soon.thanks to Amanda W and her right hand worker she was really nice -------

Looking for somewhere different to take children out for lunch and decided to try Pizza Hut. The service from the young girls working there was brilliant and explained all the options to us. Whilst we waited for our food to arrive the boys were entertained by a colouring activity booklet which they enjoyed.Opted for a sharing Margarita for me and my 2 boys, more than enough there for the 3 of us with a side salad. My OH had the £14 meal deal and we all left stuffed and contented.When we are in the mood for pizza again, I will definitely consider going back to Piza Hut.

Came in for a quick bite on two occasions. Once on a Friday night and once on a match day.Fast service. Was seated quickly. They have a good deal on at the moment for Xmas which was £13.95 for an individual pizza, starter and drink (which includes beer). Food is good as can be expected for Pizza Hut and is delivered to your table quickly once ordered.Only bad point is that the salad area is always a bit grubby looking and the restaurant is always cold.Other than that, will visit again.

My wife and i arrived just after 3 pm so missed the buffet, but plumped for sharer meal deal which was delicious the best pizza we've had for ages.The salad bar was missing a few items, however was good, atmosphere was good as the music wasn't too loud.Particular praise goes to our waitress Amanda who was very friendly and attentive.nothing was too much trouble A*

This restaurant has recently been revamped,and now has a vibrant feel to it.the staff are very attentive (especially Niamh).There's a great selection of starters, mains and desserts. I can highly recommend ' The veggie hot one 'if your a vegetarian. The fries are light and crispy,and they also have a soft drinks dispenser, with every flavour coke you can think of.A great place to visit.

Music too loud. Despite asking three times for it to be turned down and told it had been the volume remained the same. New staff members seemed unfriendly and cold. Children's meal price has increased and it is too high. We left before ordering and went to Las Iguanas in Swansea which was brilliant. Our new favourite which Pizza Hut used to be.

Lovely bright airy restaurant , excellent customer service. My son has autism , he loved the buffet and getting his own drinks and icecream , staff patient and kind , lovely pizza had a meal deal , if you review online to pizza hut i complimented staff, they send you 212 deal to use within a month .Great family friendly eaterie.

We eat here before going to the football at the Liberty Stadium. the staff are always glad to see us and are most welcoming. The new décor has brightened the place up

Not a great lover of chains but we called in to eat before the Lionel Richie concert at the Liberty Stadium & really enjoyed it. Great pizza, loved the cheesy chips & sweet potato fries too. Quick service on a busy day & you didn't feel rushed to go after you finished. :-D Thanks

Called in on a weekday afternoon. Hadn't been there for years. New decor is much better! Not dark and gloomy like it was before. Great new menu, good selection of foods. Service was quick, and it tasted good too. Staff were welcoming and friendly, making the effort to enhance your visit. If you're passing, worth a visit and found the new menu offered value for money too! Great kids menu too.

Service is good 95% of the time, a bit slow at very busy times, food is consistently good, as you would expect

Arrived early and the staff had no hesitation in checking the tour booked table was ready. They offered us the opportunity to sit at the table early as our friends hasn't arrived yet. Menus had a great choices as well as the buffet lunch etc. When we were all there our drinks order was promptly taken and we headed for the salad bar. This was studying with plenty of choices and we stocked portions. The pizza bar has fresh and tasty pizzas in abundance and everything was hot and tasty. The three young boys in our party enjoyed topping up our drinks with the amazing choices of flavoured drinks. Highly recommended to others and will look forward to a return visit very soon.

Not a regular visitor .. but wife & I were out nearby - so decided to eat here.It is bright & welcoming, and has a new menu with some nice choices .... we shared cheese & onion melt crisps and some Jalapeno poppers to start.The former was new .. and loads of them .. could share for 4 ! Surprisingly tasty.Poppers were good - not oily - crisp and moreish.Along with free salad bar - all looked fresh & clean, not the mess some places let salad bar become.I had the new pulled pork pizza on pan crust with Tomato base .... substantial, (took some home) and tasty - glad I chose tomato base not creamy ... and thanks to waiter 'Bradley' who pointed out the options.Wife had Mac & Cheese - it was rated as excellent and there was a lot of it.2 soft drinks .... and they were on free refills - Pizza Hut has evolved a lot giving free salad bar & free refills - well done.Service excellent, decor fine ... tables a little uncomfortable - we were in a booth and fixed seating a little to close to table and the tables seem quite high compared to seat height ... I'm 6' and thought table high .. almost eating 4" or more higher than normal - just a bit uncomfortable.One point of feedback for engagement - fully accept when its a birthday, you want to dim light, fetch out a cake and play 'Happy Birthday' .... and kids love that.However the music you played sounded like it was performed by a kid on a cheap Bontempi keyboard - really was bad ... and when it repeats the verse 3 times ... well it grates a bit.Get better track - and reduce to 2 verses.Overall though enjoyed the visit, great food, lots of it, nice decor and a whole lot cheaper than Frank & Bennys nearby

It's great here.lovely fresh salad cart,with everything from jalapeños, to cous cous. I opted for the veggie hot one standard pizza,which was just right.i also had a bucket of fries,which were light and crispy.would have liked to have tried the waffles for dessert, because they looked delicious. Unfortunately, I was full to the brim.shame.you get the best of welcome here,with a great atmosphere added in.fab.looking forward to going back.

I don't want the heading to be misleading as the pizza was delicious. However it is always a big bugbear of mine that pizza and pasta restaurants can charge so much for such a cheap to make food......I mean you can get steaks cheaper in other restaurants than the £16.95 I paid for our pizza. Anyway....rant aside, the restaurant itself had nice decor and a lovely atmosphere. A bit noisy to start but that was because there was a kids party which added to the atmosphere. All staff were very efficient and friendly.The kids meal deal was £6.99 for a main, side, salad, dessert and a drink and was great value. Also a kids puzzle/entertainment pack was given.My very expensive pizza was delicious, a side of sweet potato fries was £ 4.50 and there was more than enough for 2 to share. There was an offer on Budweiser 2 for £6. Also a novelty factor are the refillable soft drinks, you go up to the dispenser and customise your soda to your personal taste on an iPad. Great fun for the kids.Lovely night out, but expensive for pizza. Also no offers on a Saturday. It won't put me off coming again though.

We fancied some food before doing a long shop and the music that we could hear playing outside drew us in! The waitress welcomed us straight away, took us to the table and explained how it worked.She was really nice. We came here a while back not sure of the exact month but I remember her name was Amanda. Loved the drinks section with all the different flavours and the salad bar was pretty cool too. The pizza was soo good also. Definitely overdue for another visit. I recommend :)

Visited this place with my mother, daughter and grand children , nice place to shop and eat. They have changed the decor of the place since we were last here , the menu has changed and the way they serve your food and drinks.The staff Lways smiling and friendly, the kids always love to come back again and again. I've visited this restaurant countless times and it's very hit and miss. I find the food and service is worse the quieter it is. Theist few times I have visited they've had my food order wrong twice, then replaced it once with again..the wrong pizza! I've had chips that were freezing cold and dirty glasses. And each time I've never had an apology not have I had a response after filling in surveys!However , when the food order is correct, and the staff actually pay attention, it's a very enjoyable meal with even better desserts!

Every time me and my boyfriend have been it has been a pleasent experience! Food is always delicious and staff have been friendly!We usually go late at night, close to closing time and everytime staff have been kind and respected the fact we may not wont chairs being put up around us (even though we said its fine). Would recommend to anyone!

Food was nice; was great to see the salad bar area to be clean and items not mixed with others or the wrong sauce ladle in the blue cheese. I was able to have nachos, blue cheese and jalapenos so I was a happy woman. The partner had no complaints either. We were served by about two/three different people but all were friendly. Should we happen to pass again whilst hungry will definitely pop in again.

This is a first class place to visit before going to the match at the Liberty Stadium. It is quieter than other restaurants closer to the stadium. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

If you need a pizza "fix" and want to get your money's worth, the mid week lunchtime buffet is your boy. All the pizza you can eat, all freshly cooked. And there's even a salad bar to assuage some of the guilt of eating all those carbs and fat. Get stuck in there!! But don't make a habit of it or you'll turn into a fattie like the two 30 stoners I saw on my visit. This is s once in a blue moon treat. Do plenty of exercise beforehand to earn your food.

Went there with 2 of my friends for out monthly get together. The boy that served us (think his name is Josh) was outstanding ! He provided very good customer service and was friendly and professional. After we requested our bill, we started having a really nice chat with him. We were very satisfied with his service and were going to go back there next month but then his manager turned out to be extremely rude and unpleasant. Half way through our chat, she came up to the table, didn't acknowledge us at all and spoke to him in a very rude manner. I personally belive that nobody should be talking like this to other people let alone manager to her staff and especially in front of customers.Because of that one instance, I'll not go back there in the near future.

Walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile and hello, baby was sleeping so put into a booth which was perfect, lady that served us was lovely, friendly and very bubbly. Shes great with the kids and noticed that with all the other customers too. The gentleman went out of his way as he noticed my daughter had dropped her wellie and went outside to get it. Will definitely come again, food was also lovely!!

We were the only 2 in there as new guests the other table of 3 had been served eating there food. 10 mins later the waiter comes over to take drink and food orders I was parched. Food come within 5-10 mins drinks are help yourself along with the salad. Tidy selection nothing on the harvester though. Food came it was delicious 10 times better than Dominos. Then the waiting game again. 20 mins for the bill to come whilst they all chatted amongst themselves to the point we actually got up and went over to them to pay!Food 10/10Service 3/10

We made a family visit to this particular branch of Pizza Hut twice in the last few days. We had a variety of meals, pasta, pizza and buffet selection. Everyone enjoyed their choices and the food was very enjoyable, the atmosphere was pleasant and the place was very clean. What really made both visits special for me was the staff, professional, polite and friendly and they really went the extra mile to ensure a good experience for the whole group and in particular the children and not just one member of staff but all the staff we came in to contact with. Many thank to all the staff at Pizza Hut, can't praise you all highly enough !!

Standard chain restaurant - you get what you would expect.Friendly staff.Very convenient for the Liberty Stadium - But gets busy on match days and when events on on; so if you want to eat before a game, get here with time to spare.

What an uplifting experience !! Such a pleasant experience again !! I was being treated to a meal out for my birthday and my young friend suggested Pizza Hut so in we went !!! Handed menus then escorted to a table ( of which we were given the choice ) the menus explained to us efficiently with very helpful explanations and orders for cold water taken and fetch the waitress then took us to show us the food on offer and the wonderful salad bar explaining the simple system that green handles meant vegetarian etc the manager on duty then offered and arranged, after asking if I liked certain items a freshly made pizza which was delivered to our table !!! This time they went beyond normal customer service and excelled themselves !

Had fantastic food here last weekend and service was very efficient but the low point was that it was freezing cold in the restaurant!!! We had to keep our coats on the whole time.

Being a stranger in the area we were driving around in search of food when that 'Pizza Hut' sign came glowing out of the distance. Very friendly and helpful waitress who was extremely tolerant of our son who took full advantage of the unlimited drinks! I can see why it was so busy, the place was clean, service was good and the pizzas excellent. If I find myself in Swansea again I will be back here.

Really friendly staff. Visited with friends during the lunchtime buffet. Although the restaurant was busy there was plenty of fresh pizza.The establishment was clean (unlike some of the other branches that I have visited). This branch is located right next to the liberty city stadium and so is great for a pre/post match meal.

Have just returned from taking 20 brownies for a meal in Pizza Hut morfa swansea , not my first visit as I rarely go into eateries such as these but was looking forward to my meal . I was not disappointed greeted at the door by a pleasant waitress for the evening Amelia who apologised for the breakdown of the air conditioning we were given a very suitable area where we could cast our eye over our charges we needn't have worried the brownie pack was taken under Amelia's capable wing and sent up to the well stocked salad bar after serving all of us very welcome drinks first it was an exceptional hot day .the ordered meals ( cooked in front of us ) were served promptly with no mistakes looked appetising and tasted as wonderful as they looked .the adults declined desert( we were just to full ) but the girls were sent in 4 's to have their deserts well organised again by Amelia !!! Then one of the brownies was taken unwell and again all the staff rallied around particularly when the poor mite was sick inside we guiders were very impressed with the efficient way the manager Clare dealt with any problems that arose . We didn't even have to request extra drinks but were asked regularly which was undoubtably needed on a very very hot day . The staff made our last meeting very pleasant as was the dining experience !! But the air conditioning break down was a downside !!!! But made up in part for the attention given to us thank you so much .

Whenever we visit this Pizza Hut restaurant we are always made to feel extremely welcome. The portion sizes of the food is substantial and delicious. One day when I was waiting for my takeaway order I was offered a free drink while I waited. My partner and I dine out quite often and I can truthfully say that the welcome we always receive here is second to none. I hope their employers are proud of the team at this restaurant as their service and politeness is outstanding - they are lovely people. Our first choice if we fancy a pizza.We often dine here after shopping at the retail park, or sometimes have a takeaway meal.

I went in there with my friend and good atmosphere and everything but they took ages then got my order wrong and they still charged me for the wrong order! I never got my pizza..

We have just returned form partaking of the lunchtime buffet- we sat down to eat at 1:55 pm and the buffet is only available until 3:00 pm, so we were there at peak time for lunches.Once again my real pet hate reared its head when I was asked what I was going to drink before my body had reached the seat of the chair, let alone looked at a menu. The pizza in the buffet was mediocre in quality and sparse in availability as they had not, apparently, expected so many people for lunch! By 2:25, the choice of pizza was reduced to either cheese and tomato (3 of these) or ham and pineapple (2 of these)., which I consider to be a rather poor choice. Someone needs to inform them that during school holidays, things might get a little busier during the day. The salad bar was fine.Unfortunately, we sat in a place where we were able to see the cutting area for the buffet pizzas. I say 'unfortunately' as after the pizzas had been cut, they were returned to the serving plates by a push of the worker's bare hand, a hand I am desperately hoping that had been washed thoroughly. I am not certain that this complies with health and hygiene regulations, but you never know!About two minutes into our first helping from the buffet, someone did breeze past and ask if everything was OK with our meal, but she was, evidently, not terribly interested, because as I was replying, she was already making the same enquiry of another table. It was the same 'fly by' attitude of the staff that allowed only one refill of Pepsi Max as they all seemed to be too busy to help; those that weren't busy seemed to be a little shy and sheltered in the drink serving area.Will we go there again? Probably, but it will be a long time.

Called in for bite to eat before the swansea v blackburn game.Got our own table and flagged one of the waitress' down. She was with us within 8 mins and politely took the order.Chicken pasta + bacon nice. Meal was a bit slow coming as my mate had finished his. Would of liked more time to eat it as the footie started at 3 and the food came at 2.40 despite ordering at 2.20.Nice for a light lunch and would go back.

I like the freshness of the pizza, and so much variety too, especially the late deal after 3pm

pizza hut offers some nice food, when its busy you can have a bit of a wait.

..but thats about it. Did lunch here recently, and it is a very spacious restaurant, clean, tidy, even though crammed with children - which is expected. Staff are top class - on the ball, fast, friendly, gracious, sadly the pizzas were not as good. Dry, overcooked, and the hygiene of the chef surprised me, as he removed cold pizza from display with his hands, not utensils -- the final bill for 3 persons came to over £23, which for what we had, surprisingly high, (after selecting £ specials from menu)

The meal deal is a good deal but i would not visit and pay full price when the deal is not on, Basically you get a salad to start garlic bread or wedges and a 10 " pizza plus unlimited soft drink, A good deal especially if you have kids with you

Wie es sich für einen Pizza Hut gehört, gibt es hier Pizza in den verschieden Formen und Geschmäckern. Der Service war englisch was heißt, dass man keinen deutschen Standard erwarten darf. Der Service war eher zurückhaltend. Alles in allem hat die Pizza geschmeckt und der Peris war auch in Ordnung. Wir würden hier nochmal Essen gehen.

On a visit to this restaurant with my daughter and 2 year old grand-daughter, we had poor service from a waiter who was extremely unkempt, with an un-ironed shirt and filthy trousers covered with food. I therefore asked a waitress for an address for complaints but was overheard by the waiter who turned out to be the manager! He went completely berserk and asked us to leave, not allowing a 2 year old to eat her food.When I complained to Pizza Hut Head Office, he had already contacted them with a load of lies, and I am no longer allowed in the restaurant!! It seems that their policy is to ban a person for life if they dare to complain!!!
