Pepino's Pizza in Swansea

Went in and was immediately asked if I wanted a keebab. Ordered chips beans and cheese. When I got back to my car, only chips and beans. Went back and was given attitude until the young girl found my receipt. When I finally opened my order again, it had chips, beans a tiny tiny portion of cheese on top. When be ordered from home at this place on Uber, it’s been great. Disgusting behaviour and service. Seems like the person preparing the food was being spiteful, as he was wrong. Will never order again.

Very disappointed way I was spoken to when I told them I had hair in my meal , told me never call them again. Very unprofessional never have a meal from here again

Ordered a meal deal for my son and the chips had been recooked. Tried to eat them tasted of fay and where all greesy ... threw then away. Please serve some fresh items and freshly cooked fries... not hard .. 10.00 for a meal del with delivery and half it went in the bin... not impressed at all

First to.e ordering from them last night and I can't say I was disappointed. Normally fast food comes with numerous little issues, but I'll admit I was pleasantly surprised. From the time it took to deliver (well over 30 mins early), the very pleasant delivery lady and the quality and taste of the food, I'll definitely be ordering from there again. Even the pizza looked like it had just come out the oven its was perfect. Thanks to all the staff last night 👍😁

Ordered wedges and they tasted like polystyrene and plastic! The box was all melted and burned on to the wedges. The woman on the phone was very unhelpful and gave us stinking attitude. Will not be ordering from here again!!!

I left a review on Foodhub (I ordered with them) and it was deleted. I only ordered from Pepinos because of good reviews. I now realise that bad reviews obviously get deleted from there so don’t trust all you read on there. I’d heard on social media that pepinos had gone downhill. Only decided to order from them because of good reviews recently and it used to be my favourite kebab shop a few years ago (before it changed hands). The kebab was absolutely swimming in grease. Obviously you expect a bit of grease on a kebab but this was a disgusting amount. The chips were refried and like cardboard and someone actually choked on them. The chicken wings were burnt and inedible. The food went to waste and I’d never order again. I’ll stick with the other take always in Gorseinon that serve edible, tasty, fresh food. I should have trusted my instinct and not ordered from there. Disappointed in Foodhub/Pepinos for not being transparent with honest reviews that are left by paying customers. Deleting them or not publishing them doesn’t give potential customers an informed decision on where they are eating.

Pepinos is by far the number one pizza place in gorseinon. Always a good pizza cooked perfectly and delivered quickly.

Food is ok, 3 times running they have missed an item that was ordered. The first time they sent it. The 2nd time they refused to send it and said we didn’t order it. Tonight we didn’t even bother ringing... left us with a guest without food again.. very embarrassing! I gave up my food again for a guest. So please ensure they understand your full order!

Just had 2 pizzas and they were lovely. Nice and hot, with generous toppings and free dip for the crusts. Would definitely go again.

Arrived on time tasted lovely definitely worth a visit. When ever we choose a pizza take away we will use pepinos

pepinos is a much better and cheaper option than other pizza places in the area. the only downside is that they sometimes take a while to deliver and.

+Great pizza, onion rings and wedges. +Delivery was quick and friendly. -Rather expensive however great value with deals (make sure to check the offers) -Website is quite complicated when ordering with deals Would definitely recommend, delicious food and great service 👌

Feeling hungry I ordered pizza from pepinos it's ok, I also ordered some donner meat which with the sauce was lovely if I was hungry and wanted late night food I would try again

Everyone makes mistakes but when your attitude is ‘tuff’ it’s harder to accept. Ordered a meal deal for me and my 3 children as hubby was working a night shift. Delivery was fast but that’s because they forgot the wedges, Coke, onion rings on the order. Delivery man told me not to bother ringing as they didn’t know whether they were coming or going. I phoned anyway and I assume it was the owner in the background shouting ‘tuff she can’t have the rest of it’! The worker on the phone tried his best to reason with the owner and whilst he was doing that I started dishing out the pizza only to find that it was burnt to a crisp and rock solid completely inedible!!! The worker on the phone couldn’t apologise enough and fought hard to get the owner to agree to send me the food I’d already paid for plus an edible pizza!! For that reason I will never order from there again and I hope the very decent delivery driver and worker on the phone get new jobs soon!

The best kebab ever. The chicken shish is my favourite and the portions are always huge. Food is always served quickly with seats for when you have to wait

Hemos comido aquí por un año, y siempre con buenos resultados. Hacen un pepperoni doble con aceitunas negras más fina corteza que es para morirse! También tienen un dos por uno en recoge pizzas, así que es muy buena relación calidad-precio. guarde su dinero y no comas cartón! Esta tan mucho mejor.

its quick and friendly. the food is always good. its not messed my order up once unlike most takeaways. the mixed basket is one my favourites and the kerbabs best in gorseinon
