Fantastic chicken meals, especially if you like spicy chicken.

it takes 1 hour to prepare .. very poor service

I have recieved many burnt chicken again and again every time I order from them. I want refund. I’m a happy regular customer there why is it happening to me all the times

Food was pretty tasty and offers an alternative to the numerous curry houses in the area., Girl that served us initially was pretty unhelpful, but then Dariya (unsure of spelling) took over and she was very helpful, big thank you to her!

The portion size is horrendous but the food is still nice

My order said it would be here at 12.30 but didn’t arrive until 13:15. Food was cold and missing items aswell

waited over an hour and after constantly checking the delivery time it says delivered and never actually got delivered to me, paid for it as well, absolutely disgraceful service

Food was cold. Took a good 40 minutes to come from bricklane. And who puts cold drink with hot food. The chips were so soggy.

It would have been better if the food came hotter. The delivery driver was excellent in terms of following the instructions that i had written which some delivery drivers i have had in the past failed to do so. Food was packaged well apart from a few chips loose in the packaging bag was wasn’t too much of an issue. The food arrived hot and edible however I would have preferred it to be piping hot as thats how it was when i had it in the actual peri peri resterunt.

Drive drove somewhere first before delivering my order. Funny the restaurants I ordered is around the corner

Poor communication from Pepe’s - brick lane with updates with food after trying to contact multiple times. Food came cold, soggy and leaking which is very disappointing from a usually reliable store. I would like to request a full refund.

The food was cold and hard. The Tasca was an absolute shambles, no other salad inside except for lettuce, taste wasn’t up to scratch either, wings smelt slightly funny, and had fat on it. Delivery was super late, but delivery driver was friendly.

Old rice was used in this order along side chicken that smelt really off. Just an odd smell coming out of it. Left it.

The delivery driver was very late with the food! The food was really cold! The food was horrible, normally food is really nice from here but I don’t know what happened maybe it was because of the long wait, it’s not worth the money I paid especially when all the food was spilt everywhere.

The rider did not follow the post code for delivery address rather looked at the wrong pin point in his delivery app.. Made me wait and search him outside office for 30.mins in the rain when the order itself was late.

If you like to bespoke your order like Nandos and other like restaurants then this place is 1000% better. It beats their competitors hands down. Whether you like spicy or not they will exceed your expectations. Full of flavour, moist chicken, very flavourful fries etc etc all I can say is perfect.

My carrot cake was missing again. This happens all the time and have to go through so much stress trying to get a refund, why are the restaurants not reading order notes properly.

Pepe in brick Lane needs to be quicker when making orders for their customers it's embarrassing and totally unacceptable for food delivery to arrive so late

I had ordered hot peri peri paneer rice but it wasn’t spicy at all and the paneer was very chewy, didn’t seem fresh at all

food was stone cold, had to microwave it to be able to eat it.

I ordered the chicken rice in hot but it tastes really bitter and tangy. Not sure if I’ve been given the lemon and herb, but it’s disappointing as I was looking forward to the meal. The garlic mayo cannot help to improve the bitterness sadly.

I have ordered from Pepe’s twice now in the past month but there have been no additions to my stamp card. Is there a reason for this?

Quality was bad! Per mi peri chips barely had any peri salt, ordered hot burger but it was plain and tasted more of mayo than hot. Got the wrong drink and chicken tenders we like mush when arrived.

Hello , I’ve ordered couple hours ago and haven’t received my food and it says delivered. I can’t contact the driver , checked with my neighbours and safe spaces and haven’t gotten my food. This has never happened before and i just need someone to get back to me as soon as possible. Or I’ll have to report this or take it to court.
