Left half of my order and didn’t even give the items I actually received correctly.

The food was cold and tasteless.

Food was cold loaded chips which i’ve ordered before, was not enough, literally about 10 chips in there and the wrap was not hot disappointed

Food is cold. Delivered 20min later. Delivery driver told me that my food was there for 15min already done. They should close their restaurant cause this service is horrible!!!

nice and spicy, I would pay extra for a larger portion of rice and veg but it'll probably mess up the ratio.

I understand that the driver is late die to heavy traffic but they can inform the customer why they are late.

took 1hr 30 mins to delivery and was stone cold. never ordering from here again and called the restaurant 11 times and no one answered and courier location was off.

The chicken was supposed to be peri peri but it was just grilled chicken. it was very dry and the chilli sauce is bitter. I can't believe this is Pepe's chicken. it's completely different than before. not worth the money.

Why are the portion sizes for the loaded fries getting smaller? Twice now I’ve essentially been given one layer of chips but the calories on the app stay the same? Disappointing.

He went the wrong way and was stationary at a spot for 15 minutes then went to another spot and was stationary for 10 minutes.

Dry Chicken, picked hot quesadilla but was so sweet and used cheap American burger cheese which didn't even melt very expensive for the food they serve, people reviewing and being tiktok trend it's the opposite the food is absolutely horrible.

La comida era bastante sabrosa y ofrece una alternativa a las numerosas casas de curry en la zona. , Chica que nos atendió inicialmente fue bastante poco servicial, pero luego Dariya (inseguro de la ortografía) se hizo cargo y ella era muy servicial, gran gracias a ella!

It would have been better if the food came hotter. The delivery driver was excellent in terms of following the instructions that i had written which some delivery drivers i have had in the past failed to do so. Food was packaged well apart from a few chips loose in the packaging bag was wasn’t too much of an issue. The food arrived hot and edible however I would have preferred it to be piping hot as thats how it was when i had it in the actual peri peri resterunt.

Poor communication from Pepe’s - brick lane with updates with food after trying to contact multiple times. Food came cold, soggy and leaking which is very disappointing from a usually reliable store. I would like to request a full refund.

The food was cold and hard. The Tasca was an absolute shambles, no other salad inside except for lettuce, taste wasn’t up to scratch either, wings smelt slightly funny, and had fat on it. Delivery was super late, but delivery driver was friendly.

I did not recieve my order. I called your restaurant multiple times , you place all customer on voicemail. You cannot run a business like this. Absolute joke that you are permitted on this app

The delivery driver was very late with the food! The food was really cold! The food was horrible, normally food is really nice from here but I don’t know what happened maybe it was because of the long wait, it’s not worth the money I paid especially when all the food was spilt everywhere.

Food came piping hot, even though it travelled 4 miles to my house. Driver was extremely friendly and professional, a credit to the company! We need more delivery drivers like him!

The rider did not follow the post code for delivery address rather looked at the wrong pin point in his delivery app.. Made me wait and search him outside office for 30.mins in the rain when the order itself was late.

If you like to bespoke your order like Nandos and other like restaurants then this place is 1000% better. It beats their competitors hands down. Whether you like spicy or not they will exceed your expectations. Full of flavour, moist chicken, very flavourful fries etc etc all I can say is perfect.

paid for a drink never came . couldn't claim refund as I could request a refund for the entire meal not just for the extra drink I paid for. frustrating. meal was good otherwise
