Honestly best chicken in Stafford, everyone I know raves about it. Workers are so friendly, today came in really close to closing but nothing was too much, ordered five meals everyone of them was amazing! Always so clean. Highly recommend this place!

I placed an order via Food Hub. After waiting well over an hour with the order status on "cooking", I contacted Food Hub to ask where my order was. They contacted the Takeaway. Food Hub told me the order had been ready for over an hour. I asked why the order status hadn't been changed, to which the given explanation was that it had been "too busy" for the takeaway to change the order status. I told them I didn't want food that had been sat there for over an hour, and at this point just wanted a refund. They got back in touch with the takeaway, who refused the refund request. I then contacted the takeaway myself, and received the same explanation. The answer was the same. They wouldn't recook the order or refund the order. I was told it was unreasonable to expect the order status to be updated, and that I should know that it only takes 10-15 minutes to cook an order. This was my last order with Pepe's.

Chicken and rice box with lemon herb, absolutely banging. Very more-ish. Loads in the box so is very filling and it was delicious. Will be going back for more. Cheers guys

Typical Costa food and drink but the service was not typical – it was terrible. Only one oven saw the wait for hot food being excessive and the way of working means that there is no way to ensure the correct order was taken by the correct person. One guy seemed to be waiting for ages and when my order (2 x Cumberland Sausage Toasties) was placed on the counter, he thought it may have been his. When I told him what I had, he mentioned that he had been waiting 15 minutes and still his order had not arrived. The Barista hearing this, checked and discovered that the order had been fulfilled but “someone must have picked it up in error”. Whilst the offer of replacement was quick, no offer of more coffee was made as the initial cups were either finished or cold. Take a tip from Starbucks – see how they handle queuing. As for the food. Just the same old Costa offerings.

Called in today for a lunch , usually I have a morning Cappuchino and delicious teacake but today went for a Cappuchino and Cheese and onion toasty which was delicious! Came with an ample pot of Coleslaw and salad Lovely Crusty bread, I also had a "small" glass of the House Ros which was one of the nicest I have tasted and fully complemented the meal.

The service was very poor. We gave up waiting for a dessert menu, and explained that's why we were leaving, but the person who took payment just smiled! Two of us are gluten free, no problems with cross contamination. However, the salad bowl was very overpriced and the salmon was very pale and lacking taste. There is no point in eating out, if I can make something that simple better myself.

Disgusting food safety, have contracted campylobacter food poisoning since eating a chicken kebab, still suffering over 2 weeks later.

Used drive through in the hope it had changed its ways since the other had opened but alas it hasn’t …. Tiny pieces of chicken in a boneless banquet which they might as well call it a “boneless mouthful” asked for 4 hot wings and as per usual got 3. If you are going to keep ripping people off just close the doors and find a different career
