Charged more for an item than was advertised and when I challenged this was told that prices have risen and they have not got around to updating the software on the digital displays. Didn’t seem to be a problem ringing it through the till though was it? Perhaps you should change your displays first before implementing a price rise rather than antagonising your customers. Very unprofessional.

Unfortunately will not be visiting again - chicken was not cooked through and heard "chef" stating its fine to eat. "They will survive" But on to the main reason I refuse to go back, management absolutely rude to staff. Can hear and see staff visibly upset after they were told they would receive a £10 fine (deduction of wages) for standing with their arms crossed for a few moments. Hate to think how staff are treated on a daily basis 😕 Hope the staff see this and realise the customers in the store that day do sympathise. Tried to speak to management- refused to speak to me and another customer

ordered a chicken and rice and it had 5 small pieces of chicken in the box, absolute rubbish, im not going here again, they gave me no fork as think plastic forks are very expensive and cost more than the chicken.

Visted this restaurant not long ago Have too say it was quiet the experience, as well as the food being tasty and delicious, the staff we're incredible espically the sweet girl zalekha that served us extremely helpful and kind. Keep up the good work pepes Sutton will be visiting more often

I had eaten today at Nandos in New Street, got an equivalent meal with rice at same value,feel much better food. Disapointed with value from Pepe's..

Visited Pepes for a quick meal after work. Excellent service and very tasy food. Filling and satisfying. Greeted by Bilal, he was welcoming and catered to alergy needs. Well worth a visit, but it will be addictive.

Excellent food at outstanding value, combined with great customer service especially from Yasin who gave us great recommendations about flavour combinations. Would highly recommend

I come here often around once every 2 weeks. Food is always fresh, chicken well marinated and tender, chips are hot and crispy. We eat in the restaurant and the food is served on plates with cutlery. Nice range of sauces too.. garlic mayo and sweet chilli comes with the meals.

Local restaurant to us, we use them a couple times a month! The chicken is so well cooked and it’s juicy, prices are reasonable, menu is fresh. Nice simple chicken that’s tasty

Visited here with a work colleague. They had been to a Pepe's before, but I'd never heard of them so we thought we'd give it a try. I thought it would be a fast food restaurant, but although it kind of is, they tend to cook your food to order. Well, they did in our case anyway. I had a ordered a chicken burger, and fries. It didn't take to long to cook, and you can see right into the kitchen area watching them cook your food. The food wasn't to bad a price, comparable with KFC. The food itself was really good. Tasted great, even if it was a bit spicy that I ordered.
