Excellent, helpful service today. The assistant ZK was very pleasant and made ordering via the phone extremely easy. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, especially a school night when you need quality food prepared quickly.

Have now dined at this pepes a couple of times and the service is definitely the best when compared to any of the others pepes I’ve been to. Food was also excellent due to the fries being nice and fresh along with the chicken. I was served by ZK who was polite and very quick with his service . Definitely recommend this place

I always come here for a Chicken And Rice Box Meal and they never fail to impress. The chicken is so juicy and the seasoning on the fries are on point . I’d highly recommend this if your hungry and need somewhere quick and easy to grab something . I was served by ZK and he’s very kind and always knows what he’s doing when it comes to ordering and preparing the food .

2nd time to this store in two weeks, to make a simple order. The 1st time I was told my food may take upto 45mins due to it being prayer time, and all the staff have left the store. Leaving only one person in store to take orders, cook, serve, clean and deal with other duties. So I left and went to NANDOS across the road. The 2nd time, I purchased THREE single meals from the menu totalling at £19.77, when asking for 1 garlic mayo dip I was told I need to buy a meal...? I asked how much a basic meal would cost only to be told between £8-£12, I asked the acting manager if this made much sense and his reply was 'yes'. This was after I politely gave a full logical breakdown' of how that made no sense, with customers in the queue agreeing with what i said. Alot of staff training needed, having extremely young immature men as managers will not work well in such an area of Solihull. The store should think of its local demograph of customers, training the staff accordingly and ensuring they are professional at all times. When I got home one of my orders, 'chicken n rice' box, contained half the amount of chicken compared to usual from any other store. SPARKHILL STAFF IN SHIRLEY BAD MOVE.. TRAINING IS NEEDED.

Went in a large family group with a lot of kids and a big order. Staff were attentive and careful to note down the entire order and made sure all the food came out with no missing items. Food came out fresh and was delicious. My main gripe was the way they were charging extra for sauces. I spent over £100 and they still charged me extra if I wanted more sauce. Sort it out Pepe's!

Worst Pepe’s I’ve been too and I eat at Pepe’s quite often. Whenever i’m around this are I just go to different food shop as the cmr service experience is shocking. The kid who serves at the counter has no idea how to treat people. Avoid this one as all the staff here are bored and unmotivated. Big thumbs down👇🏻

The food was cold and overly salty, making it inedible had to throw it away. The chicken didn’t look right very disappointed I wouldn’t waste your money please don’t go there.

Spend over £60 on an order for delivery and items missing, tried calling the restaurant they wouldn't answer after 7 attempts then line busy for the rest of the evening

This place is not worthy of 4 starts, the worst Pepes I have ever been to, food tasted bland and massively reduced in portions and hiked up the prices. The rice box had 95% rice and 5 percent meat. My partner had a tummy ache the moment she took her first bite and I also had a funny tummy throughout the day. Absolutely daylight robbery with the portions, will never come back again.

Service is so bad, the guy at the counter didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t know what they did or didn’t have, overcharged me even though i clearly said what i wanted politely and when i asked the guy for a receipt 3 times he just said i’ll ask and then never came back to the front to even inform me he couldn’t. Food is normally okay but they skimp on the peri for the fries, but it’s just the customer service that ruins it for me.

Tasty food with good flavours in their marinades and lovely fries not oily and love the selection of sauces. Loved the half chicken hot flavour was really flavoursome, tangy, chilli, garlicky and bursting full of flavour.

warning pepe's piri piri Shirley branch will always forget something on your order. they have done it multiple times on many orders this time the driver came to the door did not ring the doorbell then had to come back later to deliver cold food and then YET AGAIN they some how managed to forget to deliver the fries with the meal. Perhaps they are understaffed or lacking the mental capacity to include all the items we paid for in the order. Either way be careful if you order from here they will brush off their mistakes and not really do anything to make it right, in their words "all I can do is apologise"

Quality of food is going down in this place. You buy a XL Burger and pay the XL Burger price but then be given a Strip burger meal 2 pieces of breast and 1 boneless leg piece. Stop trying to make a killing on profits by giving your customers low quality food.

Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Pepe’s in Solihull, and I must say, the experience was made truly exceptional thanks to Zeshan and Ali. Zeshan: His knowledge about the menu was impressive, and his recommendations were spot on. Ali: Ali's service was equally commendable. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. The food was delicious, as always, but it was the service provided by Zeshan and Ali that truly made my visit memorable. They are a credit to the Pepe’s team in Solihull, I hope to see these two gentlemen again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Tried different Pepe’s but this one is outstanding, Ali on counter from last couple of time with excellent customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My brother got food poisoning from here. A couple of weeks later I came back here with my friends. One of my friends cut into his chicken and the chicken was completely pink. All the staff did is offer to replace the chicken. Why would we want a replacement? Judging by all the other reviews I don’t think Pepe’s has done anything to address the issues here whatsoever.

I've been to several Pepe's throughout UK. This branch is by far the Worst. I ordered chicken and rice, with extra chicken. Firstly the chicken was burnt and only had 2 strips cut into 6 small size chunks. Extra!?? Even the taste of the marinade was not like other Pepe's I've been to. Avoid this branch at all costs.

First got to shop. Ordered food had no change in the till. Then tried using card and car machine was broken so had to ask colleague for money. Then when I was waiting for my food. The person cooking the food dropped some chicken on the floor. Picked the chicken up off the wet floor with the tongs put the chicken in the bin. Then proceeded to cook the chicken on the griddle. Then when I asked for my refund told me I couldn't have the refund. And only when I argued had to call someone to help him refund me my money

Updated: I called the shop before placing my order on just eat. I've not had the best experience before so called ahead asking them politely to make my meal so that its not dry. The guy on the phone was nice about it. However when my food arrived (chicken and rice box) the chicken was dry, the rice was even worse, and i ordered extra chicken but they only added like 3 extra bits, so I paid extra for nothing really. The only positive was the piri chips were really good. Think its best to accept this branch isn't particularly good hence why its usually empty when I drive past too. Won't order again.

I ate from here on Saturday, had a chicken and cheese quesadilla meal. Sunday morning I was throwing up and couldn’t keep any food down for 24 hours. I usually enjoy a pepes but I will never eat it again because of the food poisoning it gave me, probably due to the new staff in there that I’ve never seen before. Boyfriend went to pepes today and had a chicken XL meal. Burger was pink :/ proper let down.

The young lady behind the counter with her hair in a bun was very rude, I ordered food over the phone and she told me 15 to 20 minutes, and 45 minutes later food still not ready , so when I told her I only have 5 minutes of my break left , she said in a very rude manner, WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT , and I said okay that's fine I wont come again, and she said DO I LOOK BOTHERED , so to the management that's a loss of £30 to £35 a week because I was coming there twice a week,

Their chicken has improved a lot over the years. I recommend getting 2 flavours Hot & mango lime. And ask for extra saucy. Thank me later.

Spend over £120 on a large order and they forgot 4 x fries, peri peri salt and a drink we paid extra for totaling over £10 worth of missing items. All fries were cold despite the food arriving over 30 minutes earlier than we scheduled for. Tried to call shop but line was engaged for 20 over 20 minutes. Used to use regularly for business meetings but will not be using again.

I had an amazing dining experience at Pepe's! The food was super delicious, and I can confidently say it was the tastiest chicken I've ever had. The staff, especially Mr. Mahrooz, were incredibly kind and attentive, making the whole evening even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Just order a chicken and cheese qas meal 5 chicken strips and chicken burger meal. They gave one lowsey mayo with all that food when asked for more they wanted to charge me extra. Abheer sort it out i know your based in shirley. Every other peppes give extra when asked. Lost out on a £19 order left the food on the counter. All you had to do is put 2 chilli tubs in and extra may that are half full. Meri Go coventry all day every day. Avoid at all costs avoid Pepes altogether Meri go sub shakes million times better bigger portions and value for money.
