Not the best best pepe I've been to. Rather disappointing to be honest. Dry food chicken and not flavour. The beef burgers were juicy but withing the additional flavour

Normally food is fine but today they gave us fresh chips on top and old one underneath, my 3 years old got tummy pain due to that.. GUYS !! Come on ; we pay for the chips too, why would you do that ??? Very disappointed

Pepe’s one of the best places in tunbridge wells, by FAR better than a nandos. The chicken quesadilla is the best thing EVER and the wrap is also amazing. Lots of options for spice

Hi everyone I tried too many times at restaurant pepes i was grettend with warm and friendly atmosphere i tried peri peri grill burger and rice box with hot flavour the peri peri sauce is the perfect taste i really recommend if you wanna try peri peri chicken or rice box moreover its halal so this is the best thing so i very like it

To be honest very happy with service just really annoyed that after ordering(as you can see) countless times to my home address from Pepe’s which is our favourite takeaway!! I am now being told that you no longer deliver to my address!!! Very very disappointed and do not understand why???

Food is really amazing. We returning every week for family meal. It’s clean and tidy. Only to attention, I want to mention one of the staff (lady with scarf) taller than rest it’s very rude. She’s very grumpy replying in rude way. She’s not polite when ordering food. Rest is absolutely amazing.

I’m still yet to receive my food. When calling the restaurant they didn’t even ask for an order number they just fobbed me off and told me it would be ten minutes. 30 minutes later I’m still waiting. It’s awful customer service from someone who has made a lot of orders through pepe’s. I’m expecting a full refund, and some food would be nice….

They did such a great service today.I missed my delivery drivers phone call & when I phoned them they sorted all out without any problems!Food came quick and still hot and delicious as always!Highly recommended

Ordered Pepe's fast platter - Full chicken, wings, tenders, pita, salad, dips and drink. Tired Hot, Extra hot and extreme flavours. Have ordered a few times , food has been good but a bit on the pricey side for the quantity.

Gourment burger came pink inside, absolutely rancid who would serve someone this???

Food turned up two hours after making the order food stone cold was told on the phone after calling them due to food still not received an hour after it said it would be delivered that an attempt had been made to deliver which was rubbish

Chips were slightly different than the normal ones we are used to. otherwise everything was lovely.

Food was inedible, was given old rubbery chicken, was delivered within 15 minutes of ordering; so the chicken definitely wasn’t grilled fresh.

We had to reheat the food up as it was not hot.

Iv asked for a refund the a kids meal and 5 strip meal with a corn on the cob because the kids meal was missing (the chips) and the 5 strip meal was missing (the chips & the corn on the cob)

I ordered chicken and rice with peri fries, onion rings and corn, with steamed veg on the side and 3 hot wings. Absolutely amazing!!! Just so fresh and hot and tasty, would recommend to anyone. Everything correct to order and great portions too. Thank you!

Food had to be reheated as it arrived 45 minutes late. ordered for 7:45 and got here 8:30. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately it was 37 minutes late and we had to heat the food up in microwave as it wasn't hot. The chicken rice was not as fresh as usual.

I had 5 stamps completed and i should have an 11.60 discount automatically deducted in my 6th order but this was not applied on my check out . So this advertisement is false. Why are you putting about points to be earned through stamps when this is not true ? You are fooling the public with this .

The food was absolutely delicious and our delivery driver was so lovely and came on time. Would definitely recommend both the restaurant and our driver!

Quick delivery chicken was a bit dry and cold

Chicken was undercooked and burger was dry and burnt. I had previously good experience but today is bad.it takes 1.30hour to get my order

Im a regular customer. Their food is good, no doubts there. But unfortunately, the service isnt the best. Once my order wasnt delivered, even when it said it was delivered on Justeat. I lost 5.6 pounds on that order. Today, the order was missing the drink and the sauce. I ordered chips with piri piri salt and they delivered plain chips. Hope this gets rectified and doesnt happen again in the future.

The extra dip was missing in the order

Food we received was lovely although we were missing an item again. Our last 3 orders from this place have been missing items. I called the restaurant and was passed on to a man, i explained that we were missing the chilli cheese nuggets, he then said that his employee checked it and they were there.....when i said they werent he said 'well we dont deliver so if you can collect I'll get you some!' I replied that I dont drive so will have to contact Just Eat, to which he replied 'well thats up to you'. Such a shame as the food is really nice.

Can't fault the food we received but we were short 1 portion of fries again, this happened with our last order too.

The driver delivered half the order and then other half delivered 40 minutes later. The burgers and fries were cold so had to throw them away. Extremely poor service.

The food we received was lovely, however, on this occasion we were missing fries from one of the meals and the wrong dip was sent. Last time we ordered, there was piri piri salt on both portions of fries when we only asked for 1 to have it and the time before we were sent carrot cake instead of cheesecake. First time we ordered, the order was complete. I called aboit the fries tonight to be told he would check the order and call me back.....they didnt call back so we were one lot of fries down. Very disappointing as the food is lovely.

Come here 1-2 times a week. Tried almost the whole menu now and never been disappointed. Food is grilled instead of fried so doesn’t come out all greasy like other fast food places. Staff are lovely and hardworking, you can tell they really take pride in the restaurant by how clean they keep it. 5⭐️ for Pepe’s TW.

I don't really know anymore. I keep trying to give this restaurant a chance as it was my favourite. But with every good meal there's 2 or 3 bad ones. Today's was cold. The pitta was hard again. Not a massive issue but I asked kindly for no tomatoes as they react with me and again tomatoes were added. I don't know. I'm disappointed. But want to order again incase its just a change in chef or something. But again I don't know if it's worth wasting money doing so. I'm just disappointed. It was my favourite place to order from, always beautiful flavours, always hot, always on time. Now it's more cold that hot. I guess maybe try for yourself and see. Maybe you'll get lucky. I think I'll use my stamp cards up then choose a different place to eat. Unless things improve. I hate writing bad reviews. But it's mixed feelings when you know how good they can be with their food. It's a shame.

I want you to take the time to read my heartfelt complaint. It's Sunday, I'm chilling so I thought I'd order a pepes and to my disgust I was welcomed with a terrible service. Not only were the staff rude but raj on the other end of the phone couldn't give an explanation as to why our order was over an hour late. Food was cold, wrong items arrived. Thanks my kids are now crying.

Fantastic chicken burger, always arrives hot and on time.

We order PEPES regularly and is always so lovely. However on this occasion the chips were inedible! Obviously had been sat for ages then deep fried again and again. But the rest was fresh and tasty as usual.

Food was wayyyyy too spicy. I usually get medium at Nandos and that’s not really hot but got ‘Mild’ here and let me tell you it was definitely not mild. Even the spicy rice was off the chart and I had to down a pint of milk after eating the peri peri chips. Good if you like spice but you have to be a hot hot spice kinda person.

This really is the best place in town. Food is fantastic.

Unfortunately my food arrived cold, the pitta was rock hard so I couldn't even eat it so had to put the chips and chicken in the oven to reheat and eat with bread. I'm not bothered about the lateness aslong as the quality is the same. I'm disappointed as this is my favourite take away. Hoping next time is better, if not I may need to find a new favourite :(

Slow delivery and an incomplete order

There was chips missing from the children’s meal which I would like a refund for. Each meal should have come with chips. This is the one restaurant that when we order from all food is excellent and all items there, that is why I am disappointed to see the mistake this time

Apparently, the shop was struggling to get a delivery driver, but mentioned my food would be made when driver was allocated. By the time the food arrived with me, the fries were soft and cold. The burger was cold and the outside layer of the bun came of with the paper. Great taste though.
