I would not recommend this place. Disgusting food, didn’t get my order correct. Went in to get the correct items and called me a liar and refused to give me the correct items of food, I was not the only person in the que who had their order wrong. Would not go back disappointed.

Brought the food 2 hours late they claim they called me but i didn’t receive any calls and i had to call them to check up also i asked if i could get fresh food as its cold and they stated blaming me the address is wrong even though i said the same address as they told me but apparently its still wrong managed not to eat anything and lost my money wont be ordering again.

estimated time was 1 hour after order - the food came when it said it did however the food was cold - the chips lost their crisp and were rubbery - the chicken was also rubbery - when I order pepes from Stapleton road I never have this problem. - will never be ordering from this one on Cheltenham road

Order did not arrive, left waiting for over 3 hours before restaurant marked as “delivered” seems to be a common issue from reading the reviews here, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING, IT PROBABLY WONT ARRIVE!

ordered a 3am said it as coming 4am, getting fo 4 am then doors says coming I another hour, I didn't ecov my food nnd have wasted £30

I visted last night at pepes piri piri cheltenham road the food was very delcious i ordered for mega platter which was so yummy with the extra hot sause and mouth watering the staff was very friendly i recommended all of food lovers must go this place to make your day special with friends and family.

pepes. you get what you pay for. i ordered 4 chicken wings (lemon and herb) and i found that the chicken was quite greasy with an extremely overpowering lemon flavour. the chicken itself was okay and had a pleasant texture but the flavour was quite unbalanced. i had the piri piri chips as a side. the chips were just fine. the seasoning was zesty with an intense kick so if you’re bad with spice be sure to order a dip. it will leave your mouth tingling. my friend ordered a burger which was just okay and smaller than expected. be mindful of longer wait times later at night. i might consider ordering from elsewhere next time for better quality chicken. our driver was a lovely guy and very apologetic, thank you :-) it was just okay and did the job for a late night fix

Such lovely staff, so friendly and funny. Food was made to “perfection”. Couldn’t recommend more, just like a cheaper Nando’s with more sauce options and flat bread!! Abdullah and danzeela are the best

Locked toilet every time and they tell you is not working even do you know is working and you see only staff is using. Bad habit.

Been working couple doors away so thought we’d stop in and I can say it’s the best chicken I’ve had in a very long time I had the XL burger chicken strips piri piri fries it was delicious also very clean place and toilets were spotless which is always a good sign defo be returning with the family thanks for good service and food much appreciated ❤️

Absolutely mad this place has a low rating, I’ve come here like 5 times in the last 3 months (which is a lot for me) and first and foremost the food is always so good, freshly grilled (so both moist chicken and nice grill char) & great flavour. The staff are also super friendly and they work so hard in there. They deserve a much higher rating on here, I’d deffo give it a try if you’re wondering!!

We didn't receive the order.. we made the order at 2245.waited untill midnight. According to the delivery boy he had some problems.

The food was fine but staff was terrible. I asked one of the staff for the toilet key I was 5 months pregnant woman, I waited long time for the toilet keys and she not even bothered. I totally understand the shop is busy but she only needs to get the keys and I could have opened.
