This is the worse ever pub that I've been too, the manager has no respect and is so rude, threatening behaviour and verbally abusive should be sacked, shouldn't be allowed to run a pub, food was uncooked and still had blood in when it was specifically stated to make sure that they was no blood, I don't even know how this pub is still open, this pub should be SHUT DOWN!!!!

Let look at the negatives first…The view outside isn’t that great but this is due to improve soon. Check the uploaded photo. And the very worst thing is that they are planned to close in September 2019.Now the positives…Breakfast of a large veggie and American isn’t Michelin standard but is good pub grub. We do eat here often because the quality is good and the price can’t be beaten.A sad, sad review. Visit before it is too late.

We thought you can't go wrong with a Wetherspoon breakfast, but yes you can. They had run out of tomatoes for the cooked breakfasts. My young son was go looking forward to pancakes with maple syrup. They arrived, without much wait thankfully when we realised the maple syrup was not included. We asked 2 members of staff, and waited ages to be told they couldn't find any. By which point he'd had to eat them dry and they were nearly cold. We were offered a free drink or something, but in my opinion they should have refunded the cost of the dish. Food quality was average.

We visited this pub whilst in Kidderminster the evening. It was a particularly hot day and evening and all the windows and doors were open, but it was still very warm whilst having our meal on the upper level. However, nothing wrong with the food and drinks as normal, however, I thought it is NO SMOKING, so what did we have but patrons sitting in the open windows smoking away and where was the smoke going, straight back inside and up to the higher level. If they must smoke, then please DO NOT SIT IN THE OPEN WINDOWS, have some thought for people that are eating and those that do not want to breathe in smoke. Although I think the staff should have mentioned this to them as well. There was a fire on the outside wall where someone obviously put in a still smoldering dog end, and the staff have to throw some glasses of water on it. This establishment is very tired and not particularly inviting from the outside and in need of some tlc. Our food order arrived within about 10 to 15 minutes, unfortunately the wrong burgers had been ordered - chicken instead of Texan, this was quickly sorted with the minimum of fuss. Wetherspoons, a place where you come to buy cheap eats at affordable prices.I came here with friends who recommended this and we sat down. The room was a fair size, a good amount of seating. The name of it came from the stamp penny black. The food here was also like eating pre-paid second class. It wasn't awful, but it clearly wasn't senastional. It was cheap food but was a bit simple and ordinary. The drinks were good though. With Wetherspoons buying the craft ales, lagers and ciders in bulk they can charge cheaper prices than most pubs. The decor wasn't too bad, the seats were arranged well and you could eat outside too.I may come back for a drink but may think twice about food. Recommended if you want a quick and easy bite.

Strangers to Kidderminster we saw this Wetherspoons and stopped by initially for a drink. One of our group of 4 was in a wheelchair and the only tables free were upstairs, but a very pleasant waitress saw our predicament and asked one of their regulars sitting alone on a table for four to move so that we could all be seated. This really doesn't happen very often, so thanks to the lady that moved (Hazel?) and the staff. As it was Tuesday Steak Club we then chose to eat.We ordered a 14oz Aberdeen Angus, (£7.99) an 8oz Sirloin (£5.99) and Chicken Melt (£5.99) off the Club Menu and a 5 Bean Chilli. We all had a pint of beer each too and the total bill was just £25.22,(as the Steak Club meal prices included a drink) - Incredible value. Steaks were cooked as we wanted and nice and tender. Meals were ready in about 10 minutes even though the place was busy. 3 of us enjoyed Grainstore Brewery's Rutland Beast 5.3% which was a beautiful, full flavoured Ruby Ale - Excellent.Only downside was that there was only one barman serving at the bar and some of the tables took a while to be cleaned up. But this apart it is highly recommended

Popped in here for some lunch as our local Weatherspoon is nice. Ordered 2 burgers, one being a beef and one being a chicken burger. The chicken burger was so dry with a skinny lettuce leaf, half a slice of onion and some chips. So dry it was hard to actually swallow! Tables has not been cleaned so we're sticky. Not great!

Breakfast at all the "spoons" we have ate at are good, cheap and filling. Service was good on our visit[Easter monday] and we only got caught out when asked if we wanted black pudding. IT was not on the BREAKFAST CLUB menu[classed as an extra] otherwise we know now lol

Quite often pop in here with the 3 grandchildren either for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Each occasion is a good experience. There is a variety menu, the children are well catered for and the overall experience is value for money. There is an area just inside the door to the right that is occupied by a regular clientele of drinkers but the eating is mainly upstairs and the service we receive is well away from this area.

Had a lovely meal here today, they ran out of salad for the burger so gave me some free onion rings which was lovely of them! The blonde girl that served was lovely too! Great customer service 😊

Always warm and cosy. Good choice of real ale, though sadly served a little on the warm side. There's a real fire too, but it's very rarely lit. Walk out of the back door and you're on the platform for the Severn Valley Railway, lovely heritage steam and diesel locomotives.

Food OK, beer extortionate IPA £6.50 a pint. Staff like zombies , don't take debit cards. Won't be returning
