Did ordered mix kebab and paid for mixed - received only lamb 😡

Worst takeaway ever, first and last time when I order from them, I had been called by somebody from restaurant just to be shout and told off, I have been told why I am not answering my phone even if nobody called me and nobody was outside, been told they will refuse my order next time even if this is the first time when I order from them, will definitely be the last, have done nothing bad however they shout at without any reason. AVOID

45 minutes late in delivering one portion of kebab.

Chips aren’t great. Can tell they aren’t cooked fresh for each order (probably put back into fryer to heat) Go far too crisp and no potato inside. Delivered to us on side of the road, Thankyou!

I contracted food poisoning from here. I called them to let them know so that they could make sure that no one else got it from contaminated food. I spoke with the manager, he was vile. Basically just told me that they sold hundreds of burgers and became very disrespectful. I will be reporting to food standards agency.

Chicken nice. Pitta bread way too small. Not enough salad

We ordered a chicken wrap expecting it to be a fair size what we got was a small child’s size for over £10 this is something we will not order again. Garlic bread had no taste whatsoever just tasted like a buttered grilled bit of baguette. Chicken kebab was good so was grilled combo.

Had a lovely massive chicken burger from here , flavours were all really nice , not dry and nice coleslaw , chips were lovely , chicken nuggets could have been better , not much taste there and the garlic bread was bad , not much flavour and funny coloured yellowy inside dry and tasteless , but the chicken burger and chips were really really nice, delivery was alittle early so all In all thumbs up

Sadly customer service was not great. Order took nearly 2 hours to arrive. On first phone call we were told the order was done and left with delivery driver ages ago and they were contacting driver to see where it was. 2nd phone call we were told it was on its way and would be delivered shortly so hadn’t been done ages ago .

been having a break in Poole and had food both nights and was lovely both times. would definitely use if I come back to Poole.

ordered a x large kebab with chilli sauce, garlic mayo, lettuce, onion and coleslaw. turned up with no chilli sauce and no.lettice. wine also ordered a Greek salad which turns out to be mainly tomatoes and hardly any feta in it. poor

Myself and family love the food here but what made me order more was the fact that it was freebie Friday and I was intrigued to see what freebie we would get if ordering over £30 even though I did this I didn’t get a freebie so a little miffed. I wouldn’t of ordered so much if I knew we wouldn’t get it but the food is really nice there and never had a problem other than this.

Used to like this place, a couple of the staff are really nice, but sadly there are two small gentleman who are very rude. Ordered a pizza tonight and one of the cranky ones covered it in black pepper. Fortunately, we both like pepper but we won’t be visiting again when there are plenty of other options nearby. Shame as there are a couple of really nice staff here but two of them let it down. Don’t let this man make you a pizza.

It’s possibly the best kebab shop out there. We don’t expect much from kebab shops but my Lord, everything we want, pendik drivers. Prices inconceivably cheap. Portion sizes that could solve world hunger. Delivery speeds that make light seem slow. I cannot get over how good this pace is. On the occasion I’ve gone in, the friendly atmosphere could diplomise global conflicts… buy from pendiks and if you think you’ve bought too much buy some more, they deserve your custom.

We ordered our food 35 minuites ago. We watched our delivery driver get out of the car from our window once it said delivered. When we opened the door the delivery driver was incredibly rude with a disgraceful tone saying he had been knocking on the door for half an hour. That would mean it took 5 mins to cook and deliver. I doubt that’s possible. I’ve been coming to pendik for 9 years since I lived next door and have always had amazing service. This is the second time we have experienced rudeness from staff. The last time was down the phone and we ended up hanging up and ordering elsewhere. This will be my last order which is a shame because the food is always amazing.

I’ve been getting takeaways here for nearly twenty years. That is until tonight, when a younger member of staff was very rude to us. Most of the staff are friendly and will do anything to help you, unfortunately one of them has ruined that with his foul attitude to their regular paying customers. There is plenty of local alternatives in which you will be treated cordially and regarded as a valued customer, and we’re sorry to all the other members of staff but that is where we will be shopping in future.

The burger was not cooked properly it made my grandson unwell soon as he ate it . It came straight back out

Most of order was good but one Sheesh kebab had rotten lettuce and it put me off. Been refunded but would probably not use again which is a shame as have used lots of times before with no issues.

Given them another chance and yet again kebab came covered in sause with wet soggy bread when we asked for it separately? 30 quid down the drain again. Rude and arrogant and have ruined our night again

Fabulous food, as always! Pendiks have never got an order wrong and the food quality has always been excellent. My favourite takeaway preference for sure.

Order was not complete, I ordered 2 set meals and both were missing the chips.

I have eaten here food from here before and it used to be glorious, best crispy chips, juicy, flavoursome chicken shish but today the chips were dry and the chicken rubbery, the usual flavours were not present. Not sure what happened, disappointed 😔

I'm a regular customer and usually the food is steaming hot and delicious (the best chicps ever, delicious shish) and delivered promptly but today the chips were dry and chewy and the chicken was rubbery - the usually delicious marinade nowhere to be found, what have you done??

After ordering a kebab it arrived without pitta bread. I called and they delivered they delivered a pita very quickly. I received a text after the delivery advising my card was being deducted £169!! I don’t believe it’s pendicks charging my card unlawfully, the transaction was declined. The kebab and chicken meat was great, being called rude after I queried the £169 charge was unacceptable!! However, we all have bad days and I can only put this down to being under pressure.

Absolutely abysmal service. Ordered a kebab with salad and sauce, just sent a box of cold kebab meat. Called them to say salad and sauce was missing but was told we are busy. When put on the phone to someone else was told I just ordered plain. Order actually specifies salad and sauce separate not missing!! Extremely poor customer service, wouldn’t order again!! Who wants to pay for cold inedible food!!

All food was lovely. The special chicken sandwich was delicious and very filling, fries lovely and fresh and the garlic mushrooms were lush.

Excellent doner, lamb shish, chicken shish and kofte. All meat was cooked beautifully, still juicy, not overcook and dry like kebab houses closer to home. Everything was exactly as ordered, no mistakes. The only thing I can think of to improve is to allow people to remove items from the salad as I hate coleslaw but everything else..... 5 stars!

It was always the go to kebab place. Now it seems profit is more important than product. Have used pendiks for years. Kebabs always tasty and worth coming back for. I ordered a kebab which I expected to be lamb but instead it was bland and certainly no lamb in it. Shame on the owner, will not order again.

Another tasty order delivered on time and food was still piping hot even with a order for 6 people, pizza, burgers, kebabs and chips and all of a great quality and standard. Cannot fault in anyway

1 star is too high. These animals prey on women. Avoid at all cost!! Absolute scum bags, over charging woman is there specialty. Reported to the police and local authorities.
