I regularly get a takeaway from here. Always beautifully cooked with fresh ingredients. The slow cooked lamb curries are lush. Very good value. Professional staff.

One of the best kormas I’ve eaten the chicken was succulent and soft and fell apart in my mouth. The naan bread was huge and soft and to top it off delivery was quick and food was piping hot!

Honestly, some of the best food I’ve ever had! Loved it.

Amazing food the masala is spot on and I’ve tried slot of restaurants in Poole but this is cooked and taste is absolutely delicious and is the Indian taste. That’s us going to them from now on x

So I placed an order from here for 2 and upon arrival, some of my order was missing, so after speaking to the guy from the restaurant he said he would send the rest of my order which never arrived after an hour of waiting, the food it self was not worth the money we paid for it, the chips were like chewing matches, hard and well overcooked, the butterchicken was sweet and grim, with only 7 pieces of chicken in it, definitely tasted like the knorr sauce mix from the £1 shop definitely one of the worst ones I've ever eaten, and the curry sauce was watery and tasteless, would NOT recommend ordering from here, the only saving grace for the whole thing was the chicken shashlik as it was quite tasty, which was surprising, definitely wouldn't order from here again, I'd give it a very wide birth.

I ordered a set meal for one which was a chicken Bhuna was absolutely amazing! Chicken pulled apart easy wasnt hard very fresh one of the best Bhunas I’ve had will definitely order again.

Ordered food for four of us and it was great. The chicken in the curry is amazing along with the chicken tikka starter. The Bombay potato’s was the best we’d had as well as the garlic nan breads. Highly recommend!

Very tasty meal! Collected the order; service was swift and food hot. Curries, rice, peshwari nan and sag paneer were all delicious. Nothing was greasy/oily which is great. Asked for 'madras hot' and it was just right. Would order again for sure.

It took 2 hrs from placing this order, 5 phone calls and numerous requests for updates to finally receive this horrible mush.Spring rolls cold and disgusting, no cutlery to eat, no napkins, i had to grab a teaspoon from hotel. Diet coke was warm, chicken tikka tasted off. Uber eats ratings are clearly fake run by botts. This place should be forced to close down. DISGUSTING!!

Absolutely amazing food from here, service was amazing and staff were very kind, I recommend this to anyone that likes good food.

Discovered this absolute gem that’s a family run restaurant only last month; I can’t rate it enough! The quality of food and flavor’s are a true sign that, the ingredient’s used and chefs are passionate about their dishes! The staff on the phone taking the order were very clear and knew the menu added by the delivery time being prompt. Also I can’t express how much of a cracking guy the delivery driver is, he’s truly an asset to the business with his knowledge of the menu.

Very good overall experience in general, staff were very nice and welcoming and food was one of the nicest curry’s I have ever had would recommend trying if local.

Ordered a curry as I was working away, so didn't know the area or restaurants, Cannot knock the value for money but..... I have spent since 4am stuck to the toilet seat, Ordered a madras and it was hotter than the sun , I have just returned from Thailand and am used to some seriously hot food this was a different kind of heat,mainly chilli powder no chopped chilli I'm not sure if it was this or dodgy chicken but I would advise to steer clear or this restaurant unless you have bowels of steel.

I've had their food many times however last night no salad with the onion bhagi. The chicken pathia was tasty but watery so disappointing.

LOVE THEIR CURRIES , SADLY LAST EVENING OUR TWO CURRIES WERE DELIVERED WITH NO RICE , A VERY POOR NAAN AND THE LIDS ON THE CURRIES HAD LEAKED , WILL THINK TWICE BEOFRE USING THEM AGAIN , VERY SHODDY.

We ordered on line the food arrived . The mushroom rice had a funny smell and the starter chicken tikka was not good either both went straight into bin. Is a shame as years ago food was very fresh.

Very tasty meal, we both sat there savouring every bite! Korai was full if flavour and my husband loved the foysals special curry. Lovely sides. Quality meal, will be back!

Ordered a delivery. Wrong food delivered. Delivery man came and picked that food up and then it took nearly 40 mins for our food to be delivered and when it was delivered it was freezing cold.

Everything you phone up not only do you get asked for your address but they don't seam to keep on computer like other places do. I've asked several times for a new menu but every time I've had a delivery I've never got one. I will say that the food is top quality.

We have always rated Foysals, but the quality and customer service has tanked. Our last takeaway turned up very late. The order was wrong. The food looked old and some dishes were part empty. The bag was a mess. Broken poppadoms. Sauce everywhere. The bag went straight in the bin. We phoned Foysals repeatedly that night - nobody picked the phone up. We have since emailed and phoned.We have not had any email reply at all. We have twice spoken to someone on the phone and they say they will get back then don't. We had had no apology. No refund. No replacement meal. Zero interest in our 4-years of loyalty. We are chasing a refund via our bank. I can only assume that this restaurant is under new management with a different ethic. This is now an Indian restaurant that needs to be avoided.

Butter chicken tasted like a korma no spice at all. Chicken dry was pre-cooked then added in sauce. Won't be ordering again

Really decent curries, breads are on point too. Wish they would provide an accurate delivery time (ordered online and told 35 minutes... food came over 45 minutes late)

Great place for food that's tasty

After calling to ensure that the food was Gluten Free, the handler said everything was Gluten Free. We ordered online curry x3, rice (egg-fried and ordinary rice), saag, pompadoms, naan bread, and a kebab. We were initially suspicious. I cautiously approached and ate only two potatoes (saag), a portion of the curry, and rice with a slice of the kebab. 9hrs later, I have been woken up with exruitating pain. I have to take medicine. I hope this pain goes or I will spend the rest of the night in the hospital. Little to say, we will not be eating here again, and we advise anyone with allergies or coeliac disease like I do to stay well clear.

Food for 5 people, really nice food, delivery was on point they delivered before the time they said it would take, nice people definitely will be ordering again. Thanks guys

Previously always had a great meal from Foysals however tonight very disappointing, mixed kebab was poor and expensive for what it was and the Pathia was too sweet and too stew like. Very unusual, but tonight you let me down, why?

What a Joke, such a shame as the food can be good. No idea on customer service, called to explain about the state of the Poppadoms or lack of and then told but we got free delivery - as if that makes any difference, and wasn't free as ordered through Deliveroo. Had issues before but this is the last time.

Ordered a Madras. I don't know if this restaurant is aware but a Madras is a spicy dish. What they sent me had less spice than a bowl of cornflakes. Won't be ordering from them again.

Went from the best curry house to the worst, food is well below what it was once! It hasn't been the same in the last 3 months!

Doesn't follow allergy info even though they write on the packaging that it had been followed, luckily we checked the meal prior to eating it, spoke to restaurant to be fobbed off. Paid for something we couldn't eat

Ordered food which turned up cold. The Manager said I had to return the food as he didn't believe me and I would have to collect the replacement myself. Would not order from again!

We are away on holiday and decided to order in a curry. I ordered a lamb rogan and my friend ordered a prawn pasanda - dishes we’ve both had several times before and enjoyed. Both dishes were way hotter than they should have been. I ate mine whilst drinking a glass of milk on the side and most of it went in the bin! Really disappointed!

Never had any problems until recently. Food now arrives Luke warm, far less meat in any of the dishes.The Sag Aloo and Bombay Aloo were too salty to eat. If you've changed the chef bring back the old one

Cold food - rang to inform restaurant (as usually driver fault not restaurant) only to have the place argue with me - said welcome to come around and feel tempreture pal don't know how you can tell from end of the phone!. Average to poor quality food anyway . AVOID

Thank you, best curry in a long time. I had a Garlic Chilli Chicken with less Chilli and its was perfect. Husband enjoyed Chicken Tikka Naga Tindaloo hot with extra Chilli's. You were on top of the game today.

Very tasty, takeaway only restuarant. Food quality always superb and as commented by others, chef doesn't over use oil so food doesn't end up with a lake of oil. Loads of fresh coriander on top of my favorite dishes - great stuff! We always collect to ensure food hasn't had chance to cool - probably use Foysals once a month and find it to be consistently good value

Not happy, this is the 2nd time they have gotten order wrong, something I do not enjoy and I am home already sitting down eating. I phoned and they want to offer a discount. How about offering a refund? I will not be supporting this local take away again, sorry but I choose to support local however please get the order right for your customers.

Best Indian restaurant around. We have ordered twice and this will now be our go to Indian takeaway. The food is exceptionally yummy and far less greasy than other Indian takeaways. The peshwari naan is exceptional!

Ordered on Uber eats and the only way i can describe it is disappointing. The naan bread, bhajis and poppadoms all came cold and stale, like they were leftovers from last night. Naan bread was barely chewable. Biryani was average but a bit dry due to a small amount of vegetable curry to go with it. Complete waste of £18, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for your curry needs

Always good food at Foysals,pre-ordering gets you a first delivery,particularly on weekends as it gets busy. Best to remember give at least 40 mins for your curry to arrive. If not busy will be quicker. Freshly cooked food,cooked in a team,some delicious recipes. Collection is possible but good delivery instructions help drivers find your properties. The mint sauce is delicious,good value& healthy.

Ordered food after hearing good reviews but after waiting two hours the food had not arrived. Called the restaurant to be told the order had been delivered, which it had not. After confirming we had not recieved the order, the male and female I spoke to was not apologetic and that it was my fault the order hasnt arrived and was spoken to like utter s**t. Wasn't offered a refund, terrible service and only giving 1 star as cant give lower.

Ordered food that did not turn up, after two hours of waiting we called the restaurant to be told that our food has been delivered. A women who spoke to my wife said she delivered to someone waiting outside and it was on a main road (we live in a crescent off the main road) Poor customer service as we were spoken to like it was out fault for them delivering to the wrong address. We did hear good things about the food but after the experience we've just had I would not recommend, unless you want no food and to be spoken to like s**t!

One of the best madras curries I have ever had, perfect amount of spice, seasoned very well. Onion bhaji were small but very good, my wife had a bhuna which she said was excellent. All in all a first class experience from my new favourite curry house. I didn't tip....Next time I will tip....sorry.

Awful service. Ordered delivery and was told 1 hour delivery... 90 minutes later phoned to ask where it was and was told on its way... will be 20 mins. 2.5 hours later called AGAIN and was told it will be quite some time and couldn’t talk on the phone as was ‘busy’. Seriously bad. NEVER USE!

Don’t bother. The food is average, but....they forget parts of your order (3 times so far) and the delivery time is frequently far longer than the website say - for example, this evening the website said 1 hour, I’m now over 2 hours. They are apologetic but ultimately useless in speeding it up.

Ordered just after 7 pm as Deliveroo app said it would be 25 min delivery. When I ordered it said delivery around 19:45, fair enough, its a Saturday. 8 pm, no food, called up to check on status and told its en route and will be 10 to 15 min. 20:15 no food, called again and told it will be 10 to 15 min. 20:30 no food, call again and same excuses given and this time give my number for a call back. No call back. Now gone 9 pm and after multiple calls they won't even pick up the phone. So I'm left with a toast sandwich, no takeaway and £25 down the drain. Awful. Don't use these criminals.

I ordered on deliveroo, note for driver said please phone on arrival but no-one called. I live in a big shared house and driver must have left order with another resident without even asking for a name. I call foysals explaining my order hasn't arrived, then when I realised that it was delivered he shuts me down, not listening to what I was saying, then hangs up.

Very nice food. Good pricing and the delivery was fast and friendly with appropriate distancing.

Thought I would give this place a try over my normal local Indian and have to say that the food is very good but the service not so good. After the food being delivered we were missing the garlic Naan, called straight away only to be questioned over it and being told that they remember putting two in the bag (that was the poppadoms) so they said they would send another one and it would be with me in 10 minutes. To be fair it did turn up 15-20 minutes later (so had to warm my food up) but it was more like a plain naan than garlic naan, disappointing as food is great. Back to Mohaan it is :-)

Tricky because I like Foysals and have been a customer for over 20 years, I think the food is fantastic, but marked down for not reading the allergy comments of the order form twice in a row - people could get seriously ill for this kind of thing, perhaps even die - so shouldn't be taken lightly. Second is the ridiculous volume of plastic bags of salad (when I requested none) - this day and age with environmental awareness, surely something else should be done? Opt in if you want it maybe? Not many people I know eat the drab salad anyway

Excellent, the best in Dorset in my opinion. Please do not take any notice of the previous report. It sounds like a rival takeaway trying to blacken their name. I have visited the premises and have seen first hand the high standard of cleanliness. This is not true what they have written. The food and service is fantastic!
